Welcome to the Week 10 update for the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Auto’s. Not much to report as this grow is on cruise control until harvest. I will be finishing up with the bloom fertilizer and starting to flush as these lovely ladies finish out Week 10 and move into Week 11. Defoliating as necessary and consistently checking trichomes as I’ve already spotted the first few ambers in and among the already cloudy trichs! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my grow! 😎

So I topped the girls again and moved them outside to the natural sun for the rest of the season.They are thriving and enjoying Mother Nature as intended for these girls.

Two phenotypes - one purple and one white/green. The purple was very difficult to train and resulted in a couple inadvertent breaks - luckily it was repairable. The other trained very well, very flexible and worked very good for SCROG. Both produced heavily and are beautiful. The purple tends to be much more fluffy, with very long pistil hairs - the longest of any grow I have done. The white was super dense, very crystally and sticky. It will be very interesting to see how they smoke. Also, the purple tended to do very well with some nute mistakes I made as well as fluctuating pH in my water feeding. The white did not do as well in this regard but was able to get to harvest fine. Wet bud weight is prior to trimming. The buds off of these plants were HUGE!!!! Plant #1: (Purple): Wet weight - 76.58oz prior to trim; 15 colas; Terps: White - 60%, Clear - 20%, Amber - 20% Plant #2: (White): Wet weight - 71.65oz prior to trim; 16 colas; Terps: White - 70%, Clear - 30%, After 3 days of drying, took them down to trim for my jars. After a few hours filled mostly quart jars 3/4 full but also tried an Infinity jar and a gallon mason jar to minimize the number of smaller jars. Dry weights into jars: Plant #1: 14.79 oz Plant #2: 11.76oz I did pull them after a day to dry rack them for 12 hours due to a little bit higher moisture content then I would have liked ( 70%rH). Re-jarred on 6/1/23 and now holding steady at around 60% rH. Cure Check In (Week 2): 6/10 - 6/12/23: rH ~ 63 - 66%. Daily air exposure & fanning. Very smelly. Looking good - another couple weeks and will be ready.

Started the girls with some LST to see how they all coped and they bounced back well.

Maybe it's this pheno, maybe in this phase SK # 1 is more committed to widening the roots but it is growing very slowly. I will let her grow as she wants without forcing.

More mistakes made (I'm so worried I'm killing them), but trying to tone everything down to recover. I'm staying with 25% of nutes for now Smell has increased. My whole basement has a very green "Plant" smell. It's less earthy now and more green. First floor only smells on occasion... No carbon filter used yet... Day 50 July 16 raised lights (saw a lot of light burn) and reduced power to 75%. fed 800ml water each (saw a bit of nutrient burn, slowing it down a bit) Day 52 July 18 #2 1100ml to each 2.5ml calmag, 2.5ml micro, 1.25ml gro, 3.75ml per gallon. pH meter issues 1L fed to each Day 54 July 20 fed each 1l of water Day 55 July 21 nut made 2.5ml calmag, 2.5ml micro, 1.25ml gro, 3.75ml bloom 6.36ph ppm 490 fed 1L each

Transplanted into the 3 gallon medical buckets from thebucketcompany. Everything still going smoothly. Plants are happy under the gavita at 40% power and 50 inches above the top of the plants.

Harvest Day 100 Strong Tropical Aroma

Blueberry Headband OJ Cheese Update Dec 29 Day 50 Flower Have noticed an immediate response from the plants after the leaching and light raising. 24” seems to be the magic number. Work up from 30-40% strength at seedling and gradually move up to 75% at the end of veg. By the third to last week of flowering should be at 100%. Have fed the Girls nutes Weds. Cheese got no N as it’s supposedly within three weeks of harvest. Next week will leach heavily and feed only water. The rest of the Girls got the full treatment. NPK and CalMag. This is three days after leaching. Tried leaving the exit fan on so the humidity wouldn’t climb too high during the evening. Turned the heater off as well so it wouldn’t be running constantly as the air was being sucked out anyway. The temp reached 59°F. A tad too cold. The next evening, even though the RH was still high, I left the fan off. Thought the heater was re-plugged in but no. Temp only went down as far as 62°F. Still too low but better. The third night everything was plugged in normally and 65° was the nighttime low. Acceptable. Going to keep the nighttime temp there for the remainder of the grow. Colors should appear. Blueberry Headband is doing well. #1 is sprouting new calyxes from the ground up and the flowers are turning a dark purple. It seems way ahead of #2 which seems to be behind them all. New calyx growth there as well but the buds are much smaller with virtually no red hairs while #1 looks like it’s almost ready to harvest if you were judging by the hairs. The aroma is intoxicating! The Orange Juice is leaping ahead! Looks like it’s getting ready to harvest as well but there has been an explosion of new calyxes and swelling hasn’t started on any of the babes yet. The Cheese may be starting. So, about three weeks for Cheese and 5 weeks for the rest. By my guesstimation, these should’ve been vegged for another two weeks at least. That would be eight weeks! Big learning curve this week as I metered my well water which I’ve been relying on more and more as bottled is expensive. Neither I nor my dog drink it. TDS is over 700 PPM. Almost double the safe consumption level of 400 PPM. Have leached the plants once more extensively using RO water with a final .5Gal of PHed water with SuperThrive. Had a bit of nutrient burn nightmare this week haha. i gave a bit more nutes than necessary at a higher strength than normal as they were going into flowering... Bad mistake, i added too much Nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and calcium. i was definitely too stoned as i know better than to change stuff too quickly - yellowing leaves, brown burnt crispy patches. flushed to try and fix it. il have to be very careful feeding for the next week. Other than that minor issue shes 60cm tall/24inches - 60-80cm is how tall it is supposed to grow according to the website so im fairly on track for my medicine with only a minor setback. Although this is the highest THC plant i have growing right now it is the smallest. not by much. there is a weak smell coming from the plant now, quite similar to the skunk # 1 auto i grew for my first diary only instead of pine it smell pretty fruity. Everything is going well so happy growing until i update next week folks!

Week 7 Flower - Notice that the tops of some of the Tops are pretty hard. Think they got a bit cooked by the LED... Hifi 4G & Blueberry Pics are missing from this week...I thought I had taken some footage, but seems that I got distracted. Work has been nuts so not surprising that I gapped on that. Hifi 4G is needed more support. Looks like a blue ribbon chaos around it. Blueberry looks fantastic.

Vamos que os explico un poco critical es una variedad indica con una floración rápida, sus flores son compactas , y bastante resinosas, tiene aromas fuertes. El ambiente en el secado estuvo en 23 grados de media y 40% de humedad se pasaron rápido al bote de cristal, 7 días en concreto.
