I am starting a Runtz Punch from Herbies seeds. I scuffed the seeds' end and dropped it in water. I will place the seed on the rockwool in 24 to 48 hours. As soon as I see a tap root. Hi guys, The plant is done stretching but am showing N deficiency in lower leaves. I don't know if its because of the light mover, the lower plant not getting light, or maybe its the genetics. But should I be concerned? I tried to add some blood meal in my weekly tea and an extra dose of macro nutrients just for this one plant, but still seeing deficiencies. Well this is why I like to grow these girls, they behave differently.

3/20/25 Changes nutrients to FinalPart. 3 plants are ready, but the one on the front left need an extra push. looking to chop them this week. Watering 4 times a day for 45-50sec each watering. Light at 90% intensity. Dehumidifier running 24/7 set to 45% RH, tent RH is ranging from 45-55%. Buds are swelling and getting bigger. The different phenos are very visible, (A) is front left, (B) x2 to the right in front and back, (C) bis left back. (B) is definitely finishing faster than the rest, I'll try to harvest them sooner when they are done. The ladies looking amazing.

She seems to thrive in the new soil, I'm checking her regularly because of the darker ridged leaves, could I have overdone the bloodmeal content? It should not have overfeeding effects with organic super soil. But we'll see. The FIM seems to have taken hold with her and today I started training, although it is more main-lining. For this, I just used some microwaved bamboo from the garden. Now we go towards flowering and I'm getting more excited after the first few weeks were a bit sad. Some of you might have seen my super soil recipe in my other grow, the Orange Hill Special, if you didn't, check it out here in the images! I designed it out of frustration that products like Fox Farms etc are not readily available in Europe. Those who saw my Gelato Monstercop grow, know that soil was pretty good, that soil became the base for this recipe, amended with some organic precursors to make it less dependent on feeding and after amending. Fattys are growing and seem to be thirstier.Used foliar spray to help the leaves and also started tucking. When the plant was topped pistils were seen for first time.

SHE IS DOING FINE, I CANNOT WAIT FOR HARVEST TIME

So far the dosi seems to be further into flowering than the bride cake. I’m noticing a potential cal/mag lock out with the dosi but I’ll continue to monitor over the course of these next few days. If signs worsen I’ll attempt to flush with lighter EC until run off readings of PH & EC are stable and will tone down the feed. 11/5/21 seems that my “mag & calcium deficiency” seems to really be nutrient burn. I am pushing these plants on their bloom diet (2.8-3.0EC) so it is to be expected however I shall continue to keep them at the same EC unless things begin to worsen 🤷‍♂️🏽 I like to limit test 😅

By week 5, I could clearly see the difference between the two auto plants. The first one, I purposely used the LST technique to inhibit. And the second one, I let it grow naturally. The result is that naturally grown plant tend to thrive and flowering faster than the other. When the plants showed signs of flowering, I tried to make the plants thirsty without watering for 2 days, then watered the plants with nutrient solution so the plants could absorb the nutrients well. The results are very positive. I will keep updating, please follow my diaries if you are interested. Peace!

Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Decent week, noticed some pregnant buds so i have temoved the little ones that i see and any other hermies i missed but not much. Buds are starting to get unique smells and traits as far as bud structure just added new light today

had to harvest a bit early as it looks like it turned hermy on me .... hope the clones dont do the same update- Turns out I harvested a little early for nothing but it's not a huge deal seeing as it was in flush anyway. Update- today is Sunday it's been 3 days in the drying period and I came to the conclusion at the buds had so much resin on them that if I did not remove the leaves it would be exceedingly difficult to do so in a couple days I'm not sure what the updated weight would be update - here we have it ladies and gentlemen finish the Harvest putting them into cure now I pulled a tiny butt off and had a small hit and I must say it feels nice and a very little bit got me quite High. I'd say the high feels more in the frontal cortex of my mind
