Day 28 The plant is looking strong and healthy. Gave it a dose of compost tea earlier this week, and it responded well. I will rise the temps again this week as the SBC drying is done.

This week I made a couple of changes. 1st, I moved the time lapse camera to the other side of the tent and set it to take a pic every 10 mins instead of 5. Then on Monday, I started with the nutes and since now I had to mix them up, I decided to test an auto watering system using a fountain pump and a plant watering kit with hoses and tips that I got at a dollar store no less. Still a growing curve to get the right amounts, as you will see in the time lapse I had a little spill over in one pot. I will play with them more this week to fine tune the amount, then set it on timer and just keep filling the bucket and testing the ph. So far the girls are getting bigger and I ordered a net from Amazon to try the ScrOG method as they get bigger still to keep the height down and spread them out some more and eventually get a better yield at harvest time. I am also going to do a little topping this coming week. I also added an air bubble stone to the bucket to keep the nutes mixed up.

I switched the timer on 12/12, i will do not defoliation for 2-3 days and after i will do it, no too massive but i want have as much light i can in the second bloom week. Half week: I modified the layout of grow room, I putted the vertical net behind the tube to earn more space for plants. End week: I did the first of the last 3 defoliation . The plants has a lot of shoots, it hard to arrive to cut the 3 plants on the back, i decided to cut only the leaves and try to have more shoots possible

Dia 134 y semana 6 de floración,ultimo dia de vida de las plantas. Este año ha sido un poco raro las plantas han crecido como monstruos tuvieron un crecimiento espectacular un tallo muy grande y junto con sus ramas flexibles y muy resistentes. Pero al llegar el engorde de floración no se porque les falto el empujon final para hinchar el cogollo, tiene muy buena pinta , mucha resina y muy fuerte buen olor pero me esperaba mas en la fase final. Cortamos ya que tambien habian orugas y no terminaba de eliminarlas por completo, la semana que viene era entera de lluvias así que decidi cortar un poco mas temprano para poder prevenir cualquier mal mayor, hay mucha gente que le gusta cortar antes de tiempo ya que el efecto es muy diferente, este año probaremos que tal.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 93°F with sunny clear skies. I watered 4-5 gallons each pot twice, from the well. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 95°F with clear sunny skies. It was super hot today. I watered each pot 4-5 gallons twice. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 95°F. It felt like 97°F. We had super clear sunny skies. The girls are loving the sunshine and slightly less humidity. I watered twice @4-5 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 90°F with super clear sunny skies. The temperature was more comfortable at 90° today because we had less humidity. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot from the well. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 81°F with partly cloudy skies. The girls are still thirsty. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. These girls roots have tapped through these pots and into the soil. Unless it's just super hot watering once is enough. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 83° with clear sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons once per pot. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79°F with clear sunny skies. I watered once 4-5 gallons of well water per pot. The girls are thirsty but the heat isn't sucking the water out of the pots. The girls are in full vegative phase 2 and continue to gain height. This week was a great success. The girls really stretched. The middle height plant is at 100 inches. I'm on my ladder on my tip toes and I can't reach the very top with the tape. The tallest plant looks about 12" taller. The weather was very pleasant. We had a few hot days but mostly cool fall type weather. The defoliation and treatment of powdery mildew with Growers Ally fungicide ended that problem. These plants do have a high level of resistance but not immunity. I'll continue to treat once a week. Most growers don't talk about their fungal pathogens or treatment of them. Outdoors, if your plants aren't immune (many fastbuds I've grown from seed have been) then this is an issue you'll deal with if you have cool humid nights. There are many treatments and preventatives and some are scarey. My grows are all organic and I carefully chose Growers Ally fungicide as I smoke these plants and don't want anything scarey in(systemic) or on them. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my grow.

Hey Friends, end of week 8 from seed :) Many new things have occurred this week Plant 1 is beginning to mature, its not growing in height as much as before but now its getting thicker and looking stronger. I am slowing increasing the amount of nutrition, I don't want to burn them at this stage. I noticed some of the leaf stems were turning red, so I decreased the light and its turning back to green. Did some defoliation this week to give more room to the smaller leaves. Plant was getting taller and was too close to the grow Light so I installed some netting inside the tent and it helped control the height for now, if it gets taller ill purchase a bigger grow tent 😩 Looking forward in seeing some bud formation in week 9, will keep you guys posted. Shes actually already pre flowering the bud sites are already purple so I'm super excited to see how dark this one gets. I've seen this variety almost turn black it's so dark purple. Week 6 | Forbidden Runtz Auto She’s moving fast. Up to 61cm this week — another strong push in height with branching filling out well across the whole canopy. Structure looks solid, internodal spacing is tight, and the foliage is a deep healthy green throughout. No complaints from this one. Conditions unchanged: 17h natural light, 1L per plant per 24h, pH 6.2, EC 1.2 mS/cm. Day temps still hitting 28°C, nights at 18°C, humidity at 60%. SUMMARY: Still on Mid Bloom strength nutes this week (+ 1 tablespoon of molasses per 5L). Irrigating once every 24hrs as always with her taking in about 2.2L average per day and always aiming for 20-30% runoff. Whilst she has many tops, they're very skinny and I'm not sure they are going to fill out to be honest. DAY 58 ------ Friday 19th February 18:30 I found the tent at 28% RH. No idea how that's occurred but I did notice it was hotter then usual this morning. I turned the dehumidifier of for a couple of hours and it jumped back up to 61% and so I will just set it to 55% RH. I fed Jesus 2.2L of early bloom nutes which produced 195ml runoff (9%). Will up this back to 3L tomorrow. I adjusted a couple of ties to expose more bud sites. [24°C/52%] DAY 59 ------ Saturday 20th February 11:30 The tent temp has been sat at around 23°C overnight somehow. The dehumidifier keeping the humidity around 45-50% seems to also keep the temps between 23-27°C. Saturday 20th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 3L of mid bloom nutes which produced 1050ml runoff (34%). Looks like i have a humidity problem and so ive reluctantly removed some more leaves from Jesus as she is bushy again after a week or perhaps I didnt defol enough. If I have the dehumidifier off the humidity is in the low 60s but if I lower it to like 45-50% then the temps stays too high between 24°C-33°C. [22°C/64%] DAY 60 ------ Sunday 21st February 11:30 I made 5L of early bloom nutes at a pH of 5.8 and 5L of mid bloom nutes at a pH of 5.6, both made with tap water. Sunday 21st February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.5L of mid bloom nutes which produced 825ml runoff (33%). [22°C/49%] DAY 61 ------ Monday 22nd February 11:45 I made 5L of mid bloom nutes with rain water at a pH of 5.9. I am adding half a tablespoon of molasses to every 5L now by adding just enough boiling water to liquify the molasses and then pour it into the feed. Monday 22nd February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.5L of mid bloom nutes with molasses which produced 710ml runoff (28%). [22°C/55%] DAY 62 ------ Tuesday 23rd February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.3L of mid bloom nutes which produced 640ml runoff (28%). With the dehumidifier set to 50% RH it seems to keep it at around 50% RH though the temps between 25-30°C. If I turn the dehumidifier off the RH climbs to 60-64%. Removing more leaves will lower the humidity and I do pluck the odd one every day that is blocking light (I rotate the plants daily 25° per day to ensure all sides get a fair share of light). [25°C/50%] DAY 63 ------ Wednesday 24th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2120ml of mid bloom nutes with molasses which produced 200ml runoff (10%). The temps have risen to 30°C due to the dehumidifier. It is currently set to 50% RH which keeps the temps around 28-30°C and the RH at around 38-40%. I have increased the setting to 65% to see if that helps lower the temp and increase the RH up to 45-50%. [30°C/40%] DAY 64 -------- Thursday 25th February 11:30 I made 10L of mid bloom nutes with rainwater and molasses (level tablespoon per 5L). 5L at a pH of 5.9 and 5L at a pH of 5.8 Thursday 25th February 18:30 I fed Jesus 2.4L of mid bloom nutes which produced 700ml runoff (29%). 25-2: Throughout the week, I'm observing two phenomena simultaneously: a portion of the upper leaves turning a lighter green and/or appearing to have a yellowish hue. One plant has curled leaves at the top of the plant but limited to one layer of leaves. The tips are yellowed with dark spots. Due to rapid growth, the plant flew too close to the sun and burned its wings, was my assessment. In other words, light burn. The leaves becoming lighter are located in several layers from the top to halfway down the plant. I suspect there is a deficiency and perform a slurry test. The EC is low at 0.24 and the pH is good at 6.3. The soil is still too wet to feed, which presents a dilemma: feed with the risk of wet feet or wait a bit longer with the risk that the deficiencies become more severe? To mitigate this, I gave foliar feeding (Terra Bloom 0.5 ml per liter) by spraying the leaves without really wetting them. I did this just after the lights were out. A day later, I first flushed the plants with a few liters of water pH 6.4 and then gave them nutrients with EC 1.3 and pH 6.4: Terra Bloom (+/- 4 ml per liter), Sugar Royal (1 ml per liter), and a tiny bit of Great White and orthosilicic acid. And hung the lights back at 30 cm. It seems to be working because I see the color coming back slightly and the yellowing has at least stopped. Furthermore, I'm keeping the day and night temperature a bit higher at about 25 degrees Celsius during the day and around 21 at night. This is to limit the humidity at night and during the day to increase the VPD to about 1.45. At the end of the week I see the end of the stretch and standing 87 cm tall at average.
