Hello Growmies, Two weeks into vegetation, our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is striking a fine figure in the grow tent. Each plant has achieved a notable height of 14 cm, an impressive feat for their age, suggesting that they are well on their way to becoming vigorous and bushy specimens. The uniformity observed in the first week continues to be a defining trait of the Watermelon Candy strain. Flowering day 73 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Maybe the last week? I'm watching the hairs and plenty of white hairs remaining. Buds don't look "ready", not even worth scoping. I'm on the flush, was running "Flawless Finish" but switched to straight water. I'll also be watching the leaves for yellowing as the nutrients begin to be used up by the plant.

I'm finaly able to check in on her again. ### Day 9 ### She is looking good, a little short, but that should turn out alright. The humidity was only 30%, so I tried to raise it by spraying the walls of the bucket and adding a damp sponge. Watered her with 0.5l ph'd water and also lowered the light again to 40cm from the plant. ### Day 10 ### Looks like she is developing another set of leaves, keep it up girl! 👌Humidity is still not really on point, the sponge doesn't seem to help. Decided to cook some water and put the water cooker next to the vent, hopefully this is a solution. ### Day 11 ### Growing steadily, the new set of leaves are showing more clearly today. The water cooking seem to have some effect, but sadly it doesn't last long, maybe I should look for an air humidifier. ### Day 12 ### Decided to pull the trigger on an air humidifier. Because my grow space is naturally stabilizing to 30%, I don't really need a dehumidifier. This is a lot better then cooking water every few hours! 😛 ### Day 13 ### I will be away again till day 17. I gave her 0.6l of water with her first batch of food and then put 0.25l ph'ed water in the dipper so that she won't dry out. Also noticed that when the humidity was 65% her leaves where a little droopy and now at 50% they look ok. Will try to keep it at 55% while I'm away.

Day 63 Going down a bit on top bloom was a good move due that darkening went down... and no more burned tips... so it's not at is max .. now i have room to play with... i like more this color... And starting to add extra PK to the advanced one... PM1 is clearly ahead... then GC2 , GC1 and PM2.... looks like will be a escalated chop at the end... PM2 has already a sweet smell like fruitcandy... PM1 goes more to a diesel side... GC1 & 2 very citrus... with pine.. mixed with sweet tones... will see how developes... See you next week Growmies..

Flower day 31 - Having a little trouble with the temperature getting higher than I would like because my dehumidifier puts off some heat while it’s running so it’s been a constant struggle to keep the environment in this tent stable! Definitely will not have so many plants next run lol, but all in all the ladies are growing great & I can’t wait to see how they turn out! (Week 34)Realized that my plants looked a little phos deficient. BioGrow has plenty so i adjusted my ph back down to 5.8 plants looking allot happier. Using baking soda as ph up, very little needed.

Soon to feed flowering nutes after only 3 times feeding the nitrogen with some other stuff in the grow nutrients.. Soon to connect carbon filter as i disconnect it until the girls start to release strong smell.. I tuck leaves everyday and try my best to end up having even cannopy.
