End of Week 9 of Flower. I can just taste those buds now! The smell is intoxicating and the view is picturesque. There is definitely a noticeable difference between the two pheno's but I suspect both will pack a good punch. There has been some purpling in some of the top leaves which I expect will increase with the drop in temperature the last week or so. I cant wait to get some good pictures at the end of the week as Ive decided the chop day will be this coming Sunday. The clash of yellow, purple and green is always my favourite so I plan to capture as much as possible since the next update will be jam packed with pictures of the girls just before their chop and after 48 hours of darkness to get the last of that resin production from the plant. I will also take some pics of the hanging plants in the drying cupboard. The reason I am leaving my plants in darkness for 48 hours before they get chopped, is that it has been long belived that this practice will increase the last of the thrichome production and some say increases potency. There has been a recent study in the Netherlands which does confirm increased resin production for plants left in 48 hours of darkness (they also tested 24 hours darkness but found 48 was better) at the end of their flower cycle. The chop has been planned to be pretty straight forward where I will just be taking off the main fan leaves and leaves with no thrichomes as well as chopping off the larfy/popcorn buds which will go straight in the freezer for a fresh frozen bubble hash run. I dont bud wash my flower as my tent gets a regular clean each week and always gets a full deep clean when every harvest is over and besides, its only me and my friends that smoke it! The drying cupboard I use for drying is a small cupboard designed for storing and drying clothes which I have put a carbon filter and fan as well as a small desk fan to circulate the air as well as a small dehumidifier just incase there is an increase in humidity. So the basics of drying is that you want the area where you are drying to be dark and fairly cool (its recommended to be between 15 and 22 degrees C), have a humidity level between 45% and 55%. I aim for around 21 degrees C temperature and 50% humidity. The drying time can vary depending on strain but its recommended to dry the buds for 7 - 10 days and I will explain further about how to tell if your bud is done drying and is ready to be cured on the next post. Drying is very important as you can affect all your hard work if the conditions arent right and the bud ends up too dry (luckily these days there are ways to fix bud thats too dry) or you end up with mouldy ganja which isnt save to smoke. Its also believed that a good long dry in good conditions helps increase potency and also has been shown to reduce anxiety. Un SOG que empezó mal pero que se ven con un buen color y avanzan progresivamente, se marcan un color increíble y las flores van formándose, así que a estar atentos. La humedad es perfecta, la temperatura la e podido corregir y ya la tenemos 22 grados. Añadi la base, Blue line B de Agrobeta. Esta semana añadí tucán, silver, mega Pk, tricoma, explotacogollos y terminator también de Agrobeta. Estoy controlando el ph está alrededor de 6- 6,5. Normalmente riego cada 24 horas y más o menos cada planta está tragando 1 litro de agua en cada riego. Vamos viendo cómo progresan estas últimas semanas. Happy and healthy. Water only for the first three weeks.... I hope. 7/13- Plants are healthy and turning more vibrant as their roots get more established. Keeping with just plain RO water PH @ 5.8 for now. Will transplant remaining cups to 1gal pots in the AM. 7/15 -Still happy. Had their second good water. Limp in the AM and praying by noon. RO at 5.8.

week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1.6 and 1.7 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 822 ppm - 1.6 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 525 ppm - 1 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 850 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : from this week we can cause more E.C stresses. e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line.

Right in the middle of flower now, I can basically see the buds getting bigger each day. Gave them a big drink of Aloe Vera Juice, its high in silica and trichomes are up to 86% silica so... Reeks of lemons this one does.

Missed a week last week due to time,first week of flowering and the purps have appeared on both plants 💪. Minimal training on this grow both plants topped with defoilation. It was a good week for Night Nurse👍 Now that they're in the ground they're doing much better and putting out more growth. The one on the end could have better color, since her new growth is a bit yellow. I gave her an extra feeding last night after I transplanted some Calendula into the bed since it's a good pest repelling companion. We're getting some much needed rain today🙏 Otherwise there's not much else to report! Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

This is the current week which I decide to update from, so I will definitely keep it up as I recovered my account now 😅 This plant taught me never to allow nitrogen deficiency near a flowering plant😔

The Mendo Frost continues to impress with exceptionally thick, heavily frosted buds covered in a dense layer of trichomes. From a maturity standpoint she is essentially finished, but I’m holding off on harvest due to the current heat wave and waiting for cooler conditions to ensure a proper dry. For now, it’s all about preserving quality and letting the flowers sit a little longer until the weather cooperates.

La variedad está bien, estás 3 son muy diferentes entre si, aún asi están lindas, a mí me gustan se q hay algunos "fallos" x lo q veo, x lo q leí... Pero se que hubo unos fallos de novato desde el principio, que para el próximo no pasarán, de a poco voy a ir mejorando en mis cultivos y sacar buenas y hermosas flores... Y nada, van bien...
