I defoliated my plants in week 7. The plants have developed many new shoots and look very healthy. The first plants are clearly showing the spots where they will form flowers.

Germinated 10/10 seeds in easy-plugs 1 male, 1 weakling - both discarded - going further with 8 viable plants Looking good 🍌🍊🍍 Can't wait to see them flowers 😎😁

Rolling into Week 5! We had a bit of a weather shift this week—the sun was mostly hiding, we dealt with some rainy days, and the nighttime temperatures dropped down to a chilly 10°C. But no need to worry, she handled the colder nights like a champ and kept right on progressing. I’m continuing to work her with some LST, making sure to keep all the growing tips at the exact same level to encourage an even, flat canopy. For hydration, I'm still keeping it simple and watering about twice a week. Appearance & Flowering: She has definitely widened out this week! While she’s spreading her wings, she isn’t quite as densely bushy as the Black Orchid, which is actually going to be perfect for airflow and light penetration. Week 31 december - 6 January 6/1 feeding day

A rainy day for this girl as she navigates the tropical depression passing over our island…the rain and Saharan dust is dumping plenty of nutrients on her.

Growing medium : 4.5 gal Mo'koko 3.75 gal Promix BX 0.75 gal Worm casting 0.75 gal perlite 2 1/4 cup GaiaGreen 444 Lightning @ 70W 18/19 dec: Put seeds in water for 24 hours/Paper towel in ziplock bag 20 dec: Planted in pots (with domes) 22 dec: Girls showed up 27 dec: raise to 80w. Tested soil PH and it's to high at 7.5. Adjusted my water to 6.2 to decrease it.

Noch immer leicht im wachstum. Obwohl schon seit 2,5 wochen in flow. Neigt sich aber schön langsam dem ende zu und steckt bald ihre ganze kraft in die blütenbildung. Hello. My Royal Gorilla auto continues to bloom. The smell is so cool . This is smell number one of all my grows . So exotic fruity and sweet smell. I water in the same way: every day to prevent salting. The plant genetic amazingly nice - very fast flowering time. I think may be one more week bloom and 3-4 days to clean the plant. Fertilizers RQS Organic Nutrients are great and enough for full cycle. I added some more extra food from GNHE and HESI

So, my method of germination is, I use a small glass container with some distilled water, I place that with my seed in a cabinet on top of an (AC infinty) seedling mat on 14 strength. My seeds develop tap roots within 24 hours. After that I place seeds directly into my medium. Btw, I do not put her in the amended soil, I dig out the center and use a seedling starter mix to prevent stunting from the nutrients. On day 12 she was looking thirsty and I was going to give her another day but decided that I was going to go ahead and give her a small dose of recharge, she is one day now away from early veg according to FastBuds timeline. I'd say she is right on schedule, also looking very healthy. It is day 13 and her height is 5" , and this will conclude my germination portion of this grow diary. They´re bouncing back from the suspected overfeed after a recently flush 😊 Aptus is no joke... be gentle with this stuff! 😬 The training continues with the removal of the bending clips and introduction of the ScrOG net and some needed light defoliation! 😎 They are ready to FLOW! 😍

I haven't trimmed or dried the buds yet so I am looking forward to see the end results and updating my diary soon. Update: 240g of dry bud weight, not bad at all. I think the light helped a lot and should the issue of lockout not occurred half way through the growth then I'd reckon it would have been a lot bigger. Never the less, a great high and couch relaxing adventure. Mint and outdoor smell to it nice taste and denser buds now dried

This girl was pollinated with Durban Skunk pollen…I await her ripening for the new strain Durban Skunk OG. She has a sweet smell thus far.

Day#37 update: i finally made her beg for her water . The way all her leaves are hanging at a downward angle , then in the 1st video if you look you can see her “drooping” leaves begin to “pray” stand themselves back up. O watered her to run off then did a life-medium defoliation instead of a super heavy one like I planned and then I “ponytailed” each of her main tops to allow the other nodes to become strong to produce more branching . Day#40Update: the re-growth from defoliating & pony tailing has been decent . On one or two she’s trying her hardest to break out of the tie. I’ll release her from the ponytails later today & we’ll see where we are in two days for day #42 week 6 The plan is still to top all her main tops after untying the ponytails . Day#42 Update : end of week #6 she’s growing so evenly and well that I ru still don’t see a benefit in topping. These lateral sode branches are growing for what they know . She’s a squat plant for sure but man is she full. She’s been in this one gallon since day #9 so it’s been 33 days she should be asking for food soon . I’m debating on top dressing her in the one gallon or up-potting during a transplant for her . Part of me wants to skip forward straight to a 6gall pot but part of me is saying to “punish” her a little more and leave her in this pot a few more weeks .

Our Do si Dos F1 Hybrid Autoflowering from Zamnesia are in great shape at the moment, they had a bit of a hesitant start but now they are in line or even better than others. They have done so well this last week (I love when they start like a rocket after having fueled up with fertilizers) that we have already reached the good internode for topping autoflowering plants which if you want to do it guys it should be anticipated as much as possible as I explain below. The other one will fly away straight to preserve the main cola which is the main dilemma of topping. The first question you have to ask yourself when topping is, Are you ready to give up the main cola? Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens when applying topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants go into flowering at about the 5th intenod, you have to anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good lateral branches you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very beautiful results, especially in warm periods in which the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure. So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches. On photoperiodic plants, however, we will do topping repeatedly, which is not recommended with autoflowering plants so as not to lengthen the times of plants born to finish in 10 weeks too much.
