This lady is getting massive. I set her sister outside to bask in the darkness she wanted sleep. I'm gonna keep this weeks entry short and sweet. Check back next week to see just how fast she buds & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!!!!

Temps dropped by 10-17 degrees- especially at night. Have not given any nutrients, just hose water. She seems to be doing fine. Ipm weekly and the cold is making her slow down a touch. Other than that, the frost is developing nicely and countering all this plant has been through with the temp swings, bouts of rain, bouts of dryness, wind, sun, no sun, etc- I should get a decent little harvest! Smell is divine! Has these sweet vanilla pine aromas with a deep purple bud. Probably chopping next week!🏻💚

Big one is doing good, my ph meter broke and Hannah Instruments sent me a new probe. When I got it and checked run off everything was fucked up so I did a heavy flush on everything and a feed. Found some shit called Gnatrol on Ebay for the fungus gnats larvae added to the mixidk if it will work tho. Pictures were taken on Day 7 of Bloom.

Growing it was straight forward. Very resistant to temp changes, loved every bit of nutrients I gave her. Buds have turned out beautiful and harvesting 4.5 ounces dry on one plant is always nice

Soooo I chopped the cripple a week before and got 40G dry out of it. Im excited how much the bigger one will yield cause shes looking better and better with every day passing.

SUNDAY 5/19: I accidentally left my UV timer in the "ON" position all night and half of the next day...fearing sudden death, I have moved everybody that was almost ready into the dark tent, including the most advanced Candy Cane x C4 and will start harvesting them tomorrow..maximum UVB stress for about 20 hours...if it works out that they are even more potent than expected without turning brown overnight, I'll claim it was "intentional," and purport it as an "advanced technique" 😉 MONDAY: The big one still looks fine after the mega-UVB incident , so she's still sitting in the dark. I flipped on the green light and went into the tent for a sniff test on everybody. She smells more like a C4 than a Candy Cane...a delightful aroma! The others have just about dried out..I'll probably start flushing a couple of them tomorrow and just water the others. TUESDAY: I harvested and wet trimmed CC4 #2 today. She wasn't very big, but her buds are ultra-dense and stinky. I also harvested the big one today(CC4#3) and hung her to dry in the dark tent. I decided to go ahead and flush everybody else today for the first time. I lowered the lights in the big tent several inches and set the light cycle back to 20/4, plus they are still getting hammered by the UVB for 6 hours of the day in 2 x 3-hour intervals. WEDNESDAY: I semi-wet-trimmed CC4 #3 and forgot to take photos..will do it when they are dry, prior to weighing and jarring it up. CC4 #1 was dry today, so I took some photos of the dried buds prior to weighing it and jarring it up. She weighed in at 66 grams after removing the excess lumber. She's very frosty, but her buds are a little bit fluffier than I like. THURSDAY: The last several CC4's will be flushed for the second time tomorrow. 2 more of the harvested plants will get weighed and jarred up tomorrow, but the other two will still need another day or two to dry. FRIDAY: I decided to wait to flush til tomorrow. I didn't have time today, so I'll weigh and jar up a few plants tomorrow. I just stuck the dry ones into some 2-gallon jars with boost 62's for now. I'm seeing about 20-25% amber trichomes on a few of them. They should be capable of putting me on my ass for a while. I killed the first few with just a couple ambers here and there, and the next two with about 5-10%, so I should have a pretty good sampling from them to know what it has and hasn't to offer. Glad I chose to grow these accidental F1 hybrids...muah hah hah hahhhh...😆 SATURDAY: I flushed the last 4 x CC4's with 3 gallons of ph-adjusted spring water today(and the remaining 4 other plants of different strains...my back is killing me..) and took some photos. Their foliage got pretty burnt from the mega-UVB overexposure incident, so I'll my work cut out for me with the trim..but damnit..they are getting super frosty and stinky!😋 I ran out of time, so didn't get around to weighing and jarring the dried plants. So, I just continued the cure in their big jars for the day.

Garage grow SoCal Another hot week in the garage averaging high of 88°. We just put in AC/dehumidifier and we brought down the temp to 72 degrees 48 relative humility with lights on for ripening. We’re starting to finish the ripening stage and pretty soon we will cut the tops. Purples are strong. Smell is unbelievable sweet and dank. Nugz are super dense. Trichomes are dripping. As we’re at the final few days we’re running straight Jacks RO until we finish, no flush. This weeks accomplishments: Ac for ripening We eradicated the Spider mites by doing manual scouting and removal every day. Long term issues None. We’re just about done. Week 10...The plants are looking good! Took out the microscope to look at the trichomes...Starting to get milky but still another week or two before the harvest! Started flushing the plant this week!

Still battling humidity although I think I have finally came up with a solution that allows my co2 too flourish as well. I connected my outlet carbon fan to my humidity control and changed my settings to the green ban of my vpd chart. I’ll keep you guys in the loop on that.

Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.

I loved!! 😊 06/02/21 Hoy hace seis días de la agresión humana que sufrí en mi ápice principal, aun estoy cabreada, aunque parece que ahora voy a tener dos ápices principales y mis ramas y tallo se están haciendo más fuertes. He disfrutado de unos días tranquilos en mi armario y ventana disfrutando de la compañía de mi prima Sweet Amnesia Haze y las otras dos plántulas, hay muy buena temperatura. A mi prima la han trasplantado a principios de semana, está muy contenta, ella tiene ahora una maceta cuadrada de bonito color, pero me gusta más la mía!! 😁 Todavía no consumo mucha agua porque soy pequeña, pero cada día más, mis hojas se están haciendo muy grandes para captar mucha energía lumínica, mi jefe dice, que si sigo así seré una reina!!... I loved!!😍 Esta semana me han regado con agua cargada de oxígeno y llena de mis amigos lo microorganismos con un poco de melaza para que estos tengan energía y trabajen mucho. This week just water from the autopots and a soil soak with some bio enhancer . Plants are really starting to smell now . Resin production on the Rado z is insane. Sadly they did not make the cut for the next drop. Happy to have been able to test them. I think they look and smell great.
