Day 35 flowering: Hi all , I hope we are all healthy , sane , and loved in our worlds. It has been another productive week for the two ladies sat basking in the Viparspectra sunshine. The temps in the UK have been low the last few weeks so they can settle into a less hostile heat zone. They are continuing to use those reds and infrared to their advantage with building some.nice long colas among both plants. The lights penetration is really good so they are having no issues with lower bud growth at all so far. The Northern lights has really begun to cola stack now with approx 8 mains that ade swelling by the day. She looks like she could be a very nice yield based on those alone. Fingers crossed she keeps swelling. Her buds and pistils are crystal white at the moment with no signs of ageing so she is in her freshest state of flowering right now . This is a good sign of a longer possible flowering period than the 8 weeks usual. The Grandaddys mimosa is more advanced on her ripening with quite a few orange pistils ( dying off) being replaced by fresh ,white , vibrant ones ( new pollen catchers). She has a good covering of orange hairs already for her flowering stage and could be a very early 7 week harvest possibly. She is nowhere near as big as the Northern lights and is being elevated to keep her in the canopy but she has approx 10 mains that are looking shaggy and with a high leaf ratio too. She is starting to have a nice fruity tang to her smell now when watered or handled. She could ⁹ me by swelling up huge in the next couple of weeks but I wont be too worried if not. The light is performing really well and has done Viparspectra justice too. I am genuinely shocked at how capable it is for its size. The other strains are doing very well too with the Gorilla cookies looking very bud productive and big. They got an amazing start into flowering from the xs1500 and I wish they were under the new offering from their range but I am hoping to twist their arms into letting me try a couple of xs 4000's from showing how well we can use this light. Lol we can but hope..... Be safe well growmies

The one girl is super dense and close to being done the other is still packing on weight and hasn't had many hairs turn orange yet. Just fed a tea. Will start to flush the one soon but still feed greener one some nutes. Stem rub gives a sweet fruity spicy smell 🍓 😋 found a solo weird split leaf lol 🍃 can't wait for them to be done in a couple weeks. Goodluck and happy growing 🌴

Die Woche ist sehr gut verlaufen, ich habe gestern die überschüssigen sonnensegel entfernt das mehr Licht an die unteren Triebe kommt, die Lampen auf 60cm Entfernung gehalten bei 40 Prozent Licht Leistung. Am Sonntag leite ich die Blüte ein! Bisher super Genetik, nach dem beschneiden kein Wachstums stop null Stress Zeichen, ich bin sehr zufrieden bisher mit Purple City Genetics 😘😊 Schöne Woche euch allen 👾 The week went very well. Yesterday I removed the excess awnings so that more light could reach the lower shoots and kept the lamps at a distance of 60cm with 40 percent light output. I'll start flowering on Sunday! Ahoj všem.... Hele je to tu ✂️🥦 Konec druhého týdne a beru nůžky a obě přijdou o vršek. Světlo jede neustále na 35% a holkám se to líbí. Berou to 24/7 a jedou totální bomby. Každý den jde vidět rozdíl a konečně to začíná být ta pořádná sranda 😅 pár hodin než poberou co po nich chci a další fáze bude LST 🚀 Ať to všem jede stejný bomby. 42FastBuds 👌

Not much to report this week. She's starting to smell more funky like that good dank stank. Before it was all pine and citrus scents. You can catch a whiff without having to rustle with it. Her buds are stacking nicely and looking THICK thick. I think the next few weeks are gonna be just that.... fattening up and ripening. Her colas are nicely shaped and even the bottom "popcorn" nugs feel dense. Def bigger than popcorn nugs I've seen. Anyways here's the update on her, I hope you enjoy following the grow! The buds are really packing in the weight and resins. There so heavy the head buds are starting to drop. Switched to overdrive and cut all other nutes in half. They are holding up well. No stress signs at all. It's looking like they want a few more weeks of flowering. I'm watching them and listening to the signs they show.Everything is going great. Can't wait to taste these lovely ladies.

have some type of deficiency have some spots on leaves but besides that things look okay they both need more water now not sure how long I can veg in the containers I’ll probably try get another week or two then up pot to 7 gallons I broke a branch and new growth from topping today smh trying to bend it for training and was to rough so i put some tape on it hopefully they grow back in a week or two Feb 25 getting one of them ready for transplant I’ll probably do it in two days I’m going to let the one with the broken branch heal for another week probably before I transplant Feb 28 Did some trimming of the lower leafs Almost time for one to be transplanted the cover crop have not grown in the 7gal yet I seen some growing but not a lot

Amazing smell, the plant is going good but she is asking heavily for potassium!! Next watering will be with a little bit of pk boost!

Day 97 and the grow box is battling to stay at 16 degrees as the garage drops to -2 degrees. I made my first ever compost tea for a batch of homemade super soil that I’m feeding. I gave the girls a drink of that yesterday, although stopped with the biobizz nutrients a few days ago. Will stick to water and slowly flushing from now on. It’s finally started to smell a wee bit like weed but it’s not noticeable in amongst all my fermenting jars of the various homemade KNF nutrients. I’d highly recommend getting into making your own KNF nutrients….lots of good fun. I started making Fish Amino Acid tonight so the whole garage is looking a bit like I rented storage space to Jeffrey Dahmer. In the video, the first plant on screen is the Skywalker and the smaller one is the. Orange bud. Both have not grown much in last few days (16 degrees or end of life territory?). I’m looking out for the clear to milky but I can’t really tell with my shitty magnifying glass. I’m fed up smoking ‘session weed’ and got Skywalker on the go in the hope I can tap into that 26% thc they boast about. So don’t want to chop it too early. The second I see one amber trichome, auld Luke is getting the chop. May then leave the orange bud for a bit longer to see if less competition causes it to bulk a bit.

5/14: A ended up falling over so I decided to move the dirt around and see what I could see with respect to its root structure. It had one very long, extremely thin dried out root that extended about 2-3 inches and ended in a little tangled up taproot. There was a little worm/nematode/larvae something crawling around in it. I attached video. I'm assuming I need to dump all my water and sterilize, re-ph, etc. Everything is already watered for tonight (should have pulled A first in hindsight) so too late to do anything about the other 2 plants, though they do look pretty healthy still. --------------------- 5/13: Transplanted E into her pot this morning. Same soil mix (3 parts FFOF to 1 part perlite). Seedling C is crushing it, with second set of leaves already forming. E is probably going to go quiet for a day or 2 while it recovers from transplanting. Seedling A looks like it might be overwatered? It feels pretty frail compared to the other 2 plants and the downward curl of the leaves I think suggest too much H20. Will be letting them dry out a bit today. Also, turned up the lamp to 600W and moved it to about 24 inches from the tops. Temperatures are consistently 74-77F and RH holding right around 50%. Still no nutrients. I plan to add them around week 3, unless I see signs they need it sooner. -------------- Out of 5 seeds we started, A, C, and E remain. E a few days behind A and C but growing faster. Planted A and C in FFOF/Perlite 3/1 about 4 gallons total in a 5 gallon bucket. Will do the same for E in a couple days. Moved the light up a bit to account for the buckets. Water ph'd to just about 6.0. Light still on 250W but will be moving up to 400W when they wake up later today. Will go to 600W once all are in pots and at a relatively uniform height. Currently just trying to keep the RH close to 70 and the air temp less than 80. No nutrients for 3-4 weeks unless they look hungry, since FFOF has quite a bit in it to begin with. If not for me killing seed B and seed D never germinating, I'd say we're off to an OK start. The 3 that are growing, seem to be growing extremely well. I put together my own ScrOG that I will install once the light is out of the way, and plan to top these a few times each and LST. I was hoping to have 4 plants to fill the space but we will do our best with 3.
