So at the end of week 2 we let them dry all the way out and flushed with a 1.0 EC solution. This week we begin feeding heavy. There are tops freakin everywhere! Out of the 8 plants there is only one that didn’t stretch about 15 inches. This is the first time running Ethos Genetics and I’m glad I did. 6 weeks left.

Not much to report. I'm watering every three days or so. Every other water they get a little unsulfured molasses mixed in.

2/12: I moved the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine into the dark. The Velvet Sugah Bref, GG4, and Berry Bomb are the last plants from this diary, and they are just getting water and Liquidsoil. They are all in the closet now and getting blasted with extremely cold winter air and intense UVB for their last week. 2/13: I harvested the Platonium, both Sucrose Overdose, and the last Muscadine Wine tonight. Sexy sexy bitches...ooh la la! Not embarrassed to say that I got major wood while giving them a bath...😜

Stacking hard this week. This plant requires some aggressive defoliation and canopy management, because it was a thick, lemony jungle of buds. Hate to lose the bud sites but they can't all get enough light. Should be in a pretty strong position going forward to bulk up and finish over the next 3 to 4 weeks. Angel is getting stronger.... Still mostly citrus but it's changing daily now. Home stretch!! 🔥 ? 🍋

I'll be doing the update day by day now. First day of the week: I started her 2 weeks flush today, I measured the ppm, and my water without nutrients has around 200 ppm. She's doing fine, one friend said those colas are going to double their sizes. Does anybody think this as well? Second day: all ok Third day: all ok Fourth day: this was the day the kid cried and momma wasn't there... I found mould in the main cola. I removed it asap. Hope it's no going to spread. The umidity wasn't high. Don't know what happened. I'm in pieces

Going out of town for a few days so decided to rig up an automatic reservoir top off system. So added a new 15gallon "pre reservoir" with air stones and a timer pump. Every 12 hours it will kick on and send 2 gallons to the main res, where there is a float valve to shut off at a high water level. Also the tent has a flood sensor if tripped will kill the power to the pre pump. Should be safe to leave for a few days.

The buds are early in flower but still stretching. Thick white stigmas popping out of all the bud sites. And there's a beautiful purple color that's beginning to show on the early sugar leaves. I defoliated only a couple of the largest fan leaves off the main stem. The were bigger than my hand and blocking nearly all the lower sites, so I felt it was beneficial. The spacing has been good on all the branches and I haven't needed to remove any other foliage besides the big boys. I did also remove the absolute lowest budsites because at this point there wasn't any chance they would ammount to anything

Es ist vorbei, jetzt wird geerntet. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Phänotypen werden sehr bald im Vaporisator auf ihren Geschmack, Duft und Wirkung getestet werden. Auch wenn die kleinere der beiden Pflanzen vielleicht noch etwas länger hätte stehen können. Es war kein Platz mehr im Zelt und der oberste Bud der großen Runtz fing an zu verbrennen. Für ein SOG halte ich solch unterschiedliche Phänotypen nicht geeignet, anders sieht es allerdings mit Stecklingen von ihnen aus. Insgesamt unkomplizierte Pflanzen, nur die Thripsen bekam ich nie vollständig in den Griff. Dies war mein erster Indoor Grow und ich stelle fest, daß meine Grow Box nur Platz für eine Pflanze hat wenn es eine Schönheitskönigin werden soll. Immerhin habe ich es noch geschafft eine paar schöne Blattverfärbungen an der größeren Pflanze zu erreichen. Auf den Bildern kann man das wilde, ungestüme gut erkennen. Danke an Zamnesia, dass ich diesen Strain ausprobieren konnte! Ich habe ja noch ein paar Samen für weitere Grows. Vielen Dank auch an Plagron für den Blütendünger. Das solch dicke Blütenkolben möglich sind hätte ich vor diesem grow nicht geglaubt. Ich wünsche allen anderen Teilnehmern dieses Contests einen erfolgreichen Abschluss und eine gute Ernte! P.S. Wenn ich mir so in der Verößerung die Frostigkeit der Buds ansehe, wird mir etwas Bange... --- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. 17 ounces dry, can't complain. Turned some brown into its going down.

They still seem to be growing, although going in the room twice a day, it is difficult to notice unless I look closely or compare photos with previous weeks. Going to cut off a couple small pieces of calyx's shortly and will post a couple pictures from my scope. Speaking of those, they're starting to give me some nice colours, slight purples, neon greens and yellows, the photos don't really do them justice under the warm lighting but I will try and take a couple pics in some white light when I chop her down in a couple weeks time. It is also quite difficult to illustrate the size of some of these colas, the one near the back on the right, is about 19 inches long, and about 4 inches wide. Looks like 2 ounces of bud hanging on her and I have had to lasso some string around it and a couple other colas as they were falling down. Bringing EC slowly down to around 1.2 - I think I will cut nutrient strength down to about 0.8 EC in a few days time to try and hurry her along a bit. I will only be flushing for 3 days at the end of this grow, they will also be in the dark for 2 days at the end with low temps (mid teens in ºC) to preserve terpenes, oils and other cannabinoids. Added some Fox Farms Grow Big and Fish Guano this week and wow! Feels like every night they gain about an inch or so, especially the Blue Dream CBD, who is in a bigger pot than the others. It's been pretty warm so I've had to water them more regularly. I'm going to transfer them into 7 gallon smart pots next week.

pH was still leaning towards the low side earlier in the week, but by Saturday's watering, pH is within desired range. Indoor AC unit is broken this week (will be replaced by next week) - but have been improvising to perform temperature control inside the tent as much as possible. Daytime light is currently set for overnight, as to mitigate overheating during summer months. During this week while we are improvising, the focus is on keeping the tent temperature as close to 80 degrees F (ideally below, but with outdoor air temps being around 100 daily, this is difficult this week). Using ice buckets and multiple oscillating fans to control the temperature as much as possible. Plants are under some stress from this, but leaves are not wilting and are only slightly discolored on some of the tips, which has improved with Saturday's heavy nutrient feed. Will update next week once AC unit is back and tent conditions are more under control, but thankfully plants seem to be making it through, and should bounce back quickly once conditions are back to normal. Nutrient type was switched to Fox Farm Big Bloom; a heavy feeding was performed on Saturday as the plants were a bit nutrient deficient, but will return to maintenance feedings on next feeding. Day 78. I do nothing to them , just checking , applying slug pallets and forgetting till next come. We will have heatwave and i work all those days, maybe i will water them next monday .... No other plans ;))) Night 81. Each girl got 10 liters of water, but in such heat wave they would eat all 30 i guess. 5 more days off +30 and then thunderstorms... hope i won't need to do it again, very tricky path and to bring two buckets 4x times and leave no trail - mission impossible !
