I defoliated the Plant for the first time and adjusted the LST to the growth of the plant. I found the first white pistils shooting out from the plant which shows me she is ready to go into flower. Until now i am very happy with the progress, still no issues :)

Spoted no more herms! decreased UVA to 6h again because some budtips turn white (light bleach) even the lights are 40cm away...last time they bleached too but with light 30cm away... 2 weeks to go

She looks fantastic,she's in a 7l pot and she has the same soil as her sister gorilla girl and cream mandarine and darkr devils all planted the same day and she's the biggest one on a 7 l pot. This is pretty strange,anyways, she looks super happy, full 100% organic grown well see howbshe ends up performing

Great week. Plants are ready to be harvested. Really nice plant . Great smell nice structure. Very frosty , really sticky very dense buds. Fast strain to grow, very enjoyable. Thanks everyone

Hey there it’s been really cold lately it’s been hard to keep the humidity and temps at a decent range. A lot of the plants are showing stress from the environment. The pound cake auto is doing pretty well it has gotten a lot larger. This morning I finally saw some small pre flower hairs coming from the main stem. Also the stems in the plant seem to be starting to stench. So 90% sure buy the end of the week the plant will really be showing signs of flowering. Well just saying it’s flowing now. From what I see online this strain takes along time to switch to flower compared to lots of auto flower strains. This would be a perfect strain if you wanted to main line

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. 5/23/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower) There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. Just watching them Flower!! 5/24/2023 Week 7- Day 2 of Flower (Day 111 overall) Tucked a few fan leaves below lower buds but didn't see any blatant offenders that needed to be removed. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week.... 5/25/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall) Just letting them grow today!! Smell is getting stronger I would say it is a hint of Pine and a heavier fruity smell. 5/26/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Flower (Day 113 overall) I did Nothing but took some pics and I enjoyed it!!!! It is nice to be able to just sit back and watch them on auto pilot.. :-) Tomorrow Water Change Day!! 5/27/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Flower (Day 114 overall) I admit it.. I had to defoliate a little bit.. I looked in while changing the water today and there were just a couple blatant offenders blocking the light from lower bud sites and those leaves they just had to go. Other than that I took off a few little sucker buds trying to form. I did start to setup my Dry space as well as did a Trichome Check today and the brown tips are coming in nicely. 5/29/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Flower (Day 116 overall) Found a few baby sucker buds trying to form so I removed them. Other than that I am enjoying watching her mature. I also started my Reverse of the Clone I took 6 weeks ago in Apr from #3. I am uploading footage of the reversing process for your viewing pleasure.

Update 11/8...2nd plant is harvested and jarred. The terps on this strain are amazing! I harvested only 1 plant....her sister (the tall purple girl) is still under the lights. Based on dry weight on 4 upper colas harvested 5 days earlier I'm expecting a whopping 160 grams from just the one plant. The colas are super frosty and dense, holding their weight during drying. I've got 40 grams already curing, the rest is still hanging in the dry box. This strain was an absolute pleasure to grow and even an uncured bud smokes smooth and sweet with a nice, even slow burn and white to light grey ash. It's gonna be my go-to from my winter stash line-up!! Thank you Royal Queen Seeds for the opportunity to select and grow one of your strains and for Organic nute setup. It's obvious I snagged an excellent strain grown with topnotch nutrition. I've got 3 more Green Gelato beans and can't wait to pop em next grow.

I wasn’t expecting these to stretch as much as they did, but they seem to come to a halt and are now focusing on bud sites. The Diamond OG has larger tops with smaller popcorn sized coming up the stem and started to frost later than the Cherry Gum. The Cherry Gum has smaller tops with more buds up the whole stalk and started frosting up right after the switch to flower.

Amazing Colours! As you can see the colours on this plant at the end of its run are absolutely amazing. The buds didnt out as dense as I had hoped but I think thats just this pheno and we are busy hunting a denser pheno atm. what a great strain to grow though. no problems during the cycle of the plant and the colours make it so rewarding to grow! I would definitely recommend this strain to people who like fruity and colourful plants. Barneys never disappoints really;)

Finally into 20 hrs on. The toxicity from the over watering of last week hopefully got fixed when I watered again for the first time in 5 days. I think the fresh batch of water might help her out. Just did straight water nothing else. Packing on weight tho... Oh ya. Starting to really smell like berries it's nice. The buds are developing that dark color too. IT WASN'T WATER TOXICITY. Just her going into late bloom. Final lst. She's going to stay there until end of flower.. I wish I did this earlier and the buds would've been much bigger. Better late than never

Today no watering maybe some defoliation below the net but that it cool beans 😎 Day 9 Flowering phase Didn't see the plant for 20hours and jebus they grew over night they went up 15cm . But they are looking healthy Gave them almost 1.2L nutrients was getting dry that was it . Day 10 flowering phase Today adjust some things in the tent it didn't feel a right not to happy with tents quality 🤔 also it's very challenging to get to back corner plant. I need to fully open the tent. There are no peak holes ore other opening to get to the back . And it feels unstable . Plants i only did some final defoliation and gave 0.5l normal water Day 11 flowering phase Plants looking okay to me. Didn't water them today want to let them dry out some . I think because of all the watering i am Struggling with the humidity in the tent . It is around 80% and that little dehumidifier don't do jack patetoe . Def need to think of a solution for later in the weeks Day 12 Flowering phase Gave nuts water and put a 2nd ScrOG up a little higher . Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation. Hey guys, Recover went fine and this week she started growing constantly without any further problems encountered. I decided to start LSTing her, even though I'm not totally sure is the best way to go, as the plant still sitting in a 3 liter pot....we will see... I started to see some signs of her to be a girl, but I hope its not flowerung yet but just all the stress she received during her first cycle of life. Will keep you posted and dont forget to pass by also to the other diary I'm taking right now!! Stay tuned stay high nice people!
