Camera's not showing the flowers well but they are everywhere looks like alot of defolation will be taking place. Already took a bunch off today but I dont want to stress them too much 😅

They seem to have stopped stretching and are now focusing on the buds. Very odd coloration happening on the leaves of the left plant. I'm thinking it's either a calcium deficiency or a manganese deficiency. Either way the buds are developing nicely still. Right is looking great right now, save for a few spider mites I had to squish earlier last week. Nice and frosty at 5th week of flower. If all goes well with both of these girls, I'll be harvesting them at the end of January. I'll definitely give them a bud washing b/c I found mites. Update 1/2/22: okay I've got a few notes to make on the progress as a whole. So after topping right, it seems like she started producing flowering hormones right after. While left focused on stretching for like a week more. Right has fat, compact and frosty buds- shaped like golf balls. Left has spire-shaped buds, not AS dense(still dense though, mind you), and less frost. So I'm thinking left is staggered behind right by about a week. Since this is week 5, we'll be able to tell just how far ahead she is by week 8.

Royal Queen Seeds blew me away with their genetics last grow. So much so I'm growing the Gorilla again along with another 2 of their strains including this one, their Purple Queen. Just water week 1.

Sixth week of flowering, the buds have increased in weight and have hardened (I'll have to start tying them). With this the smell has also increased a lot stinking all the room every time you open the tent. The plant continues to look vigorous and healthy. Less to go until the harvest 🤞🤩🤩🤞

Our Zamnesia Slurricane has reached 16 buds. I'm growing them a little more to make sure they don't go into flowering with small brunches but we're almost there, a few days and they'll go into flowering. She's a plant with a low internodal distance, they're not the most suitable for topping due to the slow response of the mini brunches but you just need to let them grow a little and not go into flowering straight away to get an excellent result anyway. As a general rule but very general plants with a low internodal distance are less suitable for the application of the techniques unlike plants with a wide internodal distance which are very easy to handle, they grow more slowly and can reach excellent dimensions even if worked with techniques that keep them low. The Topping worked very very well the plant at the moment of topping went into overfertilization due to the evident slowdown in growth, so I slowed down the fertilizer for growth but it was about to go into crisis, so we're starting to give fertilizer again. When topping is a delicate moment it is probably better to do what I explain below. The ideal when topping is probably to start with a soil fertilized with gradual release or to start preparing the soil for a period that is at least enough for the vegetative phase at most by adding a bit of alga grow which alone I must admit gives me some problems at least in this case if the plant grows straight much less indeed nothing. These beans have been taking a beating and she still is pulling threw and starting her stretch now as she is heading into the second week of flowering .. I like the smell of this one right now and the structure is good very open just needs buds to start forming up. These were part of the grower of the month contest a while back very good quality genetics ...cheers

I added some soil to reduce the length of the stems and make them more stable to the fans, sprayed once with mineral water after the lamp goes out and put some sticky traps because as usual there are some gnats in the soil, nothing to worry about so far.
