This one was planted in coco, perlite, and worm castings. Due to this being practically the first time I've used this mix without adding the peat based "light mix," I had not realised how quickly the pots will dry out, especially during the high water consumption of the flowering stage. I realise that I need to be treating it as pure coco. This can be fantastic, for example, if you have just one pot/plant and can provide all the waterings and monitoring continually and regularly. This tends to make you use more nutrients than necessary, as personally I find it difficult to use just plain water. I think many of us still can't help the feeling that we should be adding things to every watering. Therefore, when the frequency of the waterings increases, we are still adding nutrients EVERY time. Which is an overall increase in nutrients, too. For my part, I'm cutting the amount of nutrients per watering. I feel like nutrients are a bit of a crutch to growers. I'm still getting used to the coco and the waterings, but I am really enjoying it. If you don't check your plants multiple times a day, it may not be the best choice of substrate. For me, I'd much rather the pots dry quickly because it reduces the chances of mould and mildew, which I'm always concerned about. The pot was actually top dressed with Canna Terra Soil Mix, as the company I'd purchased from sent the wrong item, and I couldn't get it sorted in time. This has really annoyed me as my top dress went mouldy, and I had to remove the top 1cm. After I used this, that soil became compacted and has remained that way since. Due to this, I would much rather not use these types of substrates. 28.5.25: Watered 1.5ltrs with Trace PH 6.4. 29.5.25: I took everything off the timer and am now running 24/0 light schedule. I want to make the most out of what light is available. The plants need it. My tent is underpowered in that department, so increasing the duration of the light is all I can realistically do. It is never to late for a better house. I got a brand new #MarsHydroGrowTend 1m square and an Inline Duct Fan and Filter, so I decide to move everyone inside, even though the girls have only few days to go. I will be monitoring them close, just to check how they will react to the new environment. Day 56 - The plants are developing nice buds even thought the plant 1 still not recovering from whatever she has. I did water them with 1mL of Bio Grow/Boom/Top-Max, Let's see if it makes any difference in the next few days

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12-14 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this Ten Week cultivar! She's beginning to really get frosty now and I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 65 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder and will probably go a bit longer, closer to 70 +/- days, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Everything went well I had to lay off the water for a week the medium was a little over water finally water today with nutes I seen some good Development this week in buds sites and branch growth I did lst last week so they might not look as tall thanks any Criticism or advice is welcomed

So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

6/30 I messed up and put 8 days last week so I'll have tp do a six day week to get back on schedule. Pounded rain last night I guess. Very intense but very brief. As you can see in the video the plants are found great. A few have revegged so I'll need to defoliate the middle. I could make a TON of clones but it's pretty late for that. I might clone a couple outstanding plants to keep the genetics. Still seeing some pillar damage. Might do bt tonight. I'll keep this updated. 7/1 Super hot yesterday. Reached 90°. We are getting SOME rain today and thunder showers day after tomorrow. Bags still had some heft and everything looked good. I went back aroundcand found about half were at the point of needing water. He'll, they probably all did. My watering can is 2 gallons not 1.5 as advertised. So that means I used 5 gallons on the garden (not watering the 50) focusing the more water on the lightest bags. That tenth planet I'm seeing more septoria like leaves. This makes enough for me to be fairly positive ill need to treat it. I have plant doctor but I think copper works better. I also see more pillar damage so I've gotta apply something. I also need to lst more and I keep to clean put the interior of the plants so they don't get pm. EDIT: IT WAS 80° and no rain at 6:30. Humidity close to 100% bit plants look AMAZING! I'm hoping this may be my best year yet! I won't grow a bigger plant than tjat blue cheese in the 50 but so far everything is looking good. I may add some nutes to the pink kush in the 50 due to tje slightly less green color. I assume it's just because the other soil is all New amd this was a mix. I defoliated lightly to prevent pm but I have more to do. I just wanted to get a video of the girls looking good. 7/2 82° at 9am. Glad I decided to water even thoughvi watered yesterday. I need to up my volume. Thirty degree temp swings don't help much either. I said I used 4 gals but I used 5. I had one phed already. I'm hoping this will be one of my best years. IT looks like it! I won't have that MONSTER blue cheese in the 50. It was the smallest plant anyway and shows the difference between using NEW soil and mixing old soil WITH new soil. It's a much lighter green. However in the future I think I'm not goingvto add in the predicted rainfall in my schedule. Unless it's a torrential down pour obviously. My father called me (as I was about 5 mins away in route) telling me my plants were drooping and one was "really bad." I figured that since i had watered consistently the past few days and it was only 70 not 90 that they would be OK until noon. Boy was I wrong. I've upped my watering volume. I watered EVERYTHING with at least a gallon. I may have only given the tens 3/4s. Everything was back up by the time I left but the one on the end. I had forgotten flat I hadn't watered that one and needed to mix another gallon to water that plant. Thats why that plant looks worse on the video. I think my watering is going to need to increase to more than a gallon but it's a good start. I'll keep this updated. 7/5 Had to leave early again but I'll be back before noon. The wind is still whipping! I DID go around the cage and lifted every pot to make sure they were heavy. Even with the heavy wind the bags still were heavy. I really need to get some shit done this weekend. Last day of this week. Still haven't applied bt or done the pruning that needs to be done. I'll update as I go.

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. Dear diary, Week 4 almost done, but posting a day in advance as I will need help from the community! Something terrible has happened, and I am not sure what, so let’s jump into it. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 25: Away from home so the flatmate is feeding them from the premixed bucket. ⏰ Day 26: Back home! As they have doubled in size I am transplanting up from 3liter to 20liter airpots. The 75/25 coco to perlite mix was first run with 1.23ms 5.8ph calmag water followed by 1.33ms 5.8ph nutes before transplanting over. Light was about 305 so also upped it to 320-330ppfd. ⏰ Day 27: Feed the girls at 1.36ms and 6.0ph. Today was also the day where the mainlining begins! This was done by topping above the 3rd node, removing any growth below the 3rd and tying them down to start the manfold. Aiming for 8 or 16 tops for each plant depending on how the grow. ⏰ Day 28: Feeding at 1.36ms 5.8ph and adjusted ties. ⏰ Day 29: Checked in on them in the morning before lights off, and something is very wrong. All the older leaves show all kinds of issues like curling, brown and yellow spots, drooping etc. Might just be from the chock of mainlining and the lights being to strong so lowered them to 230ppfd. Later when lights turned on again, their state has not deteriorated during light off, so I’m fairly sure it is light related. But to be sure I also gave the girls 2 liter each of feed to make sure there are no dryspots, 1.36ms 6.0ph. ⏰ Day 30: I was away all day so they were watered by flatmate with 1.35ms 6ph. When I came home later in the night the spots and yellowing is still happening on the older leaves but much slower than before. I also checked runoff and it’s fine at 1.46ms and 6.0ph. ⏰ Day 30: Gave a feeding of 1.46ms 6.3ph in were I increased A and B nutes to 2.5ml/l from 2.0 and calmag to 1.5ml/l from 1.3. Someone suggested that it might be magnesium deficiency so that is why I changed the ratios and increased the EC a bit. Lastly I also gave a foliar spray of calmag water at like 12ml/l at 6.3ph to see if that helps so we can head into a smoother week 5!

Everything is going to plan so far, at the end of week 4 I will be flipping the lights to 12/12 because the gelatos will be ready for it, but the Og is a little bit behind but I’m sure it will catch up with them in the stretch. Day 26 - just switched the lights this morning 12/12 as it’s about time imo as the gelatos are getting big I don’t have the time or space to let them veg on so the Og could catch up, so I’m gonna hope that during the stretch it does.

Just potted... Plants are a bit in shock. curled down leaves on some. After Day 1 new growth is praying. Removed Damaged Leaves 😀 9/18/2020 had a problem that looked like Cal-Mag issues & overwatering... Was using the tank labels for water marks to tell how much water was in the tank. Discovered that the marks from the factory are wrong. Measured back in exactly 100 Gallons of water and re-nuted the tank. It didn't solve my issue. So I changed the water flood schedule to see if I was overwatering or underwatering. no response from the plants except it was getting worse. After trying things for two days, I "Phoned a friend"... and they suggested to turn the lights down to 25%. BAM! after 20 min or so, there was a positive response and lifting of the leaves... Moral of the story is to start your clones at a lower light setting and gradually bring them up over time. Pics included...
