Finishing up from the looks of the trichomes and the breeders recommended time (+/- 56 days) they will be coming down soon! Still supplementing 2 hrs of UVB mid day, stopped nutrients and began flushing with flawless finish. They are looking so delicious and smelling very sweet and tropical, its scent radiates everywhere in the house from the basement to the second floor!! Also I recently remembered I never put on the carbon filter back since last grow smfh which is why it smells so strong outside.

I would be lying if I knew how far her flower phase come, this couple weeks been absence only gave me results, and left me with a catalogue nightmare, but thank goodness my previous posts are dated, so it gives a rough idea, but genes differ within strains, some strain grow vigorously at certain stages, and I think this baby hit her phase. She will be my best tree when it comes bud quantity, when it comes to potency, I will have settle with what I encounter and except the outcome.

My Sticky Rice plant is one of the smaller ones in the bunch, but don't let its size fool you! It's got these incredibly healthy, vibrant leaves that just scream 'good genetics.' I've got a feeling this little one's gonna surprise me – it might be small now, but I bet it's gonna pack a punch!" This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. 🌸 Lava Cake – Week 5 Flower Report 🌸 We’ve reached Week 5 of flower — such an important and defining stage in the Lava Cake journey. Both phenos are shining, evolving beautifully, and filling the room with life and energy. It’s a week full of growth, observations, and some lessons to share. ⸻ 🌿 Current Status • Both plants are looking healthy, vigorous, and branching strong. • White hairs (pistils) continue to thicken and spread — the first signs of real bud-building. • Leaves show some spots, likely a touch of CalMag deficiency. This is not uncommon at this stage, as the plants’ demands for calcium and magnesium rise sharply during heavy metabolic activity. To support them, I’ve kept the full nutrient recipe steady this week and reintroduced Aptus All-in-One Liquid to strengthen the nutritional foundation and bounce them back quickly. ⸻ 💧 Nutrient Recipe (Week 5) • Aptus Regulator – cell wall support & stress resistance • Aptus CalMag Boost – to address spotted leaves and support photosynthesis • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – reintroduced this week to balance the base nutrition and help recovery from early deficiency signs • Plagron Power Buds, Sugar Royal & Green Sensation – pushing bud development, resin, and flavor complexity ⚠️ Note on feeding adjustments: This week we removed Top Booster from the mix. While it’s a great stimulator during certain flower stages, running it alongside Power Buds, Sugar Royal, and Green Sensation risks overlapping too much PK. Too much of a good thing can cause stress, salt build-up, or nutrient lockouts. By keeping the recipe focused and balanced, the Lava Cakes can thrive without overload. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment • Temperatures: Lower this week (relief!) thanks to cooling efforts. • Humidity: Still running a little high, sometimes hovering beyond the ideal. • Airflow: Two 6-inch exhausts + intake, all carbon filtered. This, along with fans inside, should keep the air moving and avoid stagnant moisture pockets. ⚠️ Note: Higher humidity at this stage can invite mold or mildew risks, but with strong airflow and constant air renewal, we’re reducing the chances. With lower temperatures, steady airflow, and a carefully tuned recipe, the girls are thriving. Well, this is certainly a special strain. MASSIVE colas and rock hard nugs combined with an earthy flavor is an instant winner in my books. 124 dried and cured grams from one plant in a 3 gallon hand watered soiless mix, so this genetic definitely has the potential for more greatness. Smoking on this now and it is a smooth smoke with a relaxing and uplifting body feel to it. A long lasting stone and a very pungent smell. Fastbuds did a great job on this product.

A few had issues with the 24 hrs light sa few plants were getting yellow tips resembling light burn. So I added a teaspoon of Epsom salt and coffee grounds. Looks like the plants have bounced back. That’s a sigh of relief!

Day 31 F and I’m cutting the extra P supplement, from now on they will take it only from my NPK all in one liquid base, im increasing K to help them in this final fattening etc . Its week 7. I clicked germination on accident. Last week of veg. About to move them to a flowering room. I cut about the bottom 20% off. I am gonna scrog and the bottom wont recieve any light.
