Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, bud site development is going great, she's gaining size and weight. She's growing very densely, I've trimmed many inner leaves and small branches, she's the stickiest of all 4 plants I'm currently growing and her smell is strong and dank!

***May 22 Finally harvest day! Thank you all for following along if you have made it this far. A few things to say about this strain; I had a wonderful experience with freakshow by 7east genetics. It was easy to grow, and very forgiving. It seemed like it didn't care what I threw at it. It is very stress resistant and powdered mildew resistant. There were days that the reservoir wasn't filled as high as it should have been, days where I forgot to open the tent up (so it sat at 100% humidity a couple times, for a day at a time), and not bothered one bit. I didn't do any training on this girl whatsoever other than picking a few fan leaves off here and there. It is a very airy strain with the leaves being very light penetrating, so not much worry about light blockage. I would 100% recommend this strain for anyone who is new to growing or lives in a humid climate. The plant finished off with some nice purple hues on the leaves, not too much on the buds themselves. Smells of vanilla coffee, a very sweet and warm aroma. Will update more as it dries and will post smoke review once finished! ***May 26 Throwing more color as it dries. Trying to dry it nice and slow. ***May 29 Nugs were a little wet and squishy on the 26th, now they are hardening up!

Couldn't help but take lots of photos this week.. Nuggets are really starting to fill out and the white hairs are beginning to brown. Lots of new trichomes without heads and a few have turned milky. Thought this would be done by now and I really need the space for my other girl thats currently stretching due to lack of light. Considering that and also not wanting to harvest prematurely, I'm trying to decide when to start the 7-14 day flushing period, any advice would be HUGELY appreciated. Thanks for stopping by 😎

Dung Heap update

Through the week I repotted the Super skunk feminised due to her roots protruding through the bottom of the pot. I repotted her for the aid of the roots. The lady has continued to show signs of recovery with the leaves smoothing out further more from rough. The leaves are returning back to it’s healthy emerald green colour plus she is picking up her growth pace growing 5cm this week her stem is stalk like and she stands at 47cm tall. She is almost ready for bloom.

This thing is a monster for how young it is i can belive how it turned very happy with this company's first grow easy resistant smells good good tricome production with little to no feed just kept it simple no topping she's currently hanging in the grow room now 😊 gonna be a harvest week and thats it for this girl happy growing

Nutrient burn seems to have tapered off and haven't noticed any spreading. Going to try adding an additional watering to the schedule to see what happens. I'm hesitant to mix stronger nutrients due to nutrient burn I started to see earlier this week. At the same time, need to figure out the cause of the nutrient deficiencies. I'm currently using the Light Feeding Schedule from Mills Nutrients (says "light", but is still 2.06 EC including 0.54 EC for water + CalMag) Need to switch to flower soon but need to figure out deficiency issues before the switch. Blueberry Headband Grow Week 04 Flower Feb 29 In a state of transition. Started using 'Hygrozyme'. An enzyme that will supposedly keep my roots clean and root rot at bay. Wasn't quite the case. PH went up 10 fold and brown slime reappeared. Rinsed the roots, added more Hygrozyme and a dose of Tarantula tea. 24 hours later, PH is up the same. No sign of rot. RePHed and all is ok. Plants aren't blinking. Aroma is strong. Trichromes appeared last week and are everywhere, now! Little bundles of calyxes are all excited to pop out this coming week! Think this will be a 'beginners luck' grow. Trying to be diligent.
