On the final few days of a 10 day flush. Will be chopping down this week to harvest and hang dry. Really excited to try this one. The smells in the room are unreal.

Will be growing 3 Special Kush Clones and keeping one as a Mother. I'll be making Canna-oil (coconut oil) capsules and MCT oil for tintures. Depending on the yield I might keep some top bud to smoke. I put these clones in the coco coir today, October 1 2023. Under A Marshydro TS-1000 in A 3x3 tent.

Final Report: Grow: The plants has grown very beautiful and healty without pests and diseases. They grown bushy and with medium height during all the life cycle. I had try to use LST in third veg week but i did't made correctly and after that i dicided to return to grown normally without any particolar tecnique. I used a littel more fertilizer then mine usual and that made the plants grown fast with only a littel bit of leaf margin burn which I solved by decreasing the quantity. In the first two weeks of flowering stage the plants started grow not to very tall (except for one) and the number of the branches increase, in this phase i only defoliated when the fan leaves turn yellow in late stage. During all flowering stage the flowers grown but they remained very soft, they turned dense and bigger in the last weeks and this time i waited until almost all of them were mature before harvest the plants(I waited a littel more respect OG Kush CBD). I changed the taller plant from one grow room to another(in the sixth week) when she became too high and she couldn't stay more in the smaller grow box(nothing changed in the enviroment between the two boxes). Equipment and grow box: The enviorment of grow box has been optimized every stage with the right temperature, umidity and air flow. Vegetative temp/umidity --> 23-29 °C/45-55% Flowering temp/umidity --> 20-26 °C/40-50% The air flow was created by two pc fans and one big fan. Harvest: This time the plants were full of dense buds but the lower branches had many fluffy flowers(i used them to make some hash) but the result not change too much . The result of this grow is amezing compared to my old expiriences. I harvested the flower and i made a fast curing process after i washed the crop and i let them to dry with a fan on it. After five days a take the branches which were to dry and i did the final trimmig before put all the harvest in a open jar for finishing to dry. I collected all the leaves, fluffy buds and trimming scraps in a bag and i let them dry. I harvested the taller plant before the other two because she had matured earlier(with the OG Kush ladies). Later i put the bag in the freezer and when i collect and dried all the scraps from OG Kush and Dandoverde Haze i did some Ice-O-Lator hash. I used 250g of trimming stuff and i made 11.50 g of hash, I had use a set of 5 bag and i take the resin from the 160µ - 120µ - 73µ- 25µ bags. I pressed all the resin in a great block of tasty strong hash. Always better every time 😊💪 Total harvest ---> 126g only of dense buds and 11.50g of hash.

I saw @astroboy grow this strain and he did a wonderful job. I read about the hype surrounding the cultivar and its claim of upwards of 30% thc. Had to see for myself. Not sure who grew it better, but I do know that OSS Bruce Banner #3 is an amazing strain and I will grow it again

This wonderful ak 420 is developing very good, now she's been Transplanted ill start working on her lst to get a very beautiful ak420 bush. She's looking super healthy on her living soil by florganics and she's developing very fast. Let's see what happens.

And then you reach this stage and realize: "Actually... the best thing I can do is leave the damn plant alone." 😂💜 So that's what we're doing. We're observing. We're documenting. We're enjoying. The Future of Grow Black Series LEDs continue providing the main lighting. The two additional Black Series 600W fixtures remain part of the setup. After introducing the extra fixtures, we reduced the output to approximately 59% from the plug rather than simply running everything at maximum. That gives us approximately: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy with intensity naturally changing according to plant height and position. And Purple CousKush? She's receiving the same photons as everyone else. Same room. Same artificial sun. Same general environment. Different genetic response. And that's exactly what makes this experiment so fascinating. Last week was budtastic! Really starting to see a lot of bud sites starting to pack it on, except 1 of the 4 plants, the largest seems to be at least a week behind in development. These are early version seeds and are supposed to be a 45 day flower. I’m not seeing that in any of the 4 cases, I’m guessing we are gonna push at least 60 days on them. But the one that’s the biggest and behind a week may not have gotten the early flowering gene I’m guessing. Just a normal Delicious Candy maybe? hope not cause it’s getting cut down with the rest regardless to make way for new ones! lol can’t be messing up my rotation for 1 plant. I’ll use it for my rosin press maybe and see what it does. I tried hitting them with my light turned up full at 1000w for a few hours but they didn’t seem to like it, stared to see left tips curl up not to long after. I refreshed the reservoir with new water and lowered the Ec to about 1.0 as I want them to begin to start their flush, I think we will see what the tricombs look like at the end of the week. There are no signs of any amber yet but lots are cloudy, and I will probably be pulling them around 20% amber as I like the THC high more. anyways that’s it, Day 42 and all is good so far. Cheers! 💨

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Fall is coming... After finishing stretch last week, the introduction of Hy-Pro Epic Bloom really got the bud production going. Mimosa stem is covered in trichomes, Blueberry is showing beautiful colors and Jack Herer is bulking. Everything is going as planned so far. Not that much to do at this point. Following my Hy-Pro nutrient scheme makes it just super easy, to turn those plants into the most beautiful ones, i ever grew. Just like last week, i fed them the following: Hy-Pro Terra: 4,5ml/l (component nutrients) Hy-Pro Generator: 0.16ml/l Hy-Pro Cal-mag: 4ml/l Hy-Pro Epic Bloom: 0,5ml/l EC: 1,8 VPD: 1,40 PPFD: 930 µmol/m²/s Blueberry and Mimosa Evo are showing some very characteristic colouring. I am very happy, to see this. Can't wait to see them in full colouration. It really is a Joy, to watch them change colours so rapidly, you can see differences every day. Pure plant entertainment. I wasn’t expecting these to stretch as much as they did, but they seem to come to a halt and are now focusing on bud sites. The Diamond OG has larger tops with smaller popcorn sized coming up the stem and started to frost later than the Cherry Gum. The Cherry Gum has smaller tops with more buds up the whole stalk and started frosting up right after the switch to flower.

This week was all about letting her recover from the cloning. Sadly most clones I took did not made it. Just 2 survived my inexperience hands. The good news is that miss Daisy it's doing so well I may be able to give it another try before flipping to flower. I have no rush for this harvest so will probably give it a try. After the cloning and some extra pruning she recovered in no time. I counted the days again and came to the conclusion that I have 70 days full and harvested tonight. Enough brown and amber trichomes are also present. I'm excited to see how they taste and pop. They definitely look and smell very good. What's really funny: From the 2-3 week onwards, I turned both TS1000s up to 100% for 18 hours a day. I just wanted to find out my cap. I used around 100kW/h and €40 less in electricity costs. Compared to my last grow with Feminized and 10 weeks of flowering + Veggy. I wouldn't have expected that. Well... let it dry in peace first.
