This is week five of vegetative growth and the last week before I switch them to Flowering stage. So far the ABLE Grow Chamber is working as well as I could hope. I am growing three different types of Cannabis - Sapphire OG, GSC and one with unknown strain. The GSC was light burned early on and was very damaged but she pulled thru enough that I can make a clone or two from her. It wakes me happy knowing that the chamber can bring back a sick plant with minimal intervention from me. I have been training Daphni (name for the Sapphire OG) for a Sea of Green method and she is getting really good light penetration. For my Hydroponics I am using a Rain Forest 66 reservoir and it has worked well also. On 9-7-18 I made clones from Daphni in preparation for flowering in about 3 to 5 days.

Esta semana aplique la tecnica lst. Hubiera preferido hacerlo antes pero estaba esperando por que antes queria trasplantarlas. Pero no he podido comprar macetas, ni el medio de cultivo. Entonces decidi hacerlo en las macetas actuales para comenzar a guiar la planta, ya que va creciendo muy rapido. Junto con la tecnica lst tambien hice defoliacion a todas las plantas. Comence a regar con fertilizante en polvo Green House para la etapa de vegetacion. Uso 0.5g / 1L . Ocupo unos 2L para regar cada planta.

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. It's always a good thing when there is nothing really to report. It's been smooth sailing this week! They are growing so fast and healthy!!! The light is still only at 660w of the 880w available. I can't wait to see some flowers start forming!! Should be this week. My previous tent record is 782g I believe and I would like to shatter that this harvest with this new light!!

She looks very super big and beautiful for her 3rd week since planted, let's see how she keeps developing, looks super happy.

Day 43 and things are progressing well but I still have some time to make up if I'm going to stick to this year's planning and need to get this run done asap, I pulled the girls out and gave them a eco neem shower for preventative measures and I will flip them to flower by days end, hopefully they show no signs of nutrient deficiency I've encountered during flower while using up the old mega crop formula, I'm guessing it's a mag deficiency as Epsom salts seem to keep it in check. Any advice on this would be great. Stay safe and happy growing.

Everything went good again this week, girls Finally stopped stretching I think! Lol I pulled back all the shouts that ran for the light, now they are either pulled back enough to the side or tied down some to make it more even in the middle for the light and to keep the taller branches from burning as I cant go any higher with my light. These girls really exploded in size compared to my test Banana Bomb I started flowering 2 weeks earlier in a small tent under 2x180w LED lights to see how she stretched to judge for this big tent. Led kept her tight and small, these girls are 4 feet tall in some places! Getting some good bud site development though all over the place. Seems we have 3 of the same phenotype that are tall lanky and 1 different phenotype that is staying short and compact under exact same conditions. I also did a complete water change this week and we are keeping the EC around 1.3 as they are showing a bit of excess nutrients I believe, gonna keep her on the lower side to be safe and wait for her to tell me when she hungry for more. All and all it was a good week, no major problems and buds are starting to ramp up there size and development. That’s it till next week. Cheers! 💨

Starting my flush this week using 10ml of Clearex per Gallon of water flushed down to 450EC or 225ppm, going to now continue watering with ph'd balanced water when dry with about 10-20% runoff. Going to keep an eye on the trichomes but I'm thinking I'm gonna harvest early to mid of next week. I'm going to try and bring out even more of the colors in the flowers this last week or two and I'm going to start watering with ice cold water not sure if it'll help or not but I'm gonna give it a shot. End of Week 13/Week 8 of Flower it went well the plants are flushed and are fading, going to chop in a few days.

Day 92 Trichomes still don’t seem ready :( Flushed for 9 days thinking she would be done , sort of slowed up and bit airy with some white pistils , is in need of nutes now .. showed signs of deficiencies I resorted to giving her a pk boost for a week to help bulk and frost up . will asses again in another week and commence another flush . Not too far away now

For this week, since its second week of bloom, will give it a P boost to the 1st gen mother to make sure she knows it's time to switch gears and flower. So taking out Flora Bloom and added dry Koolbloom which is 1-42-22 450PPM and also added 100 PPM of Flora Grow and 100 of CaMg for my main macro/supplement. Will be doing silica every other week and Hydro guard every week (since I found brown slime) Will resume with Flora Bloom next week. Been only doing Hydro for cloning and vegging so its my first time encountering brown Slime. Anyone know how I can get rid of it? What I know... - Need to lower PH to closer to 5-5.5 from 6.0 - Added Hydro Guard to fight slim - Minimize Air Stone duration - Been having it on pretty long because I have one large pump and I use it to brew Compost tea for my organic grow. - Need to minimize light penetration to resi - I have a perforated plastic cover laying around the house and I have been using that to cover the resi and sometime I even forget to put it on. Anything else? I run totally chemical nutes from GH Flora Series. And I have been sharing the PH and PPM meter with my organic nuets which I brew for 36 hours before use. Maybe some of that got contaminated thru that? Cause I have been using the same bucket system (without res) to raise my mothers for almost 7 months already and never encounter any slim before. I think I finally understand what tops are LOL: So please correct me if I am wrong... What I understand: - All tops large or small will "stretch" at the first weeks of flowering - Most of the "stretch" only occurs at the tops - The "stretch" will determine the length of that bud - The "stretch" should be as high as possible BUT with short distances between the NEW internodes that develop during that period. for a large and dense bud. - Don't get confused with stretch that cannabis experience under low light. Looks like the 3 of the 4 strains are very hungry and showing signs of yellow from what i can see inn pictures my maid sends me. Good news is im back in the game in under a week and bringing home some awesome new LED lights and New nutrients for the ladies.

Aug 29th - week 8 for Machupi’s Lady - week 6 for Russian Tzar Bomba - week 5 for LSD - week 4 for the rest (as mentioned, I prepped all plants a few days early for Flower; amendments n meals, week 4 is legit - sending a bug photo (above) to the question people - Plants fed nutrients as above; PurpsBerry fed OVERDRIVE instead of Rezin Sept 4th - last day of week 4 flower for most of the Plants. Except for Machupi’s Lady, LSD, Russian Tzar Bomba they are a few weeks ahead of schedule. - machupi gets inspected this aft, it might be time… - amending the soil of these remaining plants today - both Congo #3 x Bangi Haze and the Russian Tzar Bomba get a visit tomorrow. Some DeFol, some Food, (they were soil amended earlier this week) and some definite love and scrutiny are in store. It’ll end up on next weeks report, but thats whats scheduled. - Russian Tzar Bomba is down to the final few… She gets spoiled tomo !!!

Great veg week. Its an increased nutrient week. Only issue was slightly high ph in soil, so I added a little more vinegar to my water. On previous grows, I would do my LST tie downs on approx day 31-33, but growth was really good, and over 10" on 7 of 9 plants, so tied down early on those 7, on day 28. Great color and stalk girth so far.
