Day 29 Over the past week, the plant has continued to change noticeably. The new growth at the top has stretched a bit, giving the plant a slightly taller and more open appearance compared to Day 29. The upper leaves are still bright green, and the fresh growth looks delicate and slightly lighter in color. The structure is becoming bushier, with many small shoots forming around the center. Some of the lower leaves show more pronounced discoloration than before, with patches of yellowing and slight browning around the edges. This contrast between older and newer foliage makes the plant look like it's shifting energy upward as it continues its development.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. Here we are at week 7! During Week 6 Noticed earlier on in the week that 1 of the 5 White widows has a slight magnesium deficiency. Amended that with tsp of Epsom salt per 1 gal. PH'd water at 6.7. Noticed new growth looks okay! I think I should have added nutrients a week prior. Light defoliation on the bottom leaves under the canopy Added other 1/2 dose of down to earth 4-4-4 (I decided to half dose on the dry amendments to see how the plants respond) Added 1/2 dose of GEO Bloom 3-12.5-9 Watered dry fertilizer with compost tea brewed for 24hrs Started PH testing the soil. Reads around 6 Week 7 plans Going to try using white distilled vinegar as an organic PH down option. I have been using phosphoric acid and read that it is an inorganic. Hoping to not kill any good microbes with future watering. Tap water in my town reads at 7.6-7.8 Keeping an eye out for light stress and adjusted the light accordingly Light LST on bud sites Going to PH test run off to make sure soil is at okay PH level. New clip on fan is on its way to help lower RH in upcoming weeks. Aiming for consistent 40-45% So happy with how well this grow is going so far. Hoping it continues this way! Day 1 30/12/24 Monday evening. Started the seed off in de-chlorinated tap water and calmag 3ml to 5L pH 6.4. I will use this water for the rest of the week as sprays and transfer water. Day. 2 31/12/24 Tuesday Seed has sunk 🙌 Transferred now to paper towel, sprayed with same water. Covered. Left in cupboard 24hrs untill tap root emerges ✌️ Day 3 01/01/25 (Happy NY 🎇💚) Tap root only just popped!! I have re applied a spray to dampen, re covered and will allow another 12hrs before checking again. Day 4 02/01/25 Thursday Tap root reached 1cm Seed only just cracked. Will leave a further 24hrs for a sustainable tap root. Day 5 03/01/25 Friday Tap root has reach 2/3cm and now been potted up in a 1L pot with cannaterra pro, added perlite, added cococoir, and dynomyco, all watered yesterday to dampen off. . Sprayed top soils today to settle in seeds. Day 6 04/01/25 Saturday Seed has emerged to top of soil level 😁 Moved all seedlings into the auto tent so they can catch the 600w dual hps. Hello everyone and thanks for stopping by. The start of this journal is a little overdue, but real life gets in the way sometimes and I kept having to delay. I initially had planned to run the Samsquanch OG strain from Mephisto and had even started a journal, but I had some issues starting off and the seeds just didnt take well for whatever reason. I tried to germinate my last 4 of those seeds after the originals failed, but only 1 came up. Still cant figure out what went wrong, but instead of waiting and ordering new seeds I decided to pop these freebies that they game me and the girls had absolutely zero issues and are off to a great start! I transplanted into the net pots on 10/20 (Day 4) after some nice long roots came out. I top fed for a few days until my roots were reaching down through the net pots. Everything is running pretty optimal thus far! Light is set about 40inches away 40% power right now. Daytime Temp is 78f and night is around 72-73f. RH is 62-65% EC 0.5

Not much other than yet another super progressive week! Oppsies tape came off and it was fully healed. I'm shocked. Went through and defoliated today and grabbed some pictures. Didn't grab many through the process. Week 1.5 of flower was solid.

i’d say another two weeks on these girls and they are about done one of the other phenos of this finished up quite quickly and it’s already drying Can’t wait to give you the full results and numbers 🔥 and remember It’s 420 somewhere

I did too much as I said on her! And I didn’t use any sprays to help healing was expecting too much for her to spring back on her own! I will take note of that as I’ll be growing her again! She smells lime lemons and lime a lot of citrus coming off her with sweet sides of sherbet like sours makes your mouth water so much just smelling her! Effects are very deep! Put me into deep thought day dreaming almost! Suggested smoke for breaks chills and films perfect movie bud actually! Gives you natural giggles so would enhance any mood!

Pretty happy with the final results from this grow, both times I have done this strain though I have had different results, the plant structure is great to be fair so I don't actually think a lot of training is required with this one but its exciting to see how big they can go! I will defo go for a 3rd time on this strain in the future so will look forward to that but in the mean time I shall have some of fastbuds gelato potted up in the next week or 2 to start a new diary :)

Wish I had left her at least another couple days however all of a sudden their became a sudden need to harvest asap unfortunately, never the less she was well into her finishing stage and and has been an amazing journey with her from start to end!

Update: All 3 seeds broke ground on May 20. Ready to see these babies grow big and beautiful. Germ Day 1: Today I decided to plant 3 Fast Buds Afghan Kush Auto. I mixed the Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 with a couple tbsp of mychorrizae and crushed egg shells into 5 gal of sunshine #4 which is predominantly a peat based media. I watered around the seed thoroughly. I am using the sponsored Vipar Spectra XS2000 and think it will be awesome for these auto flowers. It’s a super strong light with an awesome spectrum. I have it set at 30% at 34”. I’m excited to see how this combo works. I’ve seen great things from each part and looking forward to a great result together. Happy Growing 🌱

This week is almost the same as last week. Did some LST and Defoliation. Got rid of some stuff close to the plants so now they have more space. They started to smell so I have to buy some other plants as well like the Jasminum polyanthum, because I don't want any complaining neighbours.
