The 34 street seed Cookies had Lot’s of LST and training this week! The girls did very well overall after being topped, and have recovered very nicely. I also finished up my drying my last harvest, so after a cleanup session, my big tent was ready to go again! This week was pretty easy, just watching the girls and adjusting the ties to keep the side branching going. I like to come in regularly and bend and twist the shoots between my fingers encouraging healthier stems. While I’m in there I’ll adjust the wire ties a bit to keep things even. After 2-3 days with the tie downs on, I’ll take them off and let the plant recover. With the environment dialled in at 79 degrees and 63% RH, it’s giving me a VPD of 1.0-1.1 , great for optimal growth. 💪 I think I am going to split the girls up, 4 (2 of eachin the one tent, 2 in my small tent, both with a Scrog in place. I’ll be transplanting this weekend, It won’t be long before these girls are ready for flower, October is a busy month for me so I may wait until the beginning of November to switch to flower light timing. Week 5 of 12/12 Have some nutrient burn some plants more than the other. Thats a risk if you grow different types of plants. Give them to much so now i lowered the ec a bit. I have gave them also advanced nutrients revive with ph 6.0. Next time i will give them just plain water and them slowly build up the ec again depending on the reaction of the plants.

Flowering week 4.

This week the plant continued to stretch reaching 55 cm. The tent is really feeling small both in height and width, the lamp is almost as high as it can get. I might have had done better with more pruning earlier, now I don't I don't want to stress too much this far into flowering. This week just removed some leaves and some branches without significant flowering from the bottom. Right after switching to a HID light for flowering, the leaves started drooping badly. The plant has mostly recovered from that. Flowers are getting bigger, slowly growing trichomes on the leaves too.

Very Happy plants, soaking up the rays. When you place your face near the buds you get an amazing sweet fruity aroma, the leaves smell like skunk and cheese. Each plant is getting 10 liters every 4 days. I water with 6.3ph tap water twice for every time I add nutrients. I use Alaska fish fertilizer when its been a few times since a nutrient feed but the plants are showing no deficiency's. They are Fed by a drip system which takes 16 hours to deliver the 10 liters to each plant, this works really well in the Fabric smart pots. I use metal racks to keep the plants off the ground then place a drip tray underneath each plant. When using the drip system very little run off occurs. I added a spider farmer sf-1000 to the room, it is full spectrum and ir, and is great for getting the corners of the room or the less dense areas of the canopy.

She’s a beast. I gave her nutrients. She’s looking great so far. Tremendous!

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I just wished I planted this in a bigger pot but hey this was my first auto and it’s turning out great

Planted just one seed November 29 into coco and a very light 4-4-4 Gaia and perlite blend. Pint size container for now, at some pint soon I’ll replant it into a 3 gallon fabric pot. I just saw the seedling coming out of the soil today.

They are still seedlings so there’s not much we’re doing except for keeping them moist and making sure everything’s OK as far as the VPD’s humidity and temperatures.

Buds fattening up🤟I think in about 3-4 for more weeks will be harvest time 🔥

In week 10 I have some plants, which have grown taller than the rest (canopy is appr. 80 cm high now). In order to not have to raise my lamp, I rather correct their height by 'supercropping' them. Supercropping is a technique developed by SOMA from SOMA_seeds and works VERY WELL. Instead of topping your plants (=cutting off the main stem) it is better to take the main stem between your fingers (appr. 15-20 cm form the top) and brake the fibers inside and then bend it downwords. This way the stem will stay intact and heal itself and you dont loose the main buds growing on it later. In the video above I show and explain how I supercrop a plant. The plants are now getting more and more into flowering and therefore I switch the dimmer on my SANlight EVO4-120 plants to 100% now (see in video above). The BIO NOVA nutrients are increased as well a little bit, so the plants can build big buds.
