Day 2 -begin flushing

Found out the water I was using had a ph of at least 7 instead of 6.5 like I had thought. I also had a cal mag deficiency from using LEDs and reverse osmosis water. Now I have a ph tester to prevent the first issue and cal mag for the second.

Everything is going well, the plants grows fast and got a good size. The temperature are starting to get higher, I hope I will manage it.

The Strawberry’s received 1.5 liters 3 times this week. A big week for defoliation and lollipop. It is evident that topping an asymmetrical plant does create 2 tops. SC1 has 2 tops but at this late week, I wont amount to much. If you have an asymmetrical plant just train and not top. The 6 Strawberry plants are huge for 7 weeks. Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet any larger they would be unmanageable.. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week in hopes of reducing the stretch. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. I asked a question on a triple leaf set on one of the Cadillac’s. See Pic above. It is a gene mutation. It is not a true triploid as all the nodes are not triple. There is one other location that has one. It looks like there are bud nubs in the crease. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy 🧑‍🌾 positions I need when I go to the beach 😉. 📋 Nach 16 Wochen Gesamtlaufzeit ist heute der Tag der Ernte für die Mimosa x Orange Punch von Barneys Farm gekommen. Die Pflanzen stehen voll im Harz und haben ihr biologisches Ziel erreicht. Ich beende den Run punktgenau und bereite alles für die Trocknung vor. Die Genetik hat über die gesamte Zeit eine beeindruckende Stabilität gezeigt und liefert jetzt zum Abschluss genau das optische Bild, das man von einer Top-Sorte erwartet. 🌡️ Die klimatischen Bedingungen in der Zielgeraden waren stabil und auf den Punkt. Der CO2-Wert lag im Schnitt bei 736 ppm, was den Pflanzen geholfen hat, die Blütenmasse bis zum letzten Tag kompakt zu halten. Maßnahmen gab es diese Woche außer der Kontrolle der Werte keine mehr, die Pflanzen haben nur noch ihr restliches Wasser verbraucht. 📸 Ein Blick auf die Fotos zeigt den hervorragenden Zustand der Buds. Die Blütenstruktur ist extrem dicht und zeigt die typische kompakte Form mit leichten Ausstülpungen an den Spitzen. Die Harzproduktion ist massiv, die Trichome überziehen nicht nur die Blüten, sondern auch die Zuckerblätter wie eine dichte Schicht aus Puderzucker. Farblich hat die Pflanze ein wunderschönes Spektrum von tiefem Violett bis fast Schwarz in den Blättern entwickelt, was einen starken Kontrast zu den hellen, harzigen Blüten bildet. Die Stempel sind fast vollständig braun und zurückgezogen, was das Ende des Reifeprozesses markiert. In der Nahaufnahme sieht man, dass die Trichomköpfe perfekt milchig mit ersten bernsteinfarbenen Einschlägen sind. ✂️ Jetzt geht es in den Trockenraum. Die Buds sind beim Zerlegen extrem klebrig und verströmen ein schweres Aroma von Zitrusfrüchten und süßem Treibstoff. Die Dichte der Blüten ist beeindruckend, da gibt nichts nach, wenn man sie leicht zusammendrückt. Die nächsten Tage verbringen sie bei kühlen Temperaturen und kontrollierter Luftfeuchtigkeit, bevor es ans Curen geht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Harzbesatz und der allgemeinen Vitalität bis zum letzten Tag. Das Ergebnis im Glas wird sicher ein Genuss.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Using 7.6 pH well water creates challenges in keeping iron, nitrogen, and phosphorus available to the plants. This soil is recycled and had a starting pH of 7.3-7.5. I added Diamond Brand Ferrous Sulfate at the above listed rate of 2.5 ml/gallon of soil. I distributed these granules evenly across the top of the soil. Adding this amendment acidifies the soil and provides a readily available and lasting iron supplement during veg. After adding the ferrous sulfate some small particles were splashed onto the leaves by the rain. These particles burnt the leaves and are the dark spots you see in the photos. Those dark spots turned into tears in the leaves as the high winds ripped through them. The girls are showing a little excessive nutrient stress. I believe from the phosphorus in the Coop Poop. I've come to believe it runs higher than the advertised 4%. The higher soil pH exasperates this. As the ferrous sulfate works and these girls grow larger these issues will be solved. Day 1 we had cooler temps, overcast skies, and showers during the morning and night. These continued early morning day 2. Followed by sunshine after noon on day 2. Early morning Day 3 at 2-3 a.m. we had thunderstorms that produced strong winds and very heavy rain for almost two hours. Day 4, despite the 5% rain forecast, we had another thunderstorm producing heavy rain and strong wind followed by rain that evening. Day 5 the plants had a respite. We had lots of sunshine and a lite breeze to dry the soaked soil out. Day 6 we had more sunshine and breezy weather. Day 7 more sunshine and excellent cannabis weather, not too hot and not too cold. I didn't water these this week as the rain was more than enough. These girls are real tuff. The weather during their germination and first two weeks after planting was brutal. The high winds and heavy rain blasted the leaves and soaked the pots. These girls bent but didn't break. They look a little beat up from the weather, pH issues, and nutrients stress. This isn't ideal but in two weeks it will be a faded memory. Fastbuds can handle harsh outdoor conditions, minor user error, and still produce lots of beautiful buds. Follow and see for yourself.

Start of week 7 and they looking great I think 🙃 had a problem with spiders but it's controlled now. That product "Anti-Sniper X" did worked very well. What you guys think? Out of 10?

All the plants are building buds. Gave them a little beastie bloomz. I cut them off the maxigro today since the leaf tips are burning. Other than that everything is going smooth.

2 of plants started fading a little I feed them with compost tea and organic nutrients of biobizz I want to test something on one of my plants. Light Compost tea 2 times a week I fed them compost tea once a week from early veg until now and there is no sign of nutrients burning its 33 degrees celsius they need watering everyda

She is starting to pre flower, let's get it

Flowering started on day 28. I applied a topdressing once with Green House Feeding BioBloom at 1.5 grams per liter Soil. I’ll repeat that in the third week to reach the full dose of 3 grams per liter. I also discovered some thrips, so I reacted immediately by using small nematode sachetsboth on the plant and in the watering solution.

2 weeks remaining according to the fastbuds beginning to harvest chart. Both plants are looking great and smelling strong. I just wish it would be more of a yield and hoping for heavy dense buds. Cant wait to try these strains.

And here we are! The end of week 7. And these girls are basically ready. I'm gonna wait a few more days but by Tuesday I predict that I'll pluck them. They are just perfect looking. Fat buds loaded with resin. The smell is interesting. A subtile sweet sugary smell. With a hint of fuel. Very hard to pin down and will be curious with how the final product turns out. I've been ramping up the UVB 310 over these weeks. Now it's been at 4 hours for the last few days. The girls don't seem to mind. Idk if it has had an effect or not at this moment but I plan on continuing it in the future. Watering every day or two. Not giving them as much now tho. Letting them dry out a little more. The overall cycle had to deal with alot of heat issues and lighting so what they did product is certainly top quality flowers just short on there stretch period so will run again to make a certain opinion but as of now no hermis and all seeds flowered apart from one tiny plant 10 girls all to harvest shows stable genicitic traits from these girls also , height , bud structure colour shape smell all seem to be closer to a match of each other
