Perfect conditions this week led to some great bud development. The larger of the two I left alone but the other I cleaned up the bottom.

So I switched to Athena nutrition 48 hours ago. As you can see the plant was not liking the Xpert Nutrients solution mix. I honestly don't think the mixture was strong enough. Regardless I had to switch to save the plants. I will try the Xpert Nutrients again on another grow. She did start showing more life since the switch. Hopefully she bounces back fast. Evening fellow growers. Hope all is well and you’re all doing great! This has got to be one of the hardest grows i have done. I always knew starting this early in the year was going to be hard and it’s proving that way. And again a massive shout to James and the team at RQS for supporting me and supplying me with the seeds. 🙌 Here we are week 6 the start of the second week of flower. These ladies are moving along alright (I think) although the cold weather is back and has not been to kind over the last couple days. They are still stretching out which is good, just signs of cold which isn’t the best. The bud sites are forming slowly and the structure of these plants looks good. Let’s see what this week brings. ✌️ Day 37, watered 500mil with some nutrients. Held of on them for the last week so just adding them in slowly. Hoping they pick up a little. Took a few fan leafs off that are covering bud sites but other than that just leaving them to it. No pics as it’s very cold and don’t want them out the tent too long. ✌️ Day 38, warmer today and these girls seem to be ok. Nothing done just a couple photos and a video. ✌️ Day 39, watered tonight with 500mil and a little feed. ✌️

8 week We have 12 strong plants and one skinny one. They start drinking more then 1.5 l with one application of water. Smells really sweetly and fruity. I really love it!

Day 1. She is out !!!! Let's all stupidity start NOW ;))) Still have no pH up down, just boiled water, 7.4 pH ;))))) So , because life is so unfair, I decided to cheat from time to time, think all evenings she will spent under 12W table light ... Simple Lux meter app shows 1000 lux during day ;)))) under table light I get 8000-10000 reading ;))) easy cheat, no regrets !!! ;)))) Evening. Girl is getting green colour, but slowly, still worried about pH... let's see ... Day 2. Gave 0.5g of BioSys from Ecothrive and 7 ml of 6.3 ph water Day 3. At 18 pm lost all electrics at home, she spent 22 hours without light, +11 at night, +16 during day .... Day 4. Mycelium is here !!! She looks nice ! Day 6. 20ml of 6.3 ph . Looks nice, just lanky, bought fan too ;))) Damn math getting higher... 3 seeds + 11£ for ph+-, 3.50£ for BioSys, now 12 for fan ... Plus couple pennies for nutes. Electrics at home included into rent, so light and fan run for free, hope she wont stink a lot ;)))) Happy Growing !!!

Heute ist Tag 28 und den Pflanzen geht es prima. Die MAC#1 hat zur Mimosa etwas aufgeholt und die Tropicana Cookies geht voll aus dem Rohr. Sie scheint schon deutlich weiter in der Entwicklung zu sein und ich bin gespannt, ob sie groß oder schnell fertig wird. Vielleicht ja sogar beides 😅 -------------- An Tag 32 musste ich entlauben, da ich die Triebe nicht einmal mehr von Hand an den Blättern vorbei bekommen habe, ohne etwas zu beschädigen. Dieses mal habe ich mich dazu entschieden, einmal recht radikal zu entlauben, anstatt wie bisher jeden Tag ein bisschen. Ich möchte mir dadurch Zeit und Arbeit sparen und hoffe, dass sie das gut verkraften. Bei der Mimosa bin ich mir da nicht so sicher, da die unter ihrem Blätterpanzer ziemlich klein geblieben ist. Die Äste sind aber sehr dick, also wird sie vermutlich jetzt 2 Tage schmollen und dann nochmal loslegen, hoffe ich jedenfalls 😅

Good week, soft transplanted just done. From 4.5 inch pots to 5 gallon pots. So far so good. I've had some great results with FastBuds genetics on previous grows, hopefully all goes well

Hi, thank your for visiting my diary, more info on my setup, soil and situation in: Germination... So been doin the whole Sherlock thing with the magnifier and nope.... no trichomes amber yet.... My magnifier is just not strong enough and apparently my eyesight is bollocks or my arms are too short... On the images ( I also have onset parkinsons as it seems, thus I used a tripod and low and behold: a stillshot) the trichomes are visible. Now I have the problem that I have to go for a week in a week. Im not leaving all on (mainly no control over smell and some distrust in my own handywork compiling these lights) when Im gone. So these ladies have to hurry up now. The other problem is the cure... I have no way to monitor temps and RH when Im away so Im gonna have to find a sitter for my babies or just cut them preprime or they magically make amber overnight.... I hoped, since they were racing to the finish, that I would be in time.... So maybe we pack an extra tent for our vacation... My growtent... I have been flushing for two weeks, still the leaves and plants are vigorous and lively. Some yellowing pointy bits but too minimal.... Temsp outdoor have been higher but stable, temps in the tent never over 26.8 degrees. Humidity has been dropping last days which I hoped for. Anyone any experience with building a climate chamber for curing? Or any on the market that will do? Please check my Zambeza 3 seed give away by guessing my final result! As an update: I took some tiny larf of a couple of days ago and totally forgot about it. Today out of weed, I found the dried remains in the jar I put it in and left it. No temp, no cue, no rh anything. So I get it out of the jar to find it smelling like weed, not even hay or grass but pungeant stinky weed. I start to crumble and find it is sticky, solid, and crumbles to nice bits that crumble even further. I light up and an amazing sweet and citrussy smell comes free, it is superstrong, although still more high obviously, and supertasty, without any cure. This promises even more for the rest of the bunch. This was some underside sad yellowish larf,not any density to it but smoked ten times better than my local, round the corner dispensary weed that I smoked later that day. Even Sunshine (my partner) was amazed with difference in smell. Update 24th july: I finally saw ambers yesterday and the fact me running out of time, made me decide to start the 48 hours of darkness. Tomorrow she/they will be cut down for drying and curing. I have a humidifier and can manage temps to be a bit colder to prolong first dry as long as possible. Coming friday I have to decide what to do: keep them hanging for a full week, whilst Im gone. Or start the jarcure if drying (since its very hot and dry here lately, this might be the case) is faster. I would have loved to give these ladies another week maybe two... They were still so healthy. But I cant control anything when Im not here and this could potentially destroy my harvest or get very smelly, this leaves me no choice for now... The trichs are now at +/- 15% to 20% rest is all milky with just some single clears on less developped lower buds... I allread know she is nice tasting and potent enough. As soon as we are at the final weight I will post the harvest and we choose the winner! Another update: closer inspection revealed that the plants a/ had still lot of underside larf and b/ lots of clear trichomes. As we are near the finish I rather give them another week of light. So Ive bent all the big buds downwards to protect them from the light. I might not be able to correct the cure, but its a shame not give them another week if I can. Some will be horrified with the damage but my reasoning is simple, the big buds are done or almost, the larf still can develop into bigger buds so a late harvest supercrop and lowered the lights to 35 cm for the final push. In the harvest video we will show you the way we made the comfrey tea and where I keep it, our permagarden, introduce myself and maybe even Sunshine, the light of my life, introduces herself. Ha sido una excelente semana, en la cual podemos distinguir que las flores han crecido bastante, además se han fortalecido sus propiedades organilepticas perfeccionando un aroma a "Horneado" además de una nota bien marcada a menta con suaves pinceladas a Chocolate, el cual me hace recordar las galletas que se hacen para celebrar la navidad! Esperemos que las flores crezcan aun mas!
