🐻 Animal Mints — Week 1 The Bear Awakens Grow Week: 1 (Seedling Stage) Additional Plant: One established plant (~15 days veg) Light Schedule: 12/12 from seed Environment: Same conditions as the rest of the room ⸻ 🌱 Medium & Containers This run includes multiple plants at different stages, all grown under the same environmental conditions: • PRO-MIX soil in fabric bags • Plagron soil in plastic pots One of the Animal Mints plants is approximately 15 days ahead, growing in a plastic pot with Plagron soil. The remaining plants are newly introduced seedlings growing in both PRO-MIX bags and plastic pots. All plants are receiving the same feeding and foliar regimen. ⸻ 🌿 Growth & Structure Animal Mints is showing a very distinctive growth pattern, clearly leaning toward the indica / indica-dominant hybrid side. • Broader, rounder leaves • Compact and sturdy structure • Strong lateral presence • Deep, healthy green coloration The more established plant is already on its fifth pair of leaves, showing excellent vigor, balance, and overall health. Growth is confident and stable, with no signs of stress. The younger plants are smaller by comparison, which is expected due to the difference in age, not due to environment, feeding, or genetics. ⸻ 🔍 Important Note (Plant Size Difference) This report includes one Animal Mints plant that is approximately 15 days older than the others. The size difference is intentional and expected, as this plant was germinated earlier and has been receiving the same care and nutrition throughout its vegetative life. All plants: • Share the same environment • Follow the same feeding program • Are growing without issues This setup allows for interesting comparisons later on as the younger plants catch up. ⸻ Vegetative Feeding & Foliar Program All Animal Mints plants — including the older one — are following the standard vegetative recipe used across the room: Root & Base Nutrition (Watering): • Terra Grow • Power Roots • Pure Zym • Sugar Royal Foliar Application: • Vita Race Applied flexibly once to twice per week, depending on plant response and overall mood of the grow. This is the same recipe the older plant has been receiving during its entire ~15-day vegetative period, which clearly shows in its strong structure and healthy development. ⸻ 🐾 Observations • Strong indica-leaning morphology • Compact internodes and rounded leaves • Excellent response to the vegetative feeding program • No deficiencies or stress signs observed • Both older and younger plants look healthy and vigorous Animal Mints feels calm, heavy, and grounded — very much living up to its name. ⸻ 🚀 What to Expect Next • Younger plants will begin accelerating growth • Structural comparison between early and later starts • Continued strong vegetative development • Potential early training considerations once size equalizes The bear is awake — and it’s growing with intention 🐻🌿 FOR DISCOUNT CODES AND MORE JUST FOLLOW THE LINK https://website.beacons.ai/dogdoctorofficial 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. ****DIVINE SEEDS ***** *****OPIUM***** Sponsored grow ***DIVINE SEEDS ***** Week 11 6/16-23 Opium Loves the outside. She is tall and lanky, towering over the other outside girls: Fractal, Lemon Cake and Drizzle. All are showing yellowing leaves so everyone is now getting nutrients with feedings. I saw a Japanese beetle on my Lemon Cake and some small holes in the leaves so I added 1/2 tsp neem to the feed solution 6/12. Also started using fish & kelp. I'm still watering 1 gal per plant when I feed 2x/week. With the heat and humidity, I water daily but do not feed daily. Nutrients: TPS1 15ml/gal @4 gal =60ml Signal 1.5 ml Cal mag 10ml @4 gal Recharge ½ tsp/gal =10ml Kelp & fish GS plant foods 1/4c /gal @ 4 gal =1c Neem ½ tsp (for Japanses beetles)  Ph5.7  PPM 1414  Solution Temp 85  Outside temp 92f 6/19 Opium had a Spa day. Hair cut. All large umbrella fans were removed. Since she is in flower, she didnt need excess vegetation. This defoliation reveals true sativa form. There are 6-8inch stretches between nodes. I added a 6 ft support pole since we've had thunderstorms with high winds. I didn't want her majestic crown to snap off. I water daily and feed 2x per week now. *****OPIUM*****

DAY 65: Whelp, 8 weeks of shaming, abuse, experimentation, more shaming, and neglect-- the Lucky Charms plant is a f***ing female! Absolutely in-shock. I was so happy to learn she's a girl, but at the same moment was filled with so much regret, for how much better I could have treated this plant/how much larger I could have grown it. Just wow. So I took a clone cutting. It was a little small, but hopefully she takes because this plant is more resilient than a cockroach!! The White Widow plant is steady bushin' in the veg area with the little ones. I really love how short and stocky I've managed to get this plant through all the LST. Its starting to feel. like a bonsai tree. It has certainly earned its adulthood after the catastrophe it endured in Week-5. DAY 68: The re-potting of the Lucky Charms stunted its growth as expected, but its got a long way to stretch, so it should be able to utilize most of the new space. Itching to repot the White Widow. She's ready. Im just short on medium and space at the moment :/

Week 13 : Six Shooter So i've been looking into these plants' trichomes daily, sometimes twice daily, they're all really really cloudy, like full white, completely curled in. Some have a slight beige tint to them, so i'm guessing that's the first few ambers ! That means it's time for the chop ! these wrapped up their second week of flush with three x additive flush. To flush you water until run off then add 20% which is just about 4 pints for me. Now i'm at the end of the grow i can say that the full tent is a good idea, but it does get crowded and that will surely affect my yield as there are a fair few colas that are totally f-ed in the sense they are thin, skinny, a tiny bit of flower with just a few pistills... so those are useless and they're going into my bubble hash project, so let's see, maybe i can extract value out of the trim , the popcorn buds, and the rest of the plant ! Wish me luck and drop me a message, i'm chopping these down real soon ! 🚀

Place these seeds in the paper towel literally 24hrs later the tap roots were nice and long. I then placed them in jiffy pods and within 24 hours this is how they looked. So far amazing from what I see. Shout out to fast buds!!! This will be ram in the growace Aircube system.

It has been a great week of growth and no further accidental toppings - first pistils beginning to show at the end of the week. Tops are looking good, forming shape across the net. Stretched branches are being tucked under one square across every 3-4 days. The net is filling up nicely, with some limited pruning below the canopy of both leaves and growth stems. I'm trying to avoid any defoliation on this grow. Fertigating with an inflow EC of >1.4 seems to be moving the run-off EC higher - will maintain higher inflow EC until run-off is within acceptable range. Run-off EC Should be within 300 Points of Inflow EC. Run-off EC still remains below target although now increasing to where it should be. Tracking run-off volume/EC/pH at every fertigation event as I manage the feed EC to monitor what the plant is doing/feeding. Fertigation is maintained now to once a day (at lights on) to maintain the target EC. Light period is during the night time to better maintain heat/humidity conditions during light off period (which happens during daytime). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The grow setup includes ; - Secret Jardin DS120W tent (120cm x 60cm x 180cm) placed inside the bedroom - Mars Hydro SP250 LED light - extraction fan - AC Infinity Cloudline T6 (gives me great control over the environment) - ventilation fans - aquarium heater for nutrients solution (for winter use only) - small oil heater (for winter use only) - small dehumidifier - 20L Airpots (as final pots) and 3.5L general plastic pots (for seedling stage) - Canna Coco substrate mixed with 40% perlite - GHE Flora Trio as base nutrients and various additives - pH and EC/TDS meters - 2x Govee Thermo/Hygro meters (one at canopy, the other at the roots level - these allow for external monitoring and recording) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Some strain info from Royal Queen Seeds ; An amazing mix of genetics background - Its true genetics are unknown. Some say OG Kush is a mix of ChemDawg with a Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush. Others say that it’s just a special cutting of ChemDawg from the early 90s. The most obvious trait of OG Kush is its strong, unique, very dank, slightly citrus aroma, almost like fuel or strong detergent. The flavour of OG Kush is equally as strong and dank, with a long-lasting aftertaste. Strong mental and physical high - OG Kush is an extremely strong cannabis strain, with most experienced smokers listing it as one of their favourites. The effect is as strong physically as it is mentally. Though its effect is like an Sativa, the strain's genetics are mostly Indica. The effect is as strong and complex as the flavour. OG Kush takes around 8 weeks to flower and on average the yield is 500 grams per plant.

Day 15(27.05)= Very well today. I watered the plants with water (ph 6.5). To water them I used 10% of the volume of the pot (0.65 liters per plant) Day 18(30.05)= the weather was very bad today. He started to hail and the plants were hit by the hail and a few leaves broke. I put the plants indoors to avoid damaging them even more. Day 21(02.06)= the weather continues to be very bad. it seems that the plants are no longer growing. unfortunately in this period they are taking little direct light because the weather is always cloudy. I hope the situation improves.

Week 16 and two of the plants are almost ready for harvest, probably next week I’ll be trimming, Grape Diamonds and Cotton Candy Grapes. After that I believe that the rest should be staggered for a good harvest in two more weeks.

Gone to 1.3 EC. Flowers developing in length. Got some issues with heat during the week. The weather here is increasingly hot and I don't have active cooling in my home. Tried to keep temps down but with the temps outside the tent at 25+ celsius is hard. They don't seem to like it much. Looks like they have trouble taking up nutrition.

I started germination of 3 Sweet Zkittlez beans on 29/12/2020 (now sweet zenzation). I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Some background information on my experience with Sweet Zkittlez. I've only grown this one out once. Did her up in a 1 gallon SOG grow. It had a very impressive main cola. With quality bud structre and trichome production. The plant had a very luring sexy odor. I was very satisfied with the results. The variety got extra hungry for both p and k mid flower. A little bit needier but definitely worth the extra attention. Very excited to see the results in a full size plant. Giving thus a variety a chance to show me full swing.
