***DIVINE SEEDS ***** *****OPIUM***** Week 22 For my outside ladies, Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake These gals are weathered. Opium is taller than I can see (over 6.5 feet) but from my dining room window, I see the top 3 inches of her main cola is dead. Many dead leaves packed in the buds. Her colas on all stems are massive, sticky and resinous. My plan was to wash and make bubble hash from her. Temperatures should be dropping into the 70 with nights in the 60’s but have returned to the upper 80-90 with high humidity. This week rain is expected every day following another hurricane. That was the determining factor to chop all outside girls down. All the plants were chopped on Sept 12. Opium hung in the dark for 2 days and when Hubby started trimming up Opium he found dark areas deep in the buds and much of the bud mass just fell off. So both Lemon Cake and Opium have been tossed into the trash. I don’t even want to compost the plants in the event spores over winter. I hate losing any plant after I spent so much time growing them out but I won’t risk health over questionable harvests. I did an initial spot check on Fractal and she looked clean, but is being trimmed for a thorough inspection for any disease. These ladies had a long vegetative phase. Probably too long since I started them in April so they would be hardened off before I went on vacay in May. Three months of veg caused massive vegetative growth, especially on Opium deep in the buds.. The various breeder notes on photos indicate late September or October harvest. So that was in the back of my mind during this grow. All of them were in flower by early July. Light hours were over 14.5 and won’t be at 12/12 until September 26 (2 more weeks). I’m sure the plants were confused by the long veg and just said "Hell, I'm going for it" and started early flowering. I grew them too long waiting for the trichomes to develop. 👉Note for next year start seeds later in spring. 👉Plan start date based on counting back from the vernal equinox. 👉Based on such a long growing season, Autos may be preferable to finish quickly and not have extended vegetation phase before flower. Thank you @DivineSeeds for the opportunity to grow your exotic strains. I wish I could have completed the grow with a smoke report. I was looking forward to being daydreamy psychedelically stoned, not to mention killing my chronic pain and insomnia. I do have more seeds and will try again in a controlled environment and trying topping or mainlining to keep her shorter and more manageable. Yes ANOTHER week of veg and probably 2 more atleast..I just chopped 2 girls today and have another 2 coming down sometime next week so she'll have the whole tent to herself and I will have her in a bigger pot atleast a 4 gallon ... this grow hasn't had the love and attention she deserves and it shows... 1 gallon pot .. minimal lighting and poor diet but now that room is clearing up big changes are coming for her.. she WILL be glorious when she done probably around week 22 🤣 .. Happy growing ✌️. Day 60 we transplanted her (4 gallon )and will give her a couple days then another round of topping so we'll be at 32 .. gonna top there so gonna veg another 2 weeks then flip

Everything is as beautiful as ever :-) the rear ones are already in full flower production, the front ones are just beginning. None shows deficiencies or an excess of nutrients :-) everything looks perfect, and every one of them reacted super topping :-)

With joy into the fourth week of flowering. I adjusted the composition of the watering according to the manufacturer's recommended dosage. They are full of life.

Really stoked with the outcome of this grow, I was aiming for a good 60g, so i outdid myself some bit. On to the next one!

So i have finished LST by end of week 4 and did start with removing low budsights and branches below the cannopy so that i would get more likely big equal compact buds instead of the fluffy not so yum buds. I plan to not defoliate any more than i have right now, unless there's a leave throwing shade onto a potential big budsights i might remove the leave in order to get that budsight maximum light it could have. Growing really is a big learning curve, like by now i have learned so much about to tell signs of the health state of a plant. Like one plant got slightly yellow leave tips, because it got nutrient burnt probably. Like when i noticed the tips i kind of digged into plant health and telling health state by colour, appearance of the leave. Really starting to enjoy the process of growing, like adjusting LST bit by bit, starting to see rewards of it more and more. Also actuelly noticing things that werent the best decision which i can definetly improve on by the next grow. Cant wait to see the end results, i really hope i get terpenes on a decent level. Since for me it became such a enjoyable thing to just smoke weed that actually is tasting lovely

Merci kannabia, Madame grow , et trolmaster !!! 🚫 Update, après une inspection hebdomadaire je viens de déceler 2 pied herma , que j'ai éliminé directement, plus que 5 plantes , j'espère que sa va allez 🤞 3 nouvelle hermaphrodite détecter, certaines avec des cloches, d'autre des banane plus subtil a détecté, un totale de 5 herma sur 7 , j'ai jeté les herma, grosse perte de temps et d'argent 😵

After the 9th week of flower she came to get dried for 12 days then trimmed and placed in jars for the cure. Now here we are on day 55 of the cure. I must say this stuff is oh so sticky! It's absolutely covered in resin head to toe. When I smell the jar it smells extremely appealing. Taking after her parent Afghani her nose has a kushy gassy smell that makes you want to keep your nose right in that jar. After throwing some in my grinder I roll her up into a raw paper and light her up! On the inhale it's sweet like sugar then on the exhaul she's still sweet but with hints of gas. The effects are almost immediate. You can feel it in your face and eyes then slowly works down to the body to bring a heavy indica stone. This stuff is very strong and I usually use it for evening use. I can see this being highly medicinal for people suffering from insomnia and pain. Let me say one more thing. This stuff leaves a fantastic flavor on the palate after smoking. It is also oh so smooth after the long cure. Thank you Green House Seed CO for being the legends that changed the cannabis world 🙏

Harvest was on Day 80 from Seed Second run with this strain and she more than passed expectations! I thought the buds were big last go round but holy sh*t are they ever big this time around! And just packed with crystals, seriously can't wait to try this round and compare vs last round. The switch to Autopots was a huge improvement in my grow. Plants double the size of last time and I'm betting 30-50% more yield after dry and cute. Nice not having to water every day or two, gives you more time to focus on other aspects of growing and life. Maybe partially why the better outcome, more time spent on plant maintenance vs just watering. Was pretty impressed with the diameter of the stalk vs the size of the hole water moves through. These girls were pushing a LOT of water and you can tell when you see how hollow the stalks are. Despite that they were strong as ever. Never had a branch snap or bend, and I didn't use any plant support this go around. Was pretty impressed with trichomes production this time around as well. Buds were just packed and sticky AF while being so dense that they barely compress when squeezed. Also both plants went quite dark/purple in the end this go around where last run they were lighter like #1 was to start. Got a couple seeds left of this strain, will be saving them for once I eventually run out of bud. Really like the taste and effects from this strain, want to keep it around long as I can since I didn't see it listed any more on the breeders page 🤔

Week #13, week 6 of flowering : Everything went well during the week, maybe except the fan falling down right in the ScrOG ... damaging some stems, but after tying them to some sticks it looks ok, I don’t really see any difference in the pictures by the way. Tough genetics, I’m really happy with all of them, I can’t complain on anything. There’s buds everywhere, all dense and hard, this is what I like. 👍 Reducing BIO Bloom ( not Organic Bloom ) just a bit for this week, it might be one of the last feeding with Alga-Max for some plants and probably the last feeding for a few of them, I don’t know yet all depends on how it turns during the following weeks. 👉Tip for new growers : you must stop adding any PK boosters 2 weeks before harvest ☝️ Mars-Hydro SP 250 is very effective. I’m growing 3 small plants between the ScrOG’s, was using my tubes for seedlings to give them a bit more light but nothing was really happening, they were having a hard life trying to grow some buds. But after just a lil bit more than a week under the SP 250 they started to make buds, getting fatter and denser, even the small nuggs in the bottom are getting some light which was impossible with the tubes ! (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)
