May9 May10 - growth around where I topped is flying - i've raised up the light another bit May11 - 250ml water May12 May13 - 250ml with 0.5ml of biobizz grow, growth was mad there around the 10th, but its a bit slower now May14 - took out all of the bigger leaves, removed some of the smaller leaves along some of the stronger looking lower branches to try to encourage more growth at the end bud site and used some flexible garden wire to do some LST May15 - watched a video about topping... decided to have a go

35 days! The plant finally started to stretch, relief! Was really worried I got a small plant again but am now at the end of week 5 thinking that it will go mid to big :) Tied the plant down multiple times this week and defoliated quite often, the plant did not seem to mind. A slight smell is coming. Marked this week as bloom because it is in early bloom. Increased light intensity and light cycle mid week, 18/6 - 20/4. Overall a very good week. Salutations, my fellow cultivators and botanical enthusiasts! Welcome to the much-anticipated Week 3 Flower Report for our radiant queen, Jealousy, in the Power Buds competition. The journey through the flowering phase is akin to watching a mesmerizing performance, and Jealousy, true to her name, has us all captivated. As we transition into the third week of flowering, the grow room has transformed into a sanctuary of delicate buds, and Jealousy, adorned in green jewels, is perpetually in prayer. It's like witnessing a botanical congregation, where each bud is a devout follower, reaching for the heavens in pursuit of the ultimate floral nirvana. Now, let's talk about the delay. The ticking clock of the contest deadline has kept us on our toes, and yet, Jealousy stands resilient. Despite the time constraints, she continues to unfurl her petals with grace, and I can't help but marvel at her determination. It's like a race against time where our green queen is sprinting toward the finish line with unwavering resolve. In the midst of this floral ballet, the clones, those green offshoots of our regal Jealousy, have rooted with astounding success. It's like witnessing the next generation of botanical royalty sprouting from the roots of their majestic ancestor. These rooted clones are not just a testament to Jealousy's genetic prowess but also a green insurance policy for the future. And let's not forget the continuous prayer pose that Jealousy maintains. This phenomenon, known as "praying leaves," where the foliage points upward toward the light source, is a visual testament to the plant's happiness and optimal conditions. It's like Jealousy is sending leafy blessings to the botanical gods, asking for a plentiful harvest. As we navigate the third week of flowering, let's extend our gratitude to Zamnesia and Plagron, the silent architects of our green utopia. Their contributions continue to shape the landscape of our horticultural adventure. A hearty applause to the Grow Diaries community – your shared experiences and collective wisdom are the threads that weave the fabric of our green journey. To my fellow contestants and growers, may your buds swell with abundance, and may the contest deadline bow down to the prowess of your green kingdom. Here's to a week of perpetual prayer, botanical grace, and the anticipation of a harvest that will leave us all in awe. Stay green, stay inspired, and keep cultivating those dreams! As always, thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all. This journey of mine would just not be the same without you guys. The love and support are very much appreciated, and I feel honored and blessed with you all in my life !!! With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself and always do things expecting nothing in return, with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will respond in ways you can’t even dream of . Friendly reminder: all you see here is pure research and for educational purposes only. Genetics - Jelousy @Zamnesia Nutrients @Plagron Light - @viparspectra P2000 Room size - 3x3 - 0,9x0,9

White hairs so definitely flowering. Plants 1-4 are all positively female. Plants 5-6 still pre flowering but look female. There may be no males for breeding. I will resume nutes soon.

Little bit of a delay. Wanted to get climate perfect before the flip. Upgraded ventilation and have the tent dialed in well at 74 degrees and 60% humidity during day and 70deg/ 55% at night. Started a second scrog on Day 42. Nervous about the stretch but hopefully I can maintain it (I wish T5 lights could flower...) Did extensive trimming underneath clearing pretty much anything that will never reach the ceiling of green above it. Day 45 marks last day of Veg Day 46 marks first day of flower AND. HERE. WE. GO.

This week has been one of great gains in both size and vegetation we have seen a vertical leap in two plants that is astronomical almost 4 inches in a week! Had to do some pruning to expose new bud and a little bit of low stress training on to plants to see if we can expose light to the underside and perhaps get a little more love out of our lower buds The stalk size on almost all of these plants is almost as big as your thumb but on one it is actually relatively skinny that is the one we’re doing the low stress training on we just started the low stress training and it is taking very well to it One of these plants is extremely dark in color on the vegetation and has typically about 11 fingers per leaf! Not sure what that means yet

So the end of 3 and entering week 4 these girls are a little sad today as been working on finishing their little grow space which hopefully they'll settle into over the next few days. I have tried too upload images but no luck keeps saying resizing no matter where I upload from 🙄 The girls are taking off and I can see the difference in growth allthough they've been unsettled past few days 🌱 Still loving the aptus range and so am I its keeping these girls healthy even the topped girl hasnt really reacted too being topped 🌱👌 I will be doing some hst/lst with the other 2 this week as neglected them slightly as having the fastbuds testers all potted up into new shoes. I will try update more images tomorow... Stay blessed 💚

SUMMARY: - overall everything went smooth but I overcompensated the LED height, I started too high (lack of extension cords), then I dropped them too low, ultimately burning the second set of "starter" leaves (after the cotyledon set). I didn't get the humidifier and climate to synergize in the way I liked either, but it went well overall. nov. 11 12:00 - third seed has still not been able to germinate, resorting to emergency soak in glass of bottled flat water 15:00 - seed taken out of glass back in damp paper towel nov.12 23:00 - put humidifier inside tent set to 95% but rH never got to 60% according to AC infinity's humidistat in between both smart pots at soil level - lowered lights from 30inch to floor to 20inch to floor - soil is 3.5" from floor - seedling canopy is 1.5" tall nov. 13 - 15:00 Grow tent climate stabilizing with the humidifier helping keep the rH between 50-60%, which is about 10% higher than before. - note: humidifier is set to max 95% rH on its setting, claims the rH is high around 80% but the AC humidistat right at the canopy claims it is closer to 50%. - Keeping the AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6 controller set on 24/7 only on setting 2 - note: must be careful with the S6 active intake, as the ducting can drastically drop the cfm coming in, resulting in a rapidly increasing negative pressure which if left uncheck could force the tent to cave severely. It was very important to watch immediately when changing the inline fans speeds, and the ducting positioning to ensure a stable and safe pressure exists. - Temperature stable around 78F during 18H of LED light - soil is slowly drying up, its still significantly heavier than the empty pot, not quite moist so will have to see about watering, still trying to get those roots to work for it and avoid overwatering. - Turned on 6" mini fans to get the lanky stalks to dance a bit and strengthen, fans are about 2 feet away at 45 angle set on "normal" power nov. 14 19:00 - humidifier is able to get the tent to a low rH of around 60%+ nov. 15 14:00 - one hour after turning on lights without humidifier on and the rH drops from 53% (as it levels out to when lights are off for 8H) down to 40%. Nov. 16 17:00 - seedlings looking a little sad and in need of some water - the younger seedling’s leaves are starting to twist a little bit (like a propeller), this could potentially be from the mini fans moving them around. - gave both plants 3x waterings of 50ml each, over the course of 5 mins. Watered until run-off, soil was extremely light and dry as to encourage greater root growth. Water was measured at 6.92 and the run-off is measured at 7.21 for the younger smaller seedling but 8.14 for the larger older. Nov. 17 14:00 - seedlings had to sit in the room just under normal room lights as grow tent was set into final position and hooked up to the new ventilation going out of the house. - some potential concerns with the air exchange “leaking” cold air back into the tent - the concern is that the grow room sits around 70-74 during the warmest possible times - whereas, during the coldest possible times it is possible for the grow room to drop to 63, which is the lowest temp just outside of the danger zone - - 22:00 right now the fan settings are synchronized on 4 and humidifier set to 80% - it appears as if this setting will hold the rH around 60-70% and the temperature around 70-74F - grow room temp: 74 - humidifier: rH 78% - set to 80% - Older seedling getting some discoloured around the tips and a little bit of a brown tip - likely lowered LED too long, but they were out of the grow tent a few hours , so not worried at all and expect full recovery in 48 hours - Lights now 27 inch from the floor / 23 from canopy Specifications:😎👇 Seeds: - 2x White Widow feminized seeds from Crop King Seed Tent: - 4x4x6 Mammoth Grow tent LED: - 2x Spider Farmer SF1000 LED (default 100 watt draw for seedling but will be bumped up to 125 Watt for flowering if not sooner) Pots: - 2x 0.5 L starter pots - 2x 5 gal smart pots after transplant Soil: - Pro-mix containing mycorrhizae and perlite, used for starter pots and mixed at roughly 1:3 ratio with Ocean Forest - Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, used in the 5 gallon pots and mixed with roughly 3:1 ratio with pro-mix - note: pro mix was mixed thoroughly with ocean forest in the 5 gal pot, then pro-mix was used on the top layer, in and around where the transplant will be to help the early veg stage avoid getting too "hot" via nutrients. Nutrients: - Fox Farm Big Bloom - Fox Farm Big Grow - Fox Farm Tiger Bloom Inline Fans: - AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6 6" (exhaust) - AC infinity CLOUDLINE S6 6" (active intake) - AC infinity 6" ducting Oscillating fans: - 2x Wind Devil 6" fans Carbon Filter: - 2x iPower Carbon Filter on both inline fans - note: carbon filter on intake fan as basement had mold issues in furnace room far removed but same floor, some mold issue in other room, cat litter in basement, thus, avoiding all risks and sleeping sound at night :) all mold was killed, scrubbed, cleaned, sprayed, painted, and sprayed again before setting up. Humidifier: - TaoTronics Cool Mist Humidifier Timers: - 2x Kuman 15A/1800W 24-Hour Digital Timer

This was another fun week. I did some defoliation to open up all the bud sites. That took a little longer than I was expecting. This is the largest plant I have ever grown, and I'm learning there are some differences in growing a big girl, the first being she takes longer to defoliate. The second is the amount of water she drinks. I'm watering her a full gallon ever other day and she is taking it all.

Overall a good time spent... Loved sitting and paying weekly attention to the environment its quite therapeutic.. Even if its a case of sitting and staring for 20 minutes... (effects and taste will be updated once completed drying)
