Hi Growmies, This grow was not about growing the biggest plant but a test on how Natural sunlight compares to artificial light. I can be clear on one thing: natural sunlight gives a better terp/trichomes development, at least within my setting. This is probably due to natural UV rays within sunlight which is harder to get in a tent. Also the cost of this grow was so cheap, that if I would sell 3 grams I would have my whole investment in this grow back. So cost wise an outside grow will always beat an inside grow, especially with the current energy rates where I live. So after the drying process we will do a quick taste test before jarring it up to cure. That will also be the time I weight my buds, wet weight is not important to me. Motherplant of this clone didn't give same buds as a clone. Shame I don't have mother plants anymore. I would recommend Durban Poison for everyone, I guess more people should feel this strain. This is my favourite sativa from 2019!

December 2nd: Lights are at 100%. Gave them BuildABloom twice over the week, since it looked like they were close to done stretching. Last defoliation of the grow.for these girls.

March 08 I left the air purifier on by accident again last night so there was a blue light overnight. The buds look good though. I taped the window up so I'm no longer having a humidity issue at night. I alternate between having the light on at 100% and 75% and recently 50% as well. March 10 I just fed them Ph'd water with molasses. Runoff pH 6.2-6.5, ppm 200-600. I'm having trouble getting good shots of the trichromes but I'm starting to see more amber ones. Less than 5%.

Finally got into the orange dream to get some pics , the critical XL was in front of her and got so weighty I couldn’t move her out the way to get to the orange 😊👌🔥, so with having moved the critical into the dry tent waiting to get trimmed I could get to the orange. This orange is weighty , phat , solid and smells of orange zest she’s got maybe another two weeks max just to finish off so this week I’ll take some of those faded leaves off and start backing off her feed . I’ve been smoking a bit of this already and it’s so good , my fave smoke I’ve ever smoked so moreish and doesn’t sit you right down but instead gets the creative juices flowing it’s gonna be so fun smoking it all . These Dutch fem genetics are so different than other strains I’ve smoked so stoked to have grown them .

the last week was really sunny again, which of course pleased the beautiful plant very much. in the last week she only got fertiliser once. biobizz top-max, bloom and grow. 24 hours before the harvest, she was given an ice-cold rinse and a few ice cubes. (does that really help?) the buds have grown very compact and firm. the odour is intense. wet weight at the end was 159 grams. but measured generously. all in all i am very satisfied with the grow. at the beginning she had to fight with the german weather, but she has survived all strains and stress.

Not much happening yet but still she's looking good .

It's week five of flowering, and the buds are developing very well. I'm very happy with how this run has gone so far. Let's hope for buds as big a lemons 🍋🍋🍋

Hello, fin de semaine 4 de croissance. Toujours une grosse différence entre les 5 plantes. Ce qui m’encourage à travailler la bouture pour les prochaines fois, pour ne plus avoir une telle différence 😞 J’ai donc réalisé un topping sur 3 plantes, les plus grandes. Et aussi une défoliation pour laisser la lumière atteindre les parties basses qui demande à grandir. Ce qui semble plutôt bien fonctionné pour l’instant. Pour le moment il n’y a plus rien à faire, juste les laisser récupérer et se développer. J’avais poussé mon ec jusque 1.7, mais j’ai l’impression que c’est trop fort compte tenu de leur stade, je suis donc repassé à 1.5/1.6. Nous verrons si elles réagisse bien. J’ai aussi changé la lampe. Je suis passé sur la slim600h à 50%, soit 300w à 100cm. Elles semblent apprécier. Voilà c’est tout pour cette semaine... Happy grow...😎

Just checking trichomes at this point. Only feeding water for remaining time left before she gets chopped, dried, and cured. One more month and she will be tasty af.
