Honestly it feels to me like they took a couple finos of one plant and that's what they sold you. Couple of the plants came out a real fruity smell a couple of them came out a real dark gassy smell, what's crazy is I did the animal cookies and kept them separate and then I did the space cookies and kept those separate and one of the animal cookies and one of the space cookies turned out fruity and then one of the space cookies and one of the animal cookies turned out dark gassy smelling. That's why I think they just threw in a handful of phenos and called them whatever. Ordered from cookies/ lemonade for next crop. Better genetics better crop. I used LED for all of this made by Vipar Spectra the xs1500. This grow had nutrient lock out at one point hence the weird colors had to flush. Happy growing everybody! Also anyone looking into emerald harvest I highly suggest it It's the closest thing to all natural while still providing all nutrients. This was all grown in soil so I would advise not to use as much and don't mix brands, Stick with one whole solution and try using coco, much better results in my opinion faster nutrient uptake. Coco is the closest to hydroponics without having to water constantly.

Slow stretch, I suspect roots are exploring the raised beds. We had lots of frosty nights this week but she pulled through nicely. Leaves are growing strong. I’m waiting with topping until temperatures have normalized. Don’t want to cause more stress. Golden Goat has definitely proven frost-hardy!

Thriving in flowering tent 120x120cm [4x4 ft] 12/12 since yesterday (since it was almost full week still on veg I count it as last 8th week of vegetative phase) PPFD set around 600 µmol/s/m² - I want them to stretch somewhat in next few days so I can easily ScrOG them. Nets are already waiting on the side. You can clearly see difference between cultivars. Jelly Breath (left) are short and bushy and Sugar Canes are tall and lanky. Both strong and doing great 💪🌱

Worm Feeding: - This week I fed my worms about a pound or so total of: Banana, mango, dill, tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, aloe filet, green beans, covered in a dash of oyster shell and alfalfa meal. - I layer down some canna leaves, layer diced up worm food, sprinkle dry amendments (kelp, oyster shell, neem, etc.), layer canna leaves, then replace bedding and they are happy! - Creating the food layer protected by the green manure gives the worms a nice buffer zone to move freely through eating as much as they want. - This method is inspired by Herbin Farmer on Youtube. Had a couple male parts pop up but buds are still swelling so im keeping a close eye . To far in to chop but not far enough to chop. Bag seed genetics probably are not strong ... o well ... buds are nice and should just be a couple more weeks left. Will probably flush in a 2 or 3 weeks . trichomes are cloudy mostly white haired pistils too

I was selected to test some of Fastbuds new genetics. Seeds germinated in 48hrs and 6 days later it broke ground and hasent slowed down. This grow is in my 4x4ft grow space located in an uninsulated shed. Each plant has a dedicated 150-200w LED from Viparspectra or Mars. Winter Temps in my area spike to -15C or more in Jan and Feb, so this will be an interesting and challenging grow. The grow room is 20-30C above ambient temperature, so there is a little manual and auto manipulation of grow Temps. Whats up GD !!! ------------- GROWTH------------- The plant is growing more leaves, but the flowering is getting weird, i dunno what is going to happen, im giving her like 16 hours, 6am-10pm. Weather is the worst i have ever seen in years, last year summer stayed until October, and now the counterpart haha, Nature things.. im letting the plant to decide what to do so, cause is in advanced flowering, gave her a bigger pot (25L) to manifest the fact that she has more soil avaliable. ------------- IRRIGATION------------- 2l, watering aprox each 2-3 days, when soils is dry. 1 of 2 irrigations with nutes, and the other with ph adjusted water. Deeper Unerground 2ml/L, for transplant. ------------- NUTRIENTS------------- Bio-Grow (3.5ml/l). Green Explosion (1ml/l) --------------------------------------- Good vibes !! _06/06/2018_

Looking at the canopy now, it really feels like everything came together at the right time. The two Northern Lights are stacking thick, frosty colas with that classic dense structure, while the Critical is entering her final phase, fading from green into those lime-yellow tones as she pulls the last energy from her leaves. The buds are fully formed and swelling hard. Everywhere you look, it’s just resin, a proper blanket of trichomes covering the flowers and sugar leaves. Under closer inspection, most trichomes are cloudy now, with the first ambers starting to show, especially on the edges. Pistils are turning orange and curling inward, another clear sign that the finish line is close. The differences between the strains really stand out at this point. The Northern Lights plants are darker, more compact, and absolutely dripping in frost, while the Critical leans lighter in color with a more pronounced fade and slightly airier, but still chunky buds. Together, they fill the tent with a balanced, even canopy — every top sitting right in the sweet spot under the light. We’re officially inside the harvest window now. From what I’m seeing, I’d estimate about 7–12 days left. It’s one of those moments where patience really matters. Chopping earlier would keep things a bit more uplifting, but giving them a few more days will push more amber trichomes and deepen the effect. Right now, they’re close — but not quite at their absolute peak. I’m letting them ride just a little longer to fully mature and finish strong. Overall, this run has been alright. The environment stayed dialed in, the plants responded well, and now they’re rewarding that with proper, high-quality flowers. This week it is official, I have used both organic and synthetic inputs. I did notice she was starting to become a little defcient right around the time to top dress(Week 3). I think her issue was potassium. I have also been overwatering a bit, trying to get a handle on keeping the media moist, I think the wetting agent in the Pro-Mix is working as well as the worm castings. Other than that, I am really impressed with her speed of growth. To give you growmies an idea of my thought pattern on this grow, the first 3 weeks were just organic amendments. Top dressed with 1 cup of worm castings, with 5 tbsp of Home Grown and 5 tbsp of Flower girl and watered in with a light nutrient(syn) solution. Next I will water only roughly until my next top dress in 3 weeks in which time I will feed a compost tea. Thanks for those that stop by, like and comment. See ya next week growmies!

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

Week 0 marks the start of the Wedding Cake grow. The seed germinated successfully and emerged cleanly from the medium. Early development looks healthy and balanced, with the seedling standing upright and showing no signs of stress or stretching. The cotyledons opened properly, and the first signs of true leaf development are beginning to appear.
