2 Girls 1 Cup finally made it to the finish line. Wedding Glue trichomes started turning yellow damn near overnight. Godzilla Cookies still covered in milky frost. I don't have scales, so I'd rather not estimate on wet weight. Wedding Glue is hefty though, thicker than I thought she'd be. I have a number in my head what she'll dry out to, but I'll share that later lol. Chopped Godzilla Cookies up, bagged in two gallon zip locks and slapped in the freezer for a rainy day. I have one 1lb Grove Bag, but after looking at it, and the flowers I have hanging... I may need more grove bags so I don't compact the nugs and can keep the headspace needed for the two way whatever the f these bags do. The SMELL is out of this world. Wish I had words for all the aromas smelled while harvesting. From lemon/lime, candy, grapefruit, diesel, etc.. Wedding Glue is going to be some fucking DANK!! The ooey gooey parts of Godzilla Cookies will turn into a nice bubble hash someday in the future. The list of things learned along the way this time round.. : 1- DONT put diff strains in same RES. This means the same pot as well.. many reasons not to. 2- Keep the RES that will hold roots BASIC, and keep the fancy shit in the external RES (if ya got one). Easier maitenance and minimal risk of root damage. 3- Waterfarms are baddass, but the drainage holes from the upper grow chamber are too few and too small. I added many more to it prior to using this time round and roots still wrapped the bottom of it like they did the RES below. 4- check calibration on your meters frequently... 5- have spare ventilation equipment on standby incase something fails. Don't want the smell getting out, top priority.. 6- plan your wiring for easy movement/adjustment when needed. Zip ties are cool and all.. until you have to cut and replace a hundred of em to move a fan from one pole to another. I know I'm missing a few things and will add them when they come out of long term memory. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my current grow. Hi everyone. By now a fat banana has come to an end. With next week I will proceed to the cut. Now it is being fed only on water (ph 6.2) The other little fat banana was infected with a caterpillar that was eating the stem internally. I eliminated the parasite and treated the wound of the plant with a totally natural product. It seems to me that he reacted well. The northern light proceeds ... it is still behind.

So I took a vacation over Christmas so lost a few weeks. I'm currently at 2 wks into flower. The branches became too strong to be weighed down so I switched tactics and threw a net over her to scrog while she stretched in her transition. This works superbly and filled out the remaining space nicely. I'm leaving for this week while she's still stretching before I get in there with my scissors, it looks bushy and messy, but there are tops a plenty and the plant structure is super strong which was my intention from the outset. I'm position the tops daily to guide them. I will prune to next to nothing to get the bud sites exposed and I want full canopy penetration so I don't want too many colas fighting for position. Next week will require more concentration and skill. Oh fuck then lol...

01/09/2022 Finally time to flower, and all girls went into flower room at lights out.The males will be next week, don't want to put them in to early so I will carefully check every day and separate before they open their flowers. I'm guessing week 3-4 I Will select two branches on each female to selectively pollinate. 01/11/2022 Blue Matter #5 (update #5 culled male) repotted with lemon og seed Will continue in her own evolving diary. My hope is to eventually graft different cuts for a multiple variety mom plant, I can have 6 total plants And would be nice to be able to maintain only one mom.

Girls are starting to flower. GC is taking off and bushing out like crazy. Blueberry Chemdawg is taking off as well just not as quick as the Green Crack. I've been constantly tying the tops over on the Green Crack so as of now it looks like about 8 Main colas. Can't wait for these girls to fatten up and see what they can do!

Mon objectif en tant que grower et de maximiser la qualité par rapport à la quantité. Si les deux vont de paires ça me va aussi 💪🤓

It's start the 10th week, I think it will the last week and after I will harvest it. Buds have a very good density and smell is amazing. The cage is very usefull I don't notice any other attack in both plants.👌

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Welcome to the next week of great adventure with young gorillas. The beginning of the week I started with a small flush with tap water at pH 6.3. I intend to change the 150W HPS lamp to brand new 250w plantstar this week.
