Finally able to water again this week. Got the humidity down to 55%. They responded very well to the feed, noticed a big change within 24hrs. They're all looking very strong.

Well once again I’m blown away with the genetics from Fastbuds. I only wish I had more room for them to really grow. I’m growing Fastbuds Smoothie outside and hoping that’s going to thrive in lots of space. Anyway the Cali Snow is smelling divine and really stacking up nicely. The grapefruit continues to fatten up and smells just like over ripe grapefruit. Very acidic almost gassy. The grapefruit is a lot small so yield might be down but quality over quantity win some for me. 👊✌️🏻💚

I harvested this plant about a week ago. Gd was suffering some update issues still, but appears to be resolved. The plant grew great. I am impressed with the results myself. Nice big colas of frosty goodness. She bounced around a bit in growing under different lights. The results were great. I was even running the flowering light lower since she stretched a little too close to it. That was probably my biggest issue during the grow. I am anxious to try it once I get it processed. Cuando me lo dio estaba espigado en un vaso de plástico con 1 mes de vida. La pase a una maceta "Mad Rocket" de 16L. La hice vegetar 2 meses y luego la pase a florar el 8 de Marzo. Tuvo 111 días de vida y 71 días de floración. Con respecto a la fertilización que aparece, hace referencia a toda la vida de la planta. Saludos cannabicos

Fast Buds has been very kind in extending me the opportunity to try our their new strain C.A. There's not a lot of information out there about this strain yet, other than it is supposed to be indica dominant. No solid leads on the name that I have found. I'd going with a guess of Cali Airlines for now (though I suspect this may be a CBD strain). Put the seed straight into the soil in the final container (3 gal grow bag) on March 3rd. I'll spray the top of the soil once a day until I see the sprout appear. Then I'll let the tap root do its thing and find the water below in the soil. The soil was watered heavily 2 days before planting the seed, then left in the tent to get the soil to temperature. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water as needed. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Day 70!!! This week was really hot, when the sun shone on it, the thermometer showed 40°. I think her roots don't like it very much, the girl needs to be watered every day, sometimes even 2 times a day :) I also removed the yellow leaves of the marigolds, there was also a really strong wind, which is why I had to cover the girl a little so that she wouldn't break the branches :) I'm leaving tomorrow for a short 5-day vacation, then these days I'll ask her to come and water once every 2 days, I hope that will be enough for her :) good luck to everyone.

So at the end of week 2 we let them dry all the way out and flushed with a 1.0 EC solution. This week we begin feeding heavy. There are tops freakin everywhere! Out of the 8 plants there is only one that didn’t stretch about 15 inches. This is the first time running Ethos Genetics and I’m glad I did. 6 weeks left.

D19 (10/12/2020): Beginning of week 3. I saw little yellow/brown spot on big leaves and new leaves, I need to check this closely. I fed with half of the recommended dose but 1.5-1.75L of water per plant. I was giving 1L max and I think it was not enough for the size of my pots. RH of the grow tent is now down at 60%. - temps: 26C - water: PH6.3, PPM: 410 - RH: 60% D20 (11/12/2020): Today I saw thrips larva crawling on a leaf (see video above). That confirm my problem is not a nutrients deficiency. I know how I got them and it's a rookie mistake from me. At the beginning of my grows, I placed a plant in my tent that was originally outdoor during fall. I did not think that it would be infested with bugs. I removed it when I saw a little bugs fly in my tent but the damage was probably already done. I read about thrips and you can get rid of them if you act fast and soon in the infestation. I will go to my local horticulture store today and ask advices and ways to exterminated them. I'm a newbie in growing cannabis (plants in general) and I want the best for my plants. I'm learning from my mistake and that's what I like! Overall, both plants are growing fast and they react really well to LST. I readjust the tie 2-3x a day because the small leaves are growing so fast! - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 60% D21 (12/12/2020): I bought insecticidal soap and gave a treatment. RH is now at 55% and that increases air flow. -temp: 26C - no water - RH: 55% D22 (13/12/2020): The lamp is now 100% and at 28inch form the plants. They received 430 PPFD (33 000 lux). Temperature is under control around 26C with a new oscillating fan place on the floor. This air flow will help against bugs. LST continue every day to expose new leaves. I gave water with only Max Minerals. - temp: 26.5C - water: PH6.4, PPM: 275, approx.: 1,75L per plant - RH: 55% D23 (14/12/2020): LST continue, I try to bend one branch every day and readjust the other ones. I did not see more bugs but some of the new leaves are affected so I know they are still there. I ordered nematodes to help me prevent new larvae. They are suppose to arrive in two days. - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 55% D24 (15/12/2020): I removed leaves at the bottom of the pants last night. Probably 3-4 leaves per plant that were not receiving light. This morning I can see that it gave a good boost on the new leaves! Continuing LST as usual. The nematodes arrived earlier then expected. I will apply them tonight as soon as the lights turn on! - temp: 26C - no water - RH: 54% D25 (16/12/2020): I did a lot today! First, I sprayed another treatment of insecticidal soap on all my plants. Second, I removed one inch of soil in each pot and replaced it with new soil (same soil). I saw sign of what I think is phosphate deficiency. I was really shy on nutrients since beginning of the grow. Third, I fed full recommended dose for week 3 of veg. I gave 1.5L of water with nutrients and approx. 0.5L of tap water when I placed the nematodes. Fourth, I placed one tea pouch of nematodes in each pot as recommended. I also opened 2 tea pouch of nematodes and sprinkled them over the soil of all plants. Finally, I continued LST. It was a big week of up and down. Both plants grew like crazy and I discover an infestation. I think Banana Kush is in pre flower but I'm not sure. It's a bit early but they got so much stressed this week. -temp: 26C -water: PH6.5, PPM: 725 -RH: 55%

When you get to a certain point in the flowering, the real magic begins, so far beautiful yes but when the flowers form I would stay there speechless admiring them for the whole time enchanted. ---- General conditions in the Growbox - We are talking about our autoflowering @zam.nesia which are all in great shape and are now showing their differences. The F1 Hybrids are flying, they are ahead of everyone else, if you want to realize how much the F1s work look at my photos in the growbox. Look, test and then talk, I never talk before trying. I get an idea based on what people say, especially when I hear the old school know-it-alls a bit hippy talk badly about a new thing I think: "this new thing is worth trying, it must be the bomb", and in fact... ---- Plant - I have sung the praises of this plant and the F1s and not just to throw words to the wind. Look at the difference between the two Blue Cheeses and all the other 10 autoflowerings (in 5 strains) that I have; they are very advanced as if they were 2-3 weeks ahead of the others. Compare the f1s with the normal ones to understand the difference. I continue to be amazed by the speed of these plants and their power. I have two very similar in everything except size. One is giant, well over a meter and flowers at a speed that is unbelievable. Esta delicada sativa asiática ha cumplido 12 semanas de vida y ya comienza a mostrar las pre flores, ha completado la segunda semana en horario 12/12h con un estiramiento de 9cm... esta semana probablemente haga un cambio importante en las luces de la carpa de cultivo, en cuanto compruebe que todas las plantas están centradas en la formación de flores y paren de estirarse. Muy buena la evolución de esta semana, la planta claramente esta preparada para hacer crecer grandes flores, la masa foliar se expande y grandes ramas sobresalen orgullosas, el metabolismo está disparado, he ido aumentando la cantidad de agua de riego conforme la planta lo ha ido pidiendo, esta temporada estoy siendo más paciente y precavido con la cantidad de humedad en maceta que en otras temporadas, para intentar desarrollar las raíces lo más posible, cuando acabe los cultivos comprobaré como fue el desarrollo radicular, sólo a partir de ahora es cuando voy a inundar el sustrato con el máximo de humedad que tengo asignado para esta maceta, durante todo el cultivo hago riegos de precisión, pues peso diariamente las macetas y sólo riego cuando llego a ciertos niveles de consumo, la idea es mantener el sustrato oxigenado y lo más suelto posible durante las semanas de crecimiento vegetativo para favorecer la movilidad de las raíces. Esta semana dos riegos suaves y estimulantes, estoy preparando la planta para entrar en el gran juego de la flor, en cuanto pare el estiramiento comienzo con riegos más concentrados y específicos para la etapa de floración... sin contemplaciones! Con el último riego hice un aporte de una mezcla de enmiendas secas al sustrato, en ese mismo riego incluí melaza para dar energía extra a los Microorganismos y que comiencen a comer el aporte extra de materia orgánica. Esta temporada estoy limitando el uso de melaza en riegos, hasta ahora la usaba en todos y en cada uno de los riegos, desde el inicio hasta el final de los cultivos. pero esta temporada he usado la melaza sólo en las primeras semanas de cultivo para potenciar la proliferación de la Microbiología en el sustrato y la expansión de las raíces, y desde hace dos semanas dejé de añadir melaza cuando las plantas han tenido un volumen importante, ahora, del aporte de azúcares para dar energía a los MM se encargará la propia planta, no es que haya observado anomalías evidentes por el uso continuado de la melaza, pero no quiero influir en el sabor ni en los aromas originales de las plantas. Y mirando hacia los cultivos del 2025 y siguientes, he preparado unos litros de dos nuevos Bio Fertilizantes basados en frutas, minerales y etc., éstos los tendré en fermentación anaeróbica hasta las temporadas del 2025... hacer es comprender!
