Absolutely love the colours. Deep purples all over - gorgeous! The aroma is outstandingly strong; minty, sweet and refreshing. Grew very easily. A very strong pheno/strain. Has brought a lot of joy! VERY UNIQUE.

Only water filled up again. 💦 Due to the rather humid living soul substrates, a few fungus gnats have appeared, which I will fight next week with SF nematodes.

I will run Top Booster for 1 week then switch to Top Shooter for the remainder of flower. I wasn't expecting the extra 10" this past week. The only thing that is keeping up with Acid Dough (out of 4 other varieties in the scrog) is the pure sativa I put in the back corner! Acid Dough is a monster, even though the other 4 varieties were started 3.5w before the Acid Doughs they cover 6.5 sqft of the 16 sqft of the scrog. Oh btw the acid dough are 3/10 plants in the Scrog. 8/16 added a second trellis for support. And some more Acid Dough bud shots. 8/18 💥 the Acid Dough's directly under the light are sprouting Trichs (small yet). They are up to drinking about 4gal a day water and eating nutes even faster.

Blütewoche ist so gut wie vorbei, die Blüten fangen an sich von Tag zu Tag weiterzuentwickeln und mittlerweile erkennt man eine wirklich klassische Kush Struktur der Blüten, die eher länglich wachsen und weniger golfballartig . Die Blüten sind förmlich von Trichomen überzogen und es scheint sich ein, leicht süßliches Profil mit dominanter Kiefernnote als Geruchsprofil durchzustehen. Zum Glück ist es aber nicht mehr der Geruch an eingelegten Gewürzgurken sondern etwas erfrischend waldiges. Auch erinnert mich das Terpenprofil etwas an eine Gorilla Zkittlez. Ich überlege am nächsten Wochenende die Pflanze nochmal leicht zu entlauben, da nach der letzten Blütewoche doch noch viele neue Blätter die Lichtdurchdringung und die Luftzirkulation eindämmen. Ob ich das aber wirklich mache weiß ich selber noch nicht, da alles was mir zu luftig wird so oder so eingefroren wird. Dank der geringeren Hitze gibt es mittlerweile auch keine Temperaturprobleme mehr und mit circa 25-26 °C bin ich sehr zufrieden, die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit könnte etwas niedriger ein, das lässt sich ohne weitere Technik bei diesem Run aber nicht wirklich beeinflussen. Hey, The sixth week of flowering is almost over; the buds are continuing to develop day by day, and by now you can see a truly classic Kush bud structure and they’re growing more elongated rather than golf-ball-shaped. The buds are literally covered in trichomes, and a slightly sweet aroma with a dominant pine note seems to be emerging. Fortunately, though, it no longer smells like pickled gherkins but rather has a refreshing, woodsy scent. The terpene profile also reminds me a bit of Gorilla Zkittlez. I’m thinking of lightly pruning the plant again next weekend, since many new leaves have sprouted since the last week of flowering and are still blocking light penetration and air circulation. But I’m not sure yet if I’ll actually do that, since anything that gets too airy will be frozen anyway. Thanks to the lower heat, there are no longer any temperature issues, and I’m very happy with around 25–26 °C, the relative humidity could be a bit lower, but that can’t really be controlled without additional equipment during this grow cycle.

An Tag 10 (nach Keimung) gegossen (1,3L, meist drain von ca. 200 bis 300 ml) und Gewicht notiert. Gesättigter 5l stoffpot wiegt bei mir ca. 2.7-2,8kg. Das Schwierigste ist,dass alles gut läuft und sie mich nicht brauchen. Schaue trotzdem täglich einfach so für 10 min meine Mädels an 😍. Habe 2 weitere e27 2700k 13w 1521 lm hinzugefügt. Weniger wegen des Lichtes,sondern um die Temperatur noch etwas höher zu bekommen. Klappt bisher gut ,sodass auf stofftopf Ebene jetzt auch ca. 25 grad herrechen. Immernoch bei 300-400 ppfd laut photone. Edit Day 15: Weitere 2x 20W 4000K 2500 lm hinzugefügt. Insgesamt jetzt 182 W, ca. 28-29 °C max temps. Heute gegossen - waren bei 60% des gesättigten Gewichts.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Week 13 started Sunday June 19, 2022 PPFD is around 900-1000 umol/s/m2 and from 16" to 13" inches away (two massive colas on right side) its over 1200 at 13" so I am worried about bnding those down daily She's fully back from her flowering transition and now putting energy into the colas. She has greened up, cal mag FTW. I have been running a diluted combo of Mad Farmer MOAB, don't ask, I just do it by gut feel and I read the label EVERY time I apply this. Running a little of Tiger Bloom in there, super weak amount. Hygrozyme now that the res has been up and clear for over a week holding Ph well, and no drama. AutoPot is performing better than I had hoped given the lack of parts, now fixed thanks to AutoPot support. Great team over there BTW. The valve is pulling water in just when the roots have been "exposed" for a short while (this is inside the pot so obviously blacked out). IOW there is a pocket with air stones that I run 24/7 so the soggy soil is continuously aerated. It pulls in my solution that is about 6.5 Ph as of this AM (Recall WW likes it a little higher). Now that I have her in flowering mode, she is wanting more heat and light so I lowered the lights and adjusted the fan to get humidity down I am ONLY running the COB LED right now because she is performing well enough and environment is pretty good Lots of airflow and she is healthy. Routine 🐛🐝🐜🐞, easily killed in one organic treatment of Crop Control and another from Dr. Earth. Fungus gnats, and a couple of other unidentified bugs Temps are pretty stable and my CO2 is high, sometimes over 1100 naturally. I do have a new Black Pearl Oyster mushroom going in the room, probably belong CO2, all air inlets into my two small cannabis tents are filtered with small particle filters and I egress hot air out of a 15 ft 6" diameter vent through the ceiling. There is also a natural vent allowing lots of fresh air into my space. It a great area to grow in. Light defoliation here and there, lots of bending and checking things, but otherwise not much to do except look for issues and maintain the environment, we are locked in for the next two weeks, just dialing in the environment and trying to get humidity down without running too much energy. 6/21 Adjusted TDS to 269 from 315 and added some Big Bloom to the mix in a super diluted form. This is prime time flower and she is feeding fiercely. I need to stack those bud site and put on some weight, so this stuff is always good to add. But always mindful of the MOAB, its a lot and I could easily burn if I goof up. *** Found that week 10 should probably be a vegetative week, so I I adjusted to represent more accurate timing. So I backtracked and fix some dates, yep I am in week three of flower not four, and I am probably on day 15-17 of flower, easily have about 40 days left. Before I posed my grow question I was guessing five weeks so I guess despite the mix up, I was thinking about the same time. Pics uploaded

This strain went so much better than last year. A lot more resin production which I'm putting down to my good ol' gallon of Molasses. Seriously. Worked so much better than the $40 flowering nutes that I used last year. So honestly, I spent like $250 on nutes and sprays last year, yet I only spent around $125 this year, no mineral salts, natural everything and I ended up with better bud. Didn't have to spend time flushing or worrying about burning plants and trying to remember what I fed when and which product I need to use next, etc. Keepin' it simple. I also had less mold thanks to the tomato roof and also I was more diligent about caterpillars. And of course I really like the tomato cages. I mean some of the branches do rub, and they don't look the greatest in the photos (maybe I need to paint them green for next year?) But the convenience factor is high. It work out a lot better than the staking and tying I was doing last year. I had about 25% better harvest, since last year was 2.8 oz per plant and this is 3.72 oz of dry bud. So that's a big improvement! Not to mention better quality and not just raw numbers. And last year I harvested everything, whereas this year I didn't deal with a lot of the little popcorns and gave them to the livestock. But I gotta say that the pictures don't do her justice. She absolutely glittered in the sunlight. And I don't think the other strains will get nearly as frosty. Not to mention that distinct aroma of guailol. So intoxicating! Cut down most of the colas Wednesday and finished lower colas Saturday. Washed as always with 1/4 cup each of baking soda and lemon juice in 5 gallons of warm water and rinsed in 5 gallon plain cold water. Hung up to dry in the upstairs of the barn with the oscillating fan (Do pardon the mess, my mother in-law is a hoarder and we need to downsize her clutter since she's safely thousands of miles away). Storing in mason jars in cabinet with 58% Boveda humidity packs. The 62's I used last year were a little too humid for long term storage so I'm trying the 58's this year. For some reason Growdiaries isn't letting me review this strain at the top or the Big Bloom and I'm wondering if that's because I've already reviewed both? But anyway, I've gotta say that this bud is higher quality than what I produced last year. It's stronger and you really feel like you're wrapped in a warm blanket with this strain. I also got a little bit of a headband with what I sampled, so we'll see what she's like after she cures a bit. It's a wonderful comfort at the end of a long day. About an hour of being happy and relaxed and then after that it's all you can do to keep your eyes open. I really enjoy making caramels with this strain. It's so easy to just grab one out of the freezer, and that way I sleep all night😴 1 cup Cannabutter 2 cups brown sugar 1 can sweetened condensed milk Melt butter with sugar on stovetop over low heat until combined. Add milk and gradually increase heat while stirring. You want to bring the mixture to 245F or 118C but you want to do so slowly so that your don't burn the mixture, and you want to shut it off immediately once you get there. You can pour it into molds, little paper cups or I pour it onto a parchment liked cookie sheet. Feel free to sprinkle a little finishing salt on top if you like salted caramels. Then I put them into the freezer to harden before wrapping. I wrap them on squares of parchment about 4"x4" and put them in a freezer bag. If cutting, I usually get 40 caramels that weigh 20-22 grams each. The most important thing is to be gentle and stir often. Don't scorch it! Otherwise this recipe is pretty darn easy, you just need a candy thermometer.
