Good week

A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

Update- Fri 14th May Week has been ok but I've not been there as much so it'll be nice to see them today. It looked gorgeous last time there are so many bud sticks popping up from the curly FAT main lines . UPDATE - TUESDAY 18th May All has been going well as you can see from the photos. The only problem is that I have two TOTALLY different Spectrum lights in there so I have to keep switching them over to even the plant out! I’m trying to come up with a better solution but I don’t know if I will be able to afford my cabling, adaptors and all the little bits I need to build my 10 light COB.

The photo version of this strain did nicely. It handled a newbie grower in a small space perfectly. I think with good lighting and more nutrients I’d have had a really good yield.

Okay growmies here we are at the end of our cream cookies by fast buds. It was such a pleasure to grow, i learned so so so much this run that will help me through the rest of my adventures. The beginning was tough as i am new i over watered and did not ph the water and what i mistake. But its okay i learned. She bounced back like nothing and produced these awesome buds and beautiful smoke for me. Watching her change colour and grow was amazing. It was topped and lst, she reacted amazing to it and grew more and more. Fast buds has not let me down. I cant wait to grow her again and see what happens next time! I washed the trim and made bubble hash with it! Pressed some of the flower to make some rosen!!!

Lovely grow from start to finish. Hit is harder than the 10% THC suggests. The high is extremely mellow and the taste is sweet like mangoes. Looking forward to the hash from the trim. May even run this one again along with the higher THC non-CBD Blue Dream next run. Love it.

Happy 4th everyone 🎆. I just returned from a 4 day family trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I love that place and we had a lot of fun. The girls are doing great. I filled the reservoir before I left and it's was 1/4 remaining when I returned. That's one big advantage using the auto pots. If i was manual watering, i would be able to miss watering them more than a day. The posted pictures are 7 days from the last week photos. I also took a couple videos. With this being the beginning of week 5, I increased my bloom to 12ml per gallon. It's usually 9ml. I also increased my koolbloom from 3ml to 5ml per gallon. I'll go back to 9 and 3 on week 6. 29.12. - Plants are doing well. All of them have developed second pair of leaves. 🌿 30.12. - I could not believe my eyes when I looked into growbox this morning. The Apple Fritter seed that I thought was dead sprouted next to it's replacement 🌱 So I carefully transplanted the Green Gelato into the new pot, now I have 7 plants ❤️ 4.1. - Just wow. Woche 5 / Vegi Woche 4 Der Grow: ​​​​​Zum Anfang der Woche, wurde die Pflanze zum zweiten mal getoppt. Damit wurden aus den 6 Hauptrieben, 12 neue Haupttriebe. Dass toppen hat die Pflanze wieder gut verkraftet. Die Triebe sind im Verlauf der Woche gut und gleichmäßig gewachsen. Am Ende der Woche war die Pflanze wieder schön kompakt und buschig. Wahrscheinlich werde ich die Pflanze in der nächsten Woche, ein letztes mal toppen. Ob jeder der neuen 12 Hauptriebe getoppt wird, mache ich davon abhängig, wie sie sich weiterhin entwickeln. Leider war ich mir dann zur Wochenmitte zu 100% sicher, dass die Pflanze zu feucht steht. ​Kurze Zeit nachdem gießen, hat die Pflanze, ihre Blätter extrem hängen lassen. Auch haben sich erste Mangelerscheinungen gezeigt. Da Mangelerscheinungen bei der kurzen Zeit und dem Erdvolumen, nicht sein können, plus die Kombination der hängenden Blättern, nachdem gießen, waren dann die eindeutigen Anzeichen, für eine über Wässerung. Die Symptome werden hierbei, durch den fehlenden Sauerstoff an den Wurzeln, ausgelöst. Ich habe daraufhin, die Bewässerung komplett eingestellt. Aktuell bekommt die Pflanze seit 5 Tagen kein Wasser mehr, damit die Erde abtrocknen kann. Meine neue Strategie, für die Sonnenerde, schaut jetzt wie folgt aus. Ich lasse die Erde jetzt auf 30% abtrocknen, danach gebe ich einmalig, wieder soviel Wasser, dass die Feuchtigkeit auf 40% steigt, um sie dann wieder auf 30% absinken zulassen. Zwischen diesen Bewässerungen, gibt es 1-2 mal, nur ca. 200ml Wasser, damit die Erde gleichmäßig feucht bleibt. Dies sollte für eine gute Sauerstoff Versorgung der Wurzeln sorgen und das Boden Leben fördern. Damit die Pflanze etwas wenig gestresst ist, durch die über Wässerung, habe ich die LED erst einmal wieder auf Stufe 2 gedimmt und den VPD auf 1,2kpa gesenkt. Beides wird wieder schrittweise erhöht, wen die Feuchtigkeit in der Erde, auf mindestens 40% gefallen ist. Der Trauermückenbefall, dürfte auch erledigt sein. Die Nematoden haben ganze Arbeit geleistet. Auf den Gelbtafeln sind keine neuen mehr dazu gekommen und im Zelt sehe ich auch nichts mehr. Sobald die Pflanze aber wieder Wasser bekommt, werde ich sicherheitshalber, noch einmal mit Nematoden gießen.
