Our little Do Si Dos has started to flower, the main lining has given it a very nice bonsai look, there are a good number of buds that are coming up. The plant is an exemplary with a very short internodal distance, the mini brunches were growing and becoming lignified quickly. It probably won't produce a lot of grass but it will be very beautiful to look at, full of resin and flower quality for sure. I deal with the image of cannabis and the eye also wants its part, what can I say. We are still using soil, feeding and all the recommended additives from Plagron 100% organic. We have moved on to the flowering start schedule that keeps the same Power Roots additives - Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant dear in my house for obvious reasons of Biscotti. Of course the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom. The Green Sensation when the flowers are already a bit swollen, do not start immediately. NCH x SB is starting to fade significantly and has stopped throwing out new pistils, trichomes are significantly cloudy and a few on the sugar leaves are beginning to turn amber. Debating whether I should pull her at full cloudy in a week or two or wait until I see more amber. Sour Kush is still fattening up and has a lot of white pistils yet to mature, trichomes are of course a mixture of clear/milky, no fade on this plant yet. Tangerine Dream is making great progress in flowering and bud sites have thickened up considerably, trimmed a majority of larfy bud sites on this plant since the discrepancy in the distance to the light was so large. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/29- Here we go into Week One of Flower! It's been a month since this pretty lady popped out of the ground and she's looking perfect with pistils popping out everywhere! Her 4g Gronest fabric pot was still heavy when lifted, and she looked happy, so I skipped watering today and will check on her tomorrow morning after the lights come on. Since being topped roughly a week ago, she has two new shoots that are emerging and she continues looking extremely healthy with excellent vigor and have a beautiful healthy green color! She's up to 9" =/- now and even though she's beginning to flower, she's continuing to stretch which I'm attributing to her having some Sativa dominate genetics in her....This girl has long legs! 12/31- Today was a 'dry day and all I did was refill the humidifier and some canopy maintenance, tucking shade leaves and gently bending branches. It's been a little over four weeks since she was planted in her amended medium and it's time to give the microbes a good feed so they can continue to provide her with all the macro and micro nutrients she needs so, yesterday she got a good watering with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with GreenGro's Veg, Flower, Green Aminos, Natures Brix and Granular Myco added to it @ 1.5 tsp/g and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 73℉. 01/02- Yesterday I watered her from the bottom with 0.5g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g of Earth Juice OilyCann cal-mag to prevent any Cal-Mag issues before they arrive. I also have the HLG 650R set 36" above canopy and it's set at 60% power which is being controlled by a Trolmaster HydroX controller. The tent environment is on point with temp's running 70 when the light's off and 74℉ with the light on. I'm keeping the RH at 55-60% right now but will drop it as flowering progresses. Finally, I've been keeping the VPD in the tent running 0.85 - 1.05 which I'm happy with! 01/04- She's been doing well getting watered every other day and yesterday she received 0.5g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t Soil Conditioner which was then ph'd to 6.3 @ 72℉. She's definitely a big girl and with her wide node spacing doesn't really require any defoliation, just some LST and watch her grow! She's maintaining great color, vigor and is progressing into flower nicely! Back again, growth is nice and quick even still after topping her. I wasn't going to train her initially but my green fingers couldn't stay away. I've started by topping her and some LST tying down a few branches and defoliating a few leaves. She bounced back well the last time. Im due to defoliate her again, so might do that today. Just to let some light through abit more. So far so good. Shes drinking as she should. EC and pH pretty stable, taking the nutrients she needs and some occasions just water being uptaken. Its been about 7 days since last water change, ideally id change it but plant not showing any reason to as thjngs are pretty optimal right now. Back with an update soon. Day 36 - Defoliation. Day 41 - bounced back, not a problem. E.c. not being pushed and at around 1.1.. pH 5.8 fluxing to 6.2. Nice clean healthy big roots.

Wow! Super fun strain to grow. Smells like stawberries and cream. For real. It is mindblowing. I hope fresh frozen live rosin will be fire when I'll make it in a week. Very sturdy plant, but not very resistant to high temperatures - some phenos tend to foxtail then. But apart from that it is one of the best I've ever grown - up to par with MAC1 👽 or Grandpa's Cookies 🍪 Top tier terpenes and resin production. I love it 😍 It is my personal record - 3064g (wet) from 3 plants from 4x4ft tent 😎💪 Should be ~800-900g of dry flower if I'd ever dry it (but 99% of it is ment for fresh frozen bubble hash and rosin pressing - flowers are already in deep freeze apart from small 10g sample I'm drying normally). Seeds are not cheap - you have to but 20, but I highly recommend this cultivar. Yield blown my mind. I hope it'll taste and wash as good as it smells 🙏

Wish the buds would have got a little bigger but feel like that’s particularly my fault for a short Veg but overall I am blow away by the outcome for all the seeds to just be random bag seeds! 2 of the plants are drying now 3rd one will be cut tomorrow & the other 2 got probably 2 more weeks! Will do a taste & smoke report and also give a weight as soon as they dry & cure a little bit but honestly couldn’t be happier with my first grow! Thanks for all the support & help along the way & happy growing friends!🤙🏼✌️🏼🌱 Update on 1st plant - dry weight 42g, still smelled pretty Earthy when I put it in the jar but the smell is definitely coming out now, extremely sticky & frosty buds❄️: 1:🏼🙏🏼 Update - plant 2 Dry weight was 40 grams! Extremely happy with the out come this is honestly some of the best bud I have ever smoked! Amazing to me this came from a random bag seed, it has a very citrusy flavor, smells & smokes amazing! Honestly a 10/10 in my book, wish I could knew what strain this was so I could grow it again!😫❄️✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 3 Dry weight 34g, smells & look phenomenal, the buds are much smaller & had the smallest yield so far but this is by far the best smelling so far! Will have a smoke update on this one soon, stay tuned friends & happy growing!✌️🏼🌱 Update - plant 5 dry weight was 52g it dried a little faster than plant 4 which I will probably jar tomorrow! Third week in bloom. Everything is going well. My only concern is that I have defoliated too much and my humidity is too high. Difficult to get it down when it's just raining outside. I'll see what happens... 19.12.2023 I've made some space and flanged my old 60x60x120cm tent on the right site and switched on another PC fan. I hope I haven't made a serious mistake. All fans repositioned. And everything is taped off so that no light comes in. That was too crowded. Next time 4 or 5 will be enough for me.

It's been a great week for the seedlings! They've really taken off and are looking strong. I'm planning to transplant them into larger pots in the next few days, so next week's photos should show some impressive growth. I'm so excited to see how they thrive in their new homes! I've been giving them distilled water from the start, and I'm still doing that, but I just started adding 10 milliliters of Fox Farm Big Bloom and 1 milliliter of Fox Farm Grow Big. All of the seedlings are doing really well, and there's not really any visible difference between all the ten strains. I started all ten packs of each strain and kept all the best seedlings, so that's why they're all doing so well.

Looks like I missed a week… It’s been horribly hot, and they only have access to the light outside. …In the heat. So I have been keeping them in filtered sun, sometimes shade or a brief moment in the sun. They soak up all the morning sun when it’s cooler at least. I’ve noticed what would most likely be a subtle potassium deficiency. The heat is bad. Not too hot, but unfortunately there were multiple occasions where they had more hot sun than necessary. I didn’t notice any signs of stress at the time, other than leaf tips and edges folding and pointing up a lil bit. But later in the evening I could see subtle discoloration. I’m pretty sure these young un-established plants are just running a little short on potassium. I’ve been giving them potassium as well. It’s just a matter of keeping them cool. Overall I’d say they haven’t gotten too hot! Just hot enough multiple times to put a higher demand on water and potassium than necessary, all while having slowed growth. I positive they are all still good and no one has been stunted. I hope! But yeah I think we are doing good. Just going slower than usual with the excessive heat. We are averaging a high of 90 Fahrenheit with some days getting 94! Also, they are growing slowly not only because of the heat, but the lack of direct light for the second half of the day. I’d rather grow slowly than risk stunting any. I’m feeling positive about this bunch. They are young and bursting with life!! ….slowly.
