After putting my timer wrong at 24h, I adjusted it to 18h to match the photoperiod plant. Heavy defoliation helps them breathe a bit. Focus on main branches

The guys and gals over at the fastbuds team have created some great strains. This plant was super Hardy and took a beating with the weather that we have been having outdoors this year .She was Hardy against most things except the cold that just stopped her growth in its tracks and made the tricohmes frost up pretty fast . I love the colour in the plant and would like to try this again outdoors in cold and summer . Day 92: Now entering their 9th flowering week , I was convinced they would be done at this point. The #1 in the inactive los soil seems to have stalled with very little changes to her this week. I have given her a blast of Mc at full strength into hopefully boost her for this next weeks flowering time. All of these ladies want to carry on and are not yet showing all cloudy . There isn't any amber trichromes around at all and the #2 +#3 have been adding new pistils to their buds , this again makes me feel they will go the full 11 weeks in flower but that could also mean another swell !. I will be growing more of this strain for sure in the future. They are all very pineapple smelling up close and they are beginning to add more frost now too.

Added a video of transplanting with 2 solo cup method! This week transplanted the girls into 2 gallon pots. I usually go straight from these to there final home. Sometimes do 2 more transplants if growing fast and bigger then expected

Increased the feeding I've been measuring with the cap so it's 2capfuls each of the trio pack. Buds starting to get nice developing frost and sugar leaves can easily be seen. Since the start of the grow I've started I had 4 plants but down to 2 which have been coming along fine. Can't wait to see what these ladies taste like 😋

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Had a pretty good weer. I have the new carbon fil by Spider farmer. Love it has a temp and hum control built in so i can really leave it undisturbed now. today is day 126!!!! i only received so many photos, it seems that the biotabs nutrients are working great, i'm still on vacation so girl, i water it myself with the help of wifi, and a few times a week she comes to water it separately :) everything looks pretty nice:) good luck to everyone:)!

I believe #2 is ready to pull now. Gonna do that on Monday. #1 still has a while to go but is flowering faster than the true photoperiod plants. Maybe auto genetics speeds it up even though I had to flip to 12-12. Smells sweet and is very sticky to the touch. Any advice for keeping its smell during drying and curing? Last few have always lost their smell before it's ready :(

🤗 Hi fellow growers. We are back here to harvest the Northern Lights Auto from Seedsman. She took 11 weeks to finish flower and a total of 15 weeks from seed to harvest. 🌱Growing her was a little tricky as she was finicky at the beginning of flower. She wasn't the fastest auto but she put on some tall colas with some fair amount of resin smelling of sour stone fruit such as a plum. Chopped her down then dryed for 14 days in a environment controlled room. Then began the trimming process. After a nice manicure the plum smelling buds were then placed in a jar to set cure for 30 days. There was quite a bit of larf nugs on the bottom skirts that I should have trimmed off during the flowering cycle but sometimes I like keeping them to press into some rosin before my nugs are cured. I find that pressing the flowers with in the first week of the curing process produces the best quality flower rosin In the end I'm left with a gram and a half of some beautiful Northern Lights flower rosin that tastes and smells like a sour plum and packs a big punch. About a 10% return so not the greatest yield but it sure is some high quality rosin. Keep it mind it was the larf flower and I press at 180°F to preserve as much flavor as I can. I'm after quality and have been achieving that. Effects - Relaxing, calming, Happy Yield - 68 g nice nuggets 14 g of larf that went to rosin Smell - Sour plum Forrest Taste - Skunky plums
