GOOD MORNING VIETNAM😈💚 Week 6 Day 35: Pics from this noon. Mutants main cola is strecthing like crazy😁 like 30 cm in a week. Not as many white pistils as the other 2 girls. Tb; i topped the 2 other ones. I'm lil worried mutant cola will continue streching till it hits light😁 they continue drinking lots of nute water and no complaints yet😎 One love 💚 Day 37: no nute burn!! I was fully expectin bad nute burn when i fed them on 1600ppm😁 but they seemed to be ok with it ä, although i gave them ph water the next day (36). I might be dumb but seeing the girls are not showing any sings of slowing down or nute burning and all checks out, i gave 900ppm feeding. ( All cal w 0.5 ). Colas have starting to see first snow💚 Day 38: Morning fellow greenthumbs💚 Today i defoliated #3 mutant, did some lst aswell. Gave feeding of 1.9 ec ph 5.7. checked runoff and came as 6.3 and ec 1.9 (might be high from 1600ppm feed😂) no signs of lockout or burns👌👌snapped brach yesterday cos forgot not to train after watering🙁 but got it taped up really quickly and seems like it has maked a recovery😇 Day 39: Had quite busy day as i germinated 2 other strains so no pics. Gave girls ph water of 5.9, 1.8L per gal. No news, mutant is streching but 1 and 2 are full flower and fattening sites😎💚 Day 40: gave #3 and #1 feeding and ph 6.3. skipped plant 2 cos pot was heavy and had still lil bit of runoff. Amazing budsite and frostness development! Even the fan leaves are getting real frosty❄️😎 Day 43: All good , giving 5.9ph 900ppm feedings and check runoff. Beatiful snowy tops😍

7/29 (Day 42)- What a fun and exciting experience this has been so far. I’ve already learned so much and the ladies seem to be doing well. Handling all the defoliation and LST I have been doing and bouncing back in no time. The growing climate has been great and super steady the last week, I’m switching over to my bloom nutes Monday when I flush and clean. They are definitely stretching now and the back left plant seems loaded with bud sites. I’m going to do some research and watch more videos on using a trellis net, I have on ready to go but unsure if I’m going to attempt it or not. 7/30 (Day 43)- Did some more defoliation and leaf tucking today, just trying to keep the canopy open as much as possible, but its a never ending task. They are really starting to stretch though and the back right gal is a bit ahead of the others and its showing more and more. Tomorrow is flush day, and I'm going to be be switching to the bloom nutes. All environmental conditions have been steady at 78 degrees during day and around 71 at night and my humidity is around 60 and 55 RH for day and night. Water temp is 68 and ppm around 900 now. 7/31 (Day 44)- Changed out the water this morning and started the bloom nutrients. They drank all day and are up to drinking about 4 gallons a day. They are really starting to pack on the size as well. All conditions are staying very steady and no issues at this point, hoping to keep it that way from here on out. Fingers crossed. 8/1 (Day 45) - These gals just keep growing and growing. I did a bit of defoliating two days ago and it already looks like it needs it again. Im going to give them another day or so unless it looks like airflow and no light are able to get through, but I worry about constantly removing things. I will wait and see how things are looking tomorrow afternoon and decide then. Everything seems to be in check and running great. As always tips and recommendations are very much appreciated. Plants are filling out nicely. Thick crystal production and smells very sweet and fruity in the tent as soon as you crack the zipper. Can't wait to see if we get some fading.

Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. Man have these plants taken off. Man what a stretch. I've only seen sativa's grow this tall this fast. Some of these plants have 6 inches between leaf nodes. Wow. Got to get in here this week and do my final trim/prune. Paying attention to taking off the sucker branches, Opening up the middle for better air flow. And taking off some top fanleaves off for better light penetration. And putting another string around them to hold them together. They are getting tall. It's pretty damp around here, got all sorts of mushrooms growing out of the ground around here. Don't know what they are. And I'm not going to eat them. Took one, of the large brown ones to the mushroom club a few years ago and he said it's no good to eat. Won't kill you but you'll be sitting on the can for a while. It's been time for my 3 1/2 year cancer check up. Went to the ENT doctor yesterday. She couldn't find anything to be concerned about and I feel fine. Get another app. in 6 months. April. then not another for a year before they finally clear me to say cancer free. Still taking my RSO at 1/2 strength these days. .5 g a day. Feel Fine. 😃 Showed around my main grow room in the video. I'm not doing a diary on these plants but want to show you my best plants. Got some fungus gnats flying around. Was gnat free all summer, but they came in, in the fall. Got some nematodes from Amazon but the package seemed dry when I opened it. Don't know if any nematodes were still alive in the bags, but I mixed it up in water and applied it to the roots. So we'll see. Probably old stock. Been sitting 1/2 the summer in the warehouse heat. 😒 Got my seeds picked out for the next diary. (see pics) I've got room for, and I think I'll do 16 plants, to find the best/strongest one. I'm growing indicia's for my cancer, but I really love/miss sativa's. So I'm going to try this one. The description sound great. Up to 36% ( hope I get close) and tastes of pineapple and lemon. OK. Ginger Nut cookies & Aussie music video's 5th March 2020 Flowering Begins ....................................... My little creation is officially Flowering folks!! After stretching upwards about 30cm all tips are developing little Budlets. I started to see minor signs of Nitrogen deficiency from a coupleof bottom leaves that suddenly began to yellow. This is fairly normal as the plant would have needed as much (nitrogen) as it could get doing all that stretching. I needed to feed half strength grow nutes ( professors nutrients) @1ml/L three times during the last 7 days. Now that the stretch seems to have slowed right down I will start to add some Dr Greenthumbs Bud n Bloom mix ( aprox qtr of a cup). I'll also keep using LST to allow as much light to penetrate as possible. 👍 **** Now for the Weekly Australian Music Videos *** Last week I posted Links to songs from the Artist Paul Kelly , they were Sleep Australia Sleep and Dumb Things. Last two weeks have gone well. She is growing steadily and becoming a monster. I can't even imagine how big she is going to be by fall. I did some defoilation to allow more light to penetrate further in and I adjusted the lst ties to open her up some. Took a few clones from her that are doing well. Can't wait to get her stuck in the ground. She is going to be the biggest plant I have grown based on her current size. I know I am going to have to brace her branches when flower starts to be safe. I'm loving red poison, not only does it look great my god am I high. also on the upside it helped me with my pain enough for me to get more than 3-4 hrs of sleep in 3 months 😭

Set my lights to 55cm above the plants what is even going on in your grow though? that's what I want to know because i ended up running out of SWAMPMONSTER juice, not to worry , all is okay getting some just in time for flower.. what i love about this stuff is you can feed it, spray it, dilute it or not, it will never harm your plant in any way , you could pour out a 5000 dollar wine bottle of this stuff over your plants and they would thank you... i miss it already, still though like i said any amount of exposure will result in lasting benefits for example growth's vigor as you can see in the pics ! C99 is the one closest and to the right....

Great week this week :) been really fattening up and putting out a really sweet sugary smell. Really liking the purpling I’m getting in the one. Had one of my males accidentally pop too soon so might end up with a few seeds :p

Day 29: The girls are looking great. I upped the nutes yesterday, as I have been giving them barely any at all. Will up them once again on next feeding. Looking like tomorrow. The main branch that I snapped off did not make it. Lesson learned on that one. Day 30: Removed all other lights and added the HLG 550 V2 RSpec. Did some defoliation on the girls along with another feeding. Will do straight PH'd water next go. The girls are looking strong and healthy. 💪 Just on the small side. Still having to leave the tent wide open to subside temps and humidity. Day 31: Nothing new to report. Looking very short and stubby and healthy!! Day 32: Looking like they had some good stretching going on over the 3-day weekend. Will be needing fed tomorrow after work. May water a little less this time, as it is taking 2-3 days for them to dry out. Day 33: Great stretch and bloom on the girls today! They are looking super healthy and strong! 💪 No smell yet. Day 34: Girls are looking decent. Noticed some rusty looking splotches on the leaves. I'm thinking possibly Cal-Mag deficiency? Not sure. Day 35: Not looking too happy today. I let them dry completely and watered with only Cal-Mag. Hoping the patchiness clears up for them!

Day 72: The Finale 🌿🌟 It’s finally time. My very first grow is coming to an end—at least the cultivation phase. The plant is now ready for harvest, and I can’t believe how incredible this journey has been. I never expected to enjoy the whole process so much—from nurturing the plants to watching them grow and evolve. I’m absolutely hooked and can’t wait to dive into the next steps: harvesting, drying, curing, and of course, starting a new grow soon with fresh ideas and experiments! While it may not be the largest yield, the quality of the buds speaks for itself. The time, love, and care I’ve put into this grow is visible, and I’m pretty proud of the results. I’ll admit, I was a bit impatient at times (which I think every first-timer can relate to 😅), but the experience was priceless. Here are a few interesting highlights from my trimming and harvest process: 1️⃣ Dark Phase Before Harvest Two days before harvest, I put the plant in complete darkness to encourage resin production. I'm not sure if it really made a difference, but it was worth trying! 2️⃣ Wet Trim vs. Dry Trim I decided to go for a wet trim because the buds were really dense, and I wanted to avoid any risk of mold. I’ve read that wet trimming can speed up drying and may slightly impact the quality, but this is part of the learning experience. Next time, I’ll try a dry trim for comparison! 3️⃣ Yield Update Wet, the total came in at 179 grams from my plant. Trimming took around three hours, and it was actually a lot of fun, despite the time commitment. 4️⃣ Curing Plan The buds are now hanging in the tent for about 8 days. Once dried, they’ll go into jars with Boveda Packs (62% humidity) for another 3 weeks of curing. I'll update the smoke report once they’re fully cured, but I’ve already had a sample of the same strain from a friend, and I can say it’s pretty amazing. Final Thoughts on My Grow 🌱✨ As mentioned earlier, this grow has been an absolutely incredible experience, and it has definitely set me on a path to jump right into my next grow. There were ups and downs along the way, such as over-pruning, which I believe stressed the plants a bit. Additionally, I think they could have benefited from an extra week to mature. We also faced many temperature fluctuations this summer, which impacted the plants due to external weather conditions. I'm really pleased with the quality of the buds. The quantity is okay—I can’t fully gauge it yet—but I’m sure there’s more potential to unlock. I've gained valuable experience in what worked well and what didn’t. Overall, the countless lessons learned during this grow far outweigh the few mistakes made. I'm incredibly proud of my first results!
