well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

It has been 6 weeks of flowering , this week specifically I have seen a lot of changes in the buds development. The ph and the ppm level of the reservoir is fluctuating very much. The PH drops to around 5.3 and PPM was reaching 1800 . The best way to solve this is probably to add plain water into the reservoir to balance the PH and the PPM level. This lady sure loves to produce sugar leaves , i defoliate loads of leaves but the leafs doesn't seem to stop growing out from the buds. I decreased the amount of light per day , I am giving her 11.30 hours of light instead of 12 hrs . I checked light leaks again but still pretty sure that it is not the problem here . The nutes supplier told me to increase the ratio of Superbud blue bud and superbud orange bud so that it can enhance the bud development . This week i got some new nutes from my bro "Master Mine" which i will try out on my next run . PS . Sorry for the high light exposure in the video , i was playing around with my new DJI osmo pocket . Any ideas on how long she's going to take until she's done?

Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, since I almost killed everything in there 😂 Fat Banana is a very nice fruity-kush strain ,with a genetic background tracing back to OG Kush x Chiquita Banana. It is a heritage with a lot of power behind it, this can be seen in the potency of Fat Banana’s bud, which can reach up to 25%+ THC in just 9 weeks! When grown with an expert hand (NOT MINE😅). The potential here is great! I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant. This is one of the strain that did notice more my mistake, can be clearly seen on the final product. Infact, a good part of the flowers, went for bubble hash, I kept a bit to try it out because the smell its amazing. I topped her and then, because of an accidents I mainlined her, first to try the Mainlining training and 2nd as it was the only one I had, I wanted to grow her. Probably If I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have had a much better final product, this time, talking about quantity and quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell sooner. Gonna grow this strain again 80% I would like to thank Grow Diaries for this amazingly-organized community they have created, where we all can learn a lot, and share something we really love. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry! Look at these beautiful and long inflorescences, which are covered with crystals every day and pull their antennae to the sides. trichomes change color. The aroma is tolerable and I am not using the filter yet.

Dienstag war auch für diese Pflanze ein wichtiger Meilenstein – sie ist jetzt ebenfalls im Blüte-Modus und genießt den 12 Stunden Licht- und 12 Stunden Dunkelheit-Rhythmus. Kurz davor habe ich auch hier die Entlaubung vorgenommen, um sie optimal auf diese neue Phase vorzubereiten. Die Wasserzufuhr wurde wie bei der anderen Pflanze angepasst und entspricht nun den Empfehlungen für die zweite Blütewoche. Ich bin wirklich erleichtert, dass das Problem mit dem pH-Wert endlich der Vergangenheit angehört und das System stabil läuft. Diese Pflanze hatte es am Anfang wirklich schwer. Ich hatte sie leider überdüngt, was dazu führte, dass die Blattspitzen verbrannt waren und sie generell recht klein geblieben ist. Aber sie hat sich erstaunlich gut erholt und zeigt jetzt ihre ersten Blütenansätze, was mich sehr freut! Das aktuelle Sorgenkind ist allerdings die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Sie ist momentan leider viel zu hoch, und ich muss mir überlegen, wie ich das am besten in den Griff bekomme. Das ist jetzt meine nächste große Herausforderung.

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

Took only 4 1/2 days to dry smells ok after trimming have to cut away a lot of foxtails but still nice buds not extrem dense thx to the temputure. I will take soon pictures and test some before curing.

Well she grows pretty tall with a a big internodes distance. Started to flower. Wedding Cheesecake seems to like hot weather as she endured +40C like a boss! SHe also handles pests pretty well. While her neighbors are filled with spider mites, she's doing quiet well. I really like how she thrives in hot temperatures without any LST - a pretty big girl.

This is mid-week four. These pictures are up-to-date taken today. I have LED light so and little other lighting on, so excuse the picture quality. I am no longer using Air, which is an iron supplement. I only used air 2 twice in Veg. Very powerful and boosts growth rate and health.

Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.
