Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. I cut the plant after 48 hours of total darkness. To flush the best, I ran a few dozen liters of water through the jar until the one that came out below was transparent. Although the flowers failed to close, I am satisfied with the result and the smell of the buds inspires a good terpene. To dry well, I moved the grow box to the room with an air conditioner. I'm keeping the temperature around 26-27 degrees and the humidity around 50%.

Start of week 5, both are stretching now. (Day 36) Today i watered both 2.5L with nutrients (Day 37) Watered 2000ml today and also did some LowStressTraining. It was a little to strong an girl #1 (Day 39) Watered again 2500ml with nutrients. (Day 41)

Decided to give these a few more days, was planning to chop them on day 56 but I’ll let them go till day 60. They have had over a week with no nutrition, just water. Photos taken day 59 of flower, they’re coming down tomorrow!!

Day 37. Bigger girls got bottom trimming, still will do lolipoping in 10 days or so. Two smallest plants, which now stand in shade will go to greenhouse, just have no space for them. One Blackberry went purple already. Strawberry Banana grows nice too, BUT IT SMELLS LIKE STRAWBERRY BANANA in real life, just touched the best plant and was blown by sweet fruity smell !!! All Orange Sherbets grow small. No feed all week. Happy Growing !!!

June 8: really cold here the last few days. Likely due to the heat dome now in SW states and Mexico. Overnight low of only 1 C tonight so the plants are indoors until conditions improve which should be soon. June 9: it wasn’t as cold as forecast last night and stayed above 5 C with lowest being two nights ago at 3.3 C. Watered with 26 C water this evening to keep it warm a bit longer but overnight temps should be fine again now and she’s outdoors full time now. June 10: watered this morning with first compost tea. Pic is from the evening and she’s looking really good. A few days ago I forgot to lower the pH of the city tap water and the biggest fan leaves show some of that pH swing damage. Oops. Looks good now though after the lazy compost tea. Lazy compost tea is compost, molasses, some coco coir and some Monster Maxx. Let sit overnight but not so long that it goes anaerobic. It should smell fresh not sulphurous. June 11: looks good after the compost tea. June 13: to get the stems growing apart in preparation for another round of topping, I supercropped both stems, taped with floral tape, and then tied down using pipe cleaners and paper clips on the edge of the grow bag. Thanks for tuning in. The harvest was great and the bud smoked very nice. It served me well for more than a month. Shark widow being one of the closest strains to being a pure indica was satisfying and couch locking at the same time. I'll definitely miss smoking this strain and even more growing it. I grew a shark widow prior to this one, it was Infact my first grow. It hold up well and grow easy.

This was the week I decided to take a look at my trichomes with about 2-3 weeks left why not see what’s in store for me. And what I saw was some pretty milky stuff with surprisingly some amber to me that just means I’m going to get some good thc levels I’m shooting for at least 22-25% thc wish me luck we are almost there final stretch

Lots of fattening up happening this week. The smell in the room is wonderful. I am battling Humidity a little bit but nothing major. Not much else to report. I used the FFJ I made which smelled exactly like a few bud enhancers I have bought before.

Been a good week, did a few upgrades to get tent as automated as possible and it's been going great now that I can make changes anywhere instead of rushing home or asking for help to turn off or adjust 😆 Is it possible to start getting foxtail mid flower? Ending 4th week now. Bubble gum ice cream showing signs. Lights are about 36" away from canopy and dimmed to 75% [photontek 600w pro] Very powerful, been tempting to lower to 50% as it gets pretty warm. I have 8" blowing out and a 6" blowing in the tent to keep positive pressure and constant air flow. Let me know what you guys think, any comment or feedback is appreciated and welcomed. 11éme semaine l'attante deviens longue mais faut tenir bon! bientôt la récolte. j'suis quand même heureux de pouvoir consommer La Rica en attendant la récolte du reste des plants qui ne debvrait plus trop tarder tous les plants on des trichromes laiteux maintenant j'attend 15/20% d'ambrés et bim RECOLTE! mardi 11/5 20h: Lampe éteinte pour 48h la récolte (des deux white widow, d'une purpleQueen et d'une dernière "La Rica" qui avait subit un stress qui a bloqué ça croissance de +/- 10j) démare le jeudi 13 mai à 20h😀.

The Gorilla Melon has officially moved outside in the beggining of the week. She adapted instantly to the natural sunlight and breeze, looking extremely vibrant. Her Sativa genetics are definitely showing with some solid node spacing, but she is also thickening up her main stem and pushing plenty of new growth in the lower nodes. Applied a fresh batch of nematodes last night to keep the organic substrate 100% clean from any outdoor pests right from the start. The plant is full of energy. Waiting just until tomorrow morning to top her above the 4th or 5th node.

Jus trying to make the best out of a bad situation....when is not pouring rain...got excessive heat warning but still gonna pull tru with something....girls are smelling lovely and got that sticky feel to dem leave you fingers wet jus by passing over...harvesting is the upcoming week jus to prevent any further damages.
