Luckily I was able to get a nice strong batch of Boogie Brew compost tea made and gave them all a nice soak and bath with it. Within two days all but one of the plants bounced back. Now that the plants are able to fend for themselves a little better was a good opportunity to try to harden them off the ones going outside to the elements outside. I did so by placing on a shaded part of my deck for a few hours. I was also able to get my tent inside ready and they were moved from the small cool grows tent to my 4x8 tent with my big lights. I adjusted the light to be around 500 PPFD at canopy.

Quick kush is called quick for a reason 👌, nice big indica leaves starting to grow and stretch pretty fast, i had to re pot one of the girls so one of them might look a bit sad but she will get better (its the salts) Flushing and Buffering- I am personally using Canna Coco Coir,mix with one brick of plagron coco coir(had one left). 1. Why you Should buffer your Coco. Lets get to reading! (Its Worth it for those that dont know about it) There are cation exchange sites in coco that will interfere with nutrition until they are buffered. The cation exchange sites in coco naturally come loaded with sodium (Na) and potassium (K) cations. However, the Na and the K are only weakly held to the exchange sites. In the presence of calcium (Ca) or magnesium (Mg), the sites will release their Na or K cations and lock onto the Ca or Mg. These processes are known as “cation exchanges”. Buffering coco is accomplished by soaking it in Ca and Mg. This allows the cation exchanges to take place prior to adding plants. Simply soak your coco in a solution of Cal/Mag water and the exchange sites will release their K and Na cations and lock onto the Ca and Mg. When the cation exchange sites bond with Ca and Mg rather than Na and K, it is “buffered”. The bonds that hold the Ca and Mg to the sites are very strong and cation exchange will largely stop. This means that all of the nutrients that you add to the water will be available to the plant at the ratios that you provide them. 2. Alot of growers Grow in Unbuffered coco coir and its a big mistake guys, I myself was a "victim"😬of unbuffered coco and it does cause alot of problems... now i am going to try and fix them! -----GROWING IN UNBUFFERED COCO--- Many growers are unaware of the need to buffer the coco and they try to grow plants in unbuffered coco. In unbuffered coco, the cation exchange sites will strip the nutrient solution of the Ca and Mg and replace those cations with Na and K. This creates a sub-optimal Nutrient Element Ratio (NER) and renders Ca and Mg unavailable to the plant. Failing to buffer the coco is why so many growers suffer calcium deficiencies in coco grows. Manufacturers of prepared coco products try to exploit these problems and convince growers that only their proprietary products are suitable for growing. However, it is actually very simple to properly buffer your coco yourself. This tutorial walks you through the process and provides all the information you need to turn even the cheapest brick of dehydrated coco into a superior growing medium. End of week 10 and so close to harvest! I have finally decided to chop the Purple Lemonade because she has been ready for a few days now literally oozing out sweet sticky sugars and the trichomes were about 70/30 cloudy to amber ratio. The other plants are about 90/10 and will be chopping the ladies soon. Smoothest grow I’ve had. Also only the 2nd (Indoor) grow. It’s nice to see some progress and will always try pushing to grow better and frostier flowers. One love!

Day 21: So we are currently in day 21, I finished all my work for my growroom. They where pushed into flowering 5 days ago. They always need to settle first before even turning into that stage. So my gues that in the end of the next week we will start to see the first indicators. I still gave them veg nutrients this week since they are still in growing stage. I did notice that many plants have weak stems and where sloppy underneeth. Didn't liked that, so in order to have thicker stems and branches I decided to top all the plants ( not showing in these picutues, i did that after making the pictures) Topping your plants will create stronger thick stems and branches! Also removed the first 1-2 internodes on each branch. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant. I can't remember the ''science'' behind it but I have been told that many years ago by fellow OG Dutch growers and Family members. Anyway It is importend to have uneven branches. So 5, 7 or even 9 but never 6 or 8. Normaly I would have loved a huge main cola and it is known by many amnesia growers to not top the plants because they make beautifull thick main colas. On the other hand, when having this much plants on each m2, it will create weak stems and branches. I rather have strong plants with thick stems and branches to transport all nutrients properly and not breaking when having buds on them or having to mayor support them. The leafs, stems and branches look fine to me. No stress or deficiencies. 1/3 of them like to drink thought which is a good thing but it really enjoying. Now I have to weigh by lifting the pots which one needs more or less feedings lol. Instead of giving them all like 5 seconds of water. Might show you guys my feeding ''barrel'' next week. It is a 250L one. Untill next week.

Resining like never this one is super cold the buds They are very compact and already heavy I will keep nutrients more on a smaller scale, I removed some fans for fresh air and more light in the cup, very happy with this girl

I topped some of the ladies that were getting a little bigger than the rest of the plants hoping it slows down some of the growth so the smaller plants can catch up thanks for reading😏

So far the dosi seems to be further into flowering than the bride cake. I’m noticing a potential cal/mag lock out with the dosi but I’ll continue to monitor over the course of these next few days. If signs worsen I’ll attempt to flush with lighter EC until run off readings of PH & EC are stable and will tone down the feed. 11/5/21 seems that my “mag & calcium deficiency” seems to really be nutrient burn. I am pushing these plants on their bloom diet (2.8-3.0EC) so it is to be expected however I shall continue to keep them at the same EC unless things begin to worsen 🤷‍♂️🏽 I like to limit test 😅

Nice smell like peaches no trichomes

Well we finally reached the end. The last week was more cruise control. Just trying to remove the big fan leaves that's blocking any flowers. The trichomes looking kinda ready but still acceptable. During the last few days I maintained a daytime Humidity of around 60 and nighttime of 55. Temperatures are between 73 degrees and 67 degrees. Two days before chop they got 48 hrs of dark and 3 days of no water to add to the stress. After the 48hrs darkness all the ladies Came out extra frosty. Loving the change of hues on the blue gelato. The vanilla Kush is very oily and very very strong smell. Not a strong smell coming off the OrangeGelato though. The green gelato has a creamy smell.

Switched lights to 20/4. I overwatered last week and still waiting for soil to dry out a bit before watering again. I will do same low dose feed as last week. This seedling is growing the fastest out of all the seeds I started. I think it’s because she’s in a fast draining seedling mix and I’ve been overwatering everything. She looks happy 😊 Day 17 update: She’s now getting 25ml of water a day and she’s 6cm. I’m feeding full calmag and half growth dose. Added an oscillating fan to the tent yesterday to make her vibrate. Kinda wish I planted her in a bigger pot now but I’m going to leave her alone and see what she can do.

Day 33-13/01/22 they look really well I’m just trying to make space in my other tent so I can move half of them out and be more organised but I think this is the last week of veg!!!

8/25/23 - Day 73 - Another week down. We did a water change today. The buds are getting fatter and WAAAAAAY smellier. I have had a couple of times now where I lost a battle to the Skunk BOSS. I have had to reach in to move some buds around because they are too close to the light on some bud sites. You can see one of the buds up top, it has some white to it, I think that's due to being too close to the light. But once I move the buds around, I smell EXACTLY like a skunk. The smell is crazy strong. It's taking several full showers and it's still all over my fingers. Gloves will be an ABSOLUTE must when just reach in for a second. 8/28/23 - Day 76 - The buds are starting to grow even more, that the buds are growing buds out of them. That sounds weird but it's the only way to describe it. It looks like Romanesco. The buds are getting more dank, fatter, and more crystals are forming. 8/29/23 - Day 77 -I did some trimming today. I push some of the buds down and really got my arms in there today. All of the buds have gained so much mass to them when I squeeze them, they are really dense. I left a time laps video of me doing some late trimming, I was noticing some of the cannabis leaves were taking some of the light from the buds. 8/31/23 - Day 79 - The trichomes are still see-through and crystal clear. Day 14, Two of the Orange Sherbets are a little behind & the one I’m trying to pull back from nutrient burn.. So far the White Widow Autos by Seedsman have been doing the best! Day 17 two of the Orange sherbet are a little behind the rest of the plants but overall I would say everything is going good! Seems like the orange sherbet that had the nutrient burn is starting to bounce back! Day 19 They are all really starting to take off! Probably gonna do some LST tonight or tomorrow!
