Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

Timelapse! I've meant to get a timelapse camera set up since I first started this grow. I am reasonably confident that future weeks will include full-week timelapses. For most of this week, my plant has seemed to have stopped growing. It got to a point where the leaves were becoming wilted, which prompted me to add nutrients. I was a bit skeptical regarding whether it was a good time to do this, or if I would be adding nutrients prematurely. All has seemed to have gone well with the nutrients, as the next day the leaves perked up substantially. Mid week, I changed the light schedule form 18/6 to 20/4 because I figured more light would enable better growth. Currently, I am puzzled as to why the leaves have developed some light and dark splotches. Could this be a result of light stress? EDIT (in response to my leaf spotting question): Thanks to those who have responded to my leaf spotting question! I have raised the light from 18.5in (I never measured it until now) to the recommended 24in. There is no chance of nutrient solution getting on the leafs to cause the spotting, but I did spray the tent with water + (dilute) hydrogen peroxide in an attempt to raise the humidity. Maybe this is the cause? I am currently battling the relative humidity. As someone mention, it is low! If i plug in my room-humidifier, the humidity will get way to high (80%+). I've placed an open container of tap water + hydrogen peroxide mix in the tent, but it doesn't appear to do much! I'd like to note here that I am using liquid indicator drops for my pH, so the pH is only my best measurement at the time of mixing solution. My pH may not be as low as I indicated this week! I think I'll throw in some tap water in lieu of cal-mag supplements,. I figure my city's hard water may be of benefit here!

23.05. today is the end of the fourth week for the plants, they haven't progressed much since last week, they grew a few cm and gained a little weight, but they are healthy, which is the most important thing... in a few days I will transplant them and top them because some of them have already developed the sixth pair of leaves, so I simply have to top them. turned out... I thought of transplanting them into 10-liter pots and after two to three weeks into 50-liter holes, however, the weather didn't cooperate, and I was already late anyway because of the bad weather, and because of the same, my plants in the fourth week were the same as they should have been in the second, and because of the same, I couldn't even transplant earlier... now that nothing went according to the "plan", of course, I don't know how smart it is to transplant them into 10 L and then into 50 with the fact that it is with me the longest day of the year is June 22, so that actually a week after that it can start flowering (it usually starts at the end of July or at the end of August, but it can be late and start even in September, and it also knows how to plow and start already at the end of June)...now I think that it is better to buy smart pots of 50-60 liters and immediately transplant into them and then just bury them...another problem with that is that the soil that I took for vegetation has food in it for a month days, if I transplant twice, it may happen that it enters flowering, and the food for the vegetation has not yet been used up, and that would be a problem...advices are welcome Stay high!!!

It was a lot, but should be good for a minute. Removed leafs that were blocking. Went in a solo tent. Rh super low, but should be ok. 12-11 Not quite ready for water. Bent a couple bunched nodes

I over water this past week but got back on track ,it took about 2 day for her to come back around,, but a great week

They have took to the flip to 12/12 straight away and have shot up 40cm each pistols are popping out everywhere .

11-15 She is inching to the finish line! 11-17 Shell be thirsty tomorrow, fun with pics 11-18 So when ai wike up, figured ill cut her tomorrow. Normally I dont do this, but I turned off the lights. They will be off till cut her. 😁 Figured what the hell, never done this. So I covered the top of soil with ice and crushed ice. Eventually Ill try it all. 🤣 Choppy time 💪🤘 .

Great strain to grow, had no problems. Quality is amazing. Best Autoflower taste and smell I've grown so far. Very strong and frosty. The stickiest Auto I've grown. Definitely recommend it

i filled the wing up with a boost buddy co2 bag and my plants got a new light and there growing like weeds loving the total package

********* Week 11 - February 17 to 23, 2020 (**Days 71 to 77 from head coming out of medium**) Well another week has come and gone and she is still going💪😃 This was week of not too much to report as well as it is basically just keeping her medium wet, light low, and let her ripen😃 We also started looking at trichomes closer this week🧐🧐 Her frost really developed this week and has turned to primarily all cloudy. Took most of the week to get there. Tops are starting to show more amber in the buds and the lowers still show a number of clear.......didn’t want to rush her and let her go at her own pace. She is going to be running close to 80 days and expect that to be harvest day. She took some time but the leaves are light on Sunday and trichrome colour was a good balance. Removed any unnecessary LST tie downs. She has really started to “pull-in” on herself with the long branches she has grown. They have also gotten really purple over the last two weeks. Discovered another problem with the darn pH pen this week and it was out by 5 full points. This also explains some of the unusual things I have seen and thoughts of her possibly being a little slow the prior week. It had been 4 weeks since last calibration so it wasn’t out that long but long enough. This girl weathered that curve ball pretty good💪🙏 She went into darkness on Sunday Feb 23rd for roughly 48 hours. Harvest day is around the corner😛 Goal of a two week flush is being achieved......should be smooth smoke!! Will see what using Green Planet’s Liquid Weight all the way to the end will do as well. Again, this girl has been a surprise from the start with her vigour, beautiful leaves in early veg, and awesome bud to leaf ratio in late flower. She has taken pH and nutrient swings in stride. We had some PK issues late in veg and didn’t fully recover from it before flower set in but the narrow leaves have left for an easy trim job👍 Not rushing her so far has allowed her frost to come on strong and she should have a healthy THC percentage!! I have revisited the list of other diaries for this strain and there aren’t many to go by for comparison but this girl seems to be in there with the other top producers......time will tell. Awesome job Sweet Seeds🙏 More detail: Feb 17/20 - Day 71 - nothing for feed today. - SWELLING last night :) Feb 18/20 - Day 72 - 3L water with Rezin & Liquid Weight @ 2ml/L = 80ppm and 5.8pH. - Moved her under the HLG light today. - Buds are getting dense and hardening towards the tops. Feb 19/20 - Day 73 - 2L water with Rezin & LW8 = 80ppm and 6.1pH. - still waiting on further ripening of lower trichomes but she is getting close. Feb 20/20 - Day 74 - 2L water with Rezin @2ml and LW8 @1.5ml = 80ppm and 5.9pH Feb 21/20 - Day 75 - Nothing today. Dry out. - she will be done in days from now. Into darkness this weekend at some point. Feb 22/20 - Day 76 - 2L water with Rezin and LW8 @ 1.5ml/L = 80ppm and 5.9pH. - review trichomes again today. - one more day. I'm very happy with this weeks progress. They transitioned very well to the garden, which I'm chocking up to the row cover. They didn't need any water due to the thunderstorm we had last night, but I did make a ring around the base of each plant and gave them about 1-2 TBSP of the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend fertilizer. They also got their tomato cages.
