🌿 Woche 6 – The Hobbit Hole Outdoor Grow 2026 Eine weitere Woche ist geschafft und das Hobbit Hole entwickelt sich genau in die Richtung, die ich mir erhofft hatte. Nach meiner Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub konnte ich endlich wieder selbst nach den Pflanzen sehen – und ich wurde definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Am Mittwoch gab es die erste Düngergabe mit Hesi Blüh Complex, da inzwischen alle drei Pflanzen sichtbar in der Blüte angekommen sind. Die ersten Blütenstände werden von Tag zu Tag größer und überall schieben sich frische weiße Blütenfäden aus den Buds. Heute habe ich außerdem Rankhilfen angebracht. Gerade Outdoor weiß man nie, wann der nächste kräftige Wind oder ein Sommergewitter kommt. Bevor später das Gewicht der Blüten zum Problem wird, bekommen alle drei Pflanzen lieber frühzeitig etwas Unterstützung. Aktueller Größenvergleich 🌿 Gelato: 120 cm 🌿 Cinderella: 90 cm 🌿 Purple Punch: 80 cm Besonders spannend finde ich, wie unterschiedlich sich die drei Genetiken entwickeln. Die Gelato macht ihrem Namen aktuell alle Ehre und wächst mit großem Abstand am stärksten in die Höhe. Cinderella und Purple Punch bleiben deutlich kompakter, setzen dafür aber ebenfalls fleißig Blüten an. Erfreulich ist außerdem, dass die drei übrigen Pflanzen bisher nahezu unbeschadet durch die Saison gekommen sind. Bis auf das halbe Blatt, das die Cinderella zu Beginn an eine Schnecke verloren hat, gab es bislang keine nennenswerten Schäden. Der Schneckenschutz scheint also genau das zu tun, was er soll. 🐌👍 Auch die Blätter machen weiterhin einen gesunden Eindruck. Besonders die großen Fächerblätter zeigen inzwischen beeindruckende Ausmaße und liefern den Pflanzen jede Menge Energie für die kommenden Wochen. Jetzt beginnt langsam die Phase, auf die ich mich jedes Jahr am meisten freue. Aus kleinen Blütenansätzen werden nach und nach richtige Buds, und jede Woche wird sichtbarer sein als die davor. Genau deshalb liebe ich Outdoor-Grows – die Natur gibt das Tempo vor und man kann Woche für Woche beobachten, wie aus ein paar kleinen Pflanzen langsam echte Damen werden. Day 50. Had big plans, but postponed them to monday/tuesday. Will strip and heavy bend/lst girls, give them 5 days and i think they will be ready for flower. Increased light power output from 50% to 70%. Girls got water with 0.5 ml/l Fish Mix. Overtimes and all weekend at work stops me a bit, but work is work ... Day 54. Girls got heavy training, started it even too late, leaves were too droopy. All went good, while last one was done, first were somewhere "happy" ;))) Pure water. Think to send them to flower this weekend. Day 55. And like nothing happend ;))) All girls are happy and bushy, one or two days, darkness and FLOWER TIME ! ;) Happy Growing !

This is week is going good. I can see that Green sensation 2 ml is a bit too much. I see some leafs with yellow burns spots. So I will give her less Green sensation and see if it helps. But so far so good. She smells amazing its really Danked.

Made my own cheap SCROG netting. The girls are about to do their stretch. All 3 are flowering. Slowly removing fan leaves and any inner leaves covering floral growth. No more than 3-4 a day per plant. Slow and light. So far, so good... I think so anyway... What do I know... I'm a noob... If someone is still following this diary and sees something that I can improve or any advice at all... I'm all ears. ~ Day 71 Update ~ Hello everyone! Hola! I’m Meus and this is my 10th weekly update for “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’d like to welcome new & veteran growers, Thanks for taking the time to stop by :) ~ Progress ~ You know, I’m astounded by the level of growth in this past week, my mind is blown! 5" of growth compared to the avg of 1" for the past few weeks (9,8,7, etc), just wow 😱. The smell is pungent, dank, and slightly sweet. I can only dream of what these girls will skunk out, soon, very soon... I’d like to flower now but I have a few small issues. First: I wanted to stop at 8 toppings but I need clones of the others so everyone gets topped to keep an even canopy. Of course I’m not taking 8 clones each 😏, just 2-3 of each strain (5 strains, 6 plants; 2 phenotypes) to put in my 2nd tent till these girls (mainlined beasts) are harvested. This is ambitious though I’m optimistic that this will work out 🙏 Second: Related to the first issue I’m going to need a trellis net to support these girls with their 16 tops. Thing is, all my plant have varying flowering schedules (55 to 70+ days). I’ll need to make a net set up that I can cut out each plant individually as they’re ready to harvest. Third: MOLD! Though it’s not a lot I do have a bit of mold developing at the bottom of the fabric pots (which are known to mold). I’m going to switch to Superoots Air-Pot so I can avoid the mold. They’re $10+ a pop so I might have to wait till my next grow to afford the amount I need to make a full switch. Depending on how things go I’ll start flowering at week 13. Now concerning the mold I found a few ways to deal with my problem without harming or altering taste of these young ladies. This will be a tough 11 - 14 weeks, I’ll keep ya updated fam! ~ Individual progress notes ~ (will post full information soon, update delayed for personal reasons) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 14" Tops: 8 Notes: 14 inches... That's quite a climb :) Though she's stretchy like her sister I'm excited, can't wait to see the development in the next few weeks of veg 😊 [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 13.2" Tops: 8 Notes: I'm surprised at the uniformity of these two sisters, I'm going to veg a bit longer and get me some clones just in case ;) [CBD Blueberry] Height: 9.8" Tops: 8 Notes: I thought this girl was a goner, definitely didn't respond to the mainline well like the others, wonder why? 😶 Still I'm impressed that my smallest plant is filling in, though she looks weird I still love her and her minions <3 [White Widow] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: Well... This was one of my smallest girls, she's by far the bushiest and most filled in. For an example look at her root mass, one word, insane! Roots are spreading everywhere, so aggressive and the trunk is huge, perfect for transporting all those nutes. Tanya here recovered from a split too, awesome :) [Mazar] Height: 13.8 Tops: 8 Notes: Taller but just as dense as the white widow, the Mazar has potential! A beautiful, healthy canopy, one of my best girls. It's a good feeling knowing that my hard work is paying off 😭 I'm afraid of topping this one because she is so dense that 16 tops will be off the hook, better make a plan soon 🙏 [Super Silver Haze] Height: 11.2 Tops: 8 Notes: I’m starting to get impatient, I love this strain! Well, most strains developed by Arjan are great <3 I will need to feed soon with diluted nutes, she looks hungry a bit. Other than that she’s a healthy young lady that’s ready to flower :) ~ Final Thoughts ~ Where to start... I’m excited! Getting my clones are my top priority right now, then I'll focus on canopy support. I’ve come a long way from my first grow, even though I failed I learned a lot. Those lessons are keeping me on my toes and I’m learning more everyday. Thank you to those who have been influential to my success, much love! I can honestly say Grow Diaries is the best! Been a bit of a strange plant the older gelato..small bud sites hoping she pops but I don’t have much hope for her it’ll be a case of ‘quality over quantity’ I think but that’s all good she smells amazing so frosty and sticky! The smaller gelato is still in preflower I took all the undergrowth away so she’s recovering from that but she looks good too!

Melon Gum is doing good. She is starting to stretch. She should start shooting pustils out soon. Everything is going well. Lovely week 17

107 days!! Here is another great experience :) The girl has matured, 330 grams of wet, full of sticky, resinous shiny, pleasantly smelling flowers :) I think it will be about 90 dry :) although the girl is definitely not the biggest, but she looks great, the smell is also amazing :) I also got some sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash, For me personally it is really beautiful and good growth, which I think will definitely be confirmed by the dried and cured flowers :) there will be a smoke review, as well as the total dry weight. good luck to everyone :).

Easy to grow and produced some very nice, top notch flowers!! I would highly recommend this strain. Very little effort aside from the normal care and she did amazing. Benefits from lst and defoliation to open up the buds to the lights.

They growing nice I turned 4 new babys also this week so I continously have weed cant wait for them to be ready but patience is the key to a great grow don't rush to take down learned my lesson the hard way before

So this didn't quite line up with the description from the supplier, but having different phenos is pretty common with multiple hybridization. I wish I had topped or lst'd this plant before it got to tall. Max height from the supplier said 31", but ended up 46".It just seemed to never stop growing. Easily growing two plus inches every day for a few weeks there. The clover ground cover was great up to the point I needed to top dress, at which point I just pulled most of them out. I'm happy with the overall health of the plant considering I was just using organic inputs. Something else to keep in mind is that this plant has only been getting 12 hours of light to work with because of the photoperiod in the tent. I decided to harvest when half the trichomes became opaque instead of waiting for Amber's. Besides the foxtails just keep getting longer by the day. Almost bordering on dr. Grinspoon type of foxtailing. I really want an active flying high out of this plant. The yield wasn't completely terrible, 39.5 grams, half of which will probably be used for oil of bubble hash. The estimated thc from the supplier was listed at 6-14% but there maximum height was also off by a foot so we'll just have to smoke it and see. Of course smoke report and all that will follow but will probably be at least 3 weeks. Thanks for checking this grow out. 04/20: well, I decided to try this one out even if it hasn't hit the 2 week cure mark. It's been curing 12 days now after a 7 day dry time. I put a bit in a bowl and I was surprised how smooth this was already. Decent flavor and the smell is now more citrus. Very deep sweet and sour smell. I could see how some might think it has that sort of pineapple smell but to me it leans more towards a grapefruit kind of smell. The high is nice, comfortable and clear headed, just a nice gentle euphoria. I didn't smoke a lot as I'm not a heavyweight smoker, and another time I will provide a report of how it is to have a larger dose of this stuff. P.s. sorry about all the ugly hps pics. It got to a point where it was just to much trouble with all my other plants to mess with the lights.
