Week 4: Growth Spurts and New Challenges Continued Growth and Health As we move into the fourth week, the plants are showing impressive growth. Their leaves are a lush, vibrant green, and the stems are becoming stronger. The transition to the larger 11-liter fabric pots has clearly paid off, providing the roots with ample space and better aeration. Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. I will maintain this nutrient level until the pre-flowering stage to avoid the risk of nutrient burn due to over-fertilization. Weather Improvements and Adjustments The weather has been steadily improving, with temperatures expected to rise to around 25°C starting Wednesday, accompanied by abundant sunshine. This upcoming forecast is excellent news for my plants, as I anticipate a final growth spurt before flowering begins. Every centimeter of growth counts at this stage, and I'm optimistic about maximizing their potential under these favorable conditions. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Regular inspections and preventive measures are crucial to maintaining the health of the plants and ensuring that any issues are caught early. Decision Against LST At first I have decided against using LST. But some of your comments made me try some LST on two of my plants. I choose Tangie and Gorilla cookies to try out and learn some stuff. Blue dream and Banana purple punch stay without any training. Más una semana con lluvia consecutiva y dias con poco solo directo. Todavia un fuerte crecimiento vegetativo y muchas hojas junto a los espacios inter nudos. Esta semana he empezado con fertilización mezcla organico y mineral ( Bionova Autoflowering Supermix + Fish Mix Biobizz - plano Trypack All in Outdoor/ Soil pack). Sigue mantenimiento de Melaza negra sin sulfatos y aminoácidos y agente de crecimiento de raíces (Biolcan Bioroot). La agua en uso ha sido la de la lluvia, pero ultimamente he tratado el agua de grifo con Tetra Aquasafe (para acuarios, que elimina clorito, flúor y metales pesados). En la falta de agua OR, creo que este agente de limpeza hace una limpieza basica sin contaminar plantas y sustrato. He encargado tambien a RQS clips para LST para que coloque las hojas interiores cogiendo sol. Seguimos en un grow muy sólido y sin problemas, pese a la enorme cantidad de agua de la lluvia y el sol corto de los ultimos dias. Jah Jah Dios en el comando...

Big tops! She's got a lot of rocket colas thanks to the training techniques that were applied, she smells exactly like her sisters, very sweet and floral, I'm starting to feel the cherry 🍒 notes on the smell of the buds, very good strain to grow, only 2 of the 5 phenos are 100% percent purple but tje other ones show purple on the leafs like this one because of the cold temperatures

Hello, Semaine 2 croissance. Les plantes sont en bonnes santés, malgré une différence importante dans le stade de développement. Celle du milieu semble clairement plus vigoureuse. Peu être j’ai commis une erreur pendant les tout 1ers stades de la germination et de l’enracinement. J’espère que cela va se corriger par la suite. Je note aucuns signe de carence pour le moment. Mon Ec est à 1, mon Ph entre 5.5 et 6.2 J’arrose une fois par jour. Je vais attendre encore une bonne semaine je pense pour commencer à réaliser un topping, selon le développement de chaque plantes. 🌱 Voilà pour cette semaine... Happy grow...😎

13 Agosto 2024. selección de semillas y colocación en vaso con agua ph 6.0 con agua Oxigenada. 14 de Agosto se ponen en agua las semillas por 24 horas para hidratación. 15 de Agosto, con las semillas con muestra de radicula procedemos a pasarlas a papel absorbente. 16 de Agosto se muestra la radicula avanzada. 17 de Agosto en la mañana se puede apreciar el crecimiento de la radicula. 17 de agosto en la noche trasplantamos a "Peat Pallet" y una a maceta de cartón ya que la radicula creció bastante. 18 de agosto ya en los "Peat pallet" se pueden mostrar qué las semilla se cayo por completo e iran abriendo en el transcurso de las horas, las tenemos en un domo germinador dentro del Indoor. 🌡️ 27.1 ⁰C 💨 75% Humedad 🌫️ 0.9 VPD kPa.

02/01/2021 Going to sprout my last 2 Bluedreamatic seeds from (fast buds). Will be sprouting in mini greenhouse on heat mat. Once seedlings are ready they will be moved under 1000w MH for veg and flowering. 10+hours later they are on bottom of water and time for paper towels in baggie. 02/03/2021 1 seed sprouted and I dropped the other in soil 🙏 I hope because it disappeared! So got at least one Bluedreamatic on the way hoping to see other one sprout in mixing tray. 02/05/2021 She's above ground! Day #1 , currently under 150w compact flourecent 3 way bulb when first true leaves form (Not single finger let)I will start veg cycle under 1000w MH see you in 3-4 days for weekly update. topped seedling pot with vermiculite 1/2-3/4 inches leaving the cotdtyledons 1/2-3/4 inches above surface. Roots should fill up this container quickly, moved under1000w MH light for vegging. Seedling is 3-4 ft away from light but also off to the side no serious heat just about room temperature. I could not feel heat from light where I put seedling, comfortable on your skin is good for plants. 02/11/2021 It's day #6 above the soil, she is doing well already grown 2" above where I topped with vermiculite. At lights out I put her in humidity dome with my tomato seedlings main area of grow gets very cool at night,so I try to keep her at a better temp 72°f.

Continuing slowly on towards harvest. I Have discovered something bad looking under the microscope though, and im fearing the wortst tbh. Might have to be thrown away :(((((((((

Auto Malawi × Northern Lights – Woche 8 Die Malawi hat diese Woche tatsächlich nochmal etwas zugelegt. Nachdem sie zwischendurch eher so aussah, als hätte sie beschlossen, den Grow persönlich zu boykottieren, werden die Colas langsam dicker. 😅 Vor allem im Vergleich zur letzten Woche ist sichtbar mehr Blütenmasse vorhanden. Wirklich kompakt werden die Buds allerdings nicht – die Struktur bleibt ziemlich luftig und fluffig. Dafür hat sie mehrere schöne längliche Colas aufgebaut und mittlerweile auch eine ordentliche Schicht Harz angesetzt. Optisch geht sie inzwischen deutlich in Richtung Herbst. Die großen Fächerblätter werden immer heller und gelber, teilweise kommen rötliche und violette Töne dazu. Die Zuckerblätter und Blüten sehen dagegen noch wesentlich besser aus. Nach den Problemen der vergangenen Wochen scheint sie jetzt einfach alles, was noch da ist, in die Blüten zu stecken. Viele Pistillen sind inzwischen orange/braun geworden und haben sich zurückgezogen, an einigen Stellen kommen aber weiterhin frische helle nach. Sie ist also definitiv weit fortgeschritten, aber fertig sieht sie für mich noch nicht aus. Unterm Strich: Diese Woche endlich sichtbar dickere Buds – nur eben Malawi-typisch eher fluffig als steinhart. 😁

These plants are starting to live up to their name, looking very Yum-yum with the blue colours starting to come in. Front plant has nice long buds that are starting to plump up nicely with colours coming in. Back plant has slightly smaller looking buds, but they seem to be just as colourful, and are starting to smell delicious. Picked a few leaves off, and the buds made my arm sticky AF. Speaking of leaves, the back plant has some pretty dry fan leaves with a decent amount of browning. Looks like advanced tip burn, may be that this strain is a little more sensitive than the others? Other plants on same reservoir are happy, so just gonna let these two keep riding it out. They're looking great otherwise, and the browning is only affecting the older/larger fan leaves on the outside of the plant. Turned the light up to 100% now getting 600 umol/s

These girls are coming along despite the same hiccups as the strawberry gorilla. What it is I think is cal mag issues from re using old soil and over watering. I added ac infinity self watering bases to help me keep up with the 24 hour lighting. Check back next week to see just how fast they bud & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!

Coming along very well. Will begin flushing a few of the strains soon. The gorilla skittlez and the wedding cake are looking super frosty! Started harvesting the gorilla glue but will only post the whole set of pics once it is dried and cured and ready to be smoked.

. YEAR 5 - 1st quarter ---------------------- The 5th season begins with the same setup. The novelty of this season is the substrate: from this point on, all my indoor grows will be done in coco coir. Five Northern Lights plants, 2 from RQS indoor and 3 from Zamnesia outdoor, take up the first quarter. With 5 plants, they will produce 212 g. For the first time, one of them alone exceeds 100 g. Second award on GD: 9th place in the DOTW 🙏

Found large numbers of spidermites as well as some thrips. Luckily all were on my marigold plants, a few had wondered on to my ladies but the issue has been contained with minimal harm to the plants
