What up grow fam. These 3 finally got the chop. Wow do they smell pungent. The flowers came out nice, not to dense but neither airy. The wet weight for these came out to 912g. To say they're coated in frost is an understatement looking like a winter wonderland.

I go into the local Hydro store and the previous owner happens to be there. We talk about my novice grow and I mention the "Calcium" issue as I show him a photo.... He immediately asks me " Are those pots on a concrete floor? Because if they are, your roots are getting cold making it look like a calcium issue".... The new owner gives me a nice slab of styrofoam from an old box to put on the floor of my tent as I go home. I sick my BlueLabs PH soil pen in a drain hole at the bottom side of my pot and HOLY CRAP its only 17c and the PH is 5.2 !!!!! I take the plants to the bathtub and flush them with clean water PH'd to 5.8, about 8L of rinse per pot. I check initial run-off and its a whopping 2300ppm/50!!!!! I also remove some of the effected fan leafs in hopes I dont get some sort of plant illness. A day later I do the same PH test, PH is 5.8 and temp is 22C...all is well again. I should have paid attention to growing saying...make sure you get run off checks.

She started out tiny but definitely surprised me halfway through. She doesn't really smell as a plant but in the jars and paper bags, she smells like berries and watermelons. Only been a week since I dried her in the fridge but I can't wait so I'm going to try to smoke some of her tonight. I also had to harvest partially as some of the lower buds are not quite ready yet which means I'm not done yet as of now. Will update more soon.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Our Test #3 has already made me fall in love. It is one of those plants that is doing well I would already promote it but to avoid the risk of speaking too soon, let's see what grass it will give us. For each strain we have at least two plants there is also a specimen that is growing straight that you don't see in the photo for now for each strain of her I have two both excellent. The plant that you see in the photo responded excellently to topping from the beginning and did not suffer the stress that this technique brings the fertilizers for flowering that go from a few days after I made the switch to mid-week (it is therefore considered vegetative the plant is still understanding that it is going to flower). I find myself very well when it comes to flowering with Palgron in vegetative I have some difficulty I have to ask the experts for advice on how to prepare the soil with their products. I think I will use Bat Mix or Super Mix next time or the excellent pellet from Zamnesia going to integrate Alga grow if necessary. We did our best Zamnesia has put superb genetics and at home B&B we are working to show you the plants in all their possible meanings. This plant like all the other photoperiodic ones has been worked with a topping x16 buds, simply repeating the topping technique without doing anything else than cleaning the leaves from time to time and now the branches that I believe do not give me good flowers at the bottom. The 16 buds are perfectly aligned and it is very regular in growth. The fertilizers for flowering have helped us to return in a very short time to a good balance now we go straight to making great buds. We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic. The plant has been flowering for 3 days, in the diary I leave it indicated as the last week of vegetative but we move on to the fertilizers for flowering. We have now moved on to the early flowering program that keeps the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom with which I get along very very well even more than Alga Grow that sometimes I have to understand well how to dose in some particular cases ( topping). Probably try to prepare the soil with Plagron Super Mix or with the Zamnesia Pellet. Auto creeper has grown really well. I probably could of harvested her a week ago. She has about 40 percent amber trichromes on tops. Mis judgement on my part. Plus just been super busy. Smells really strong. Heavy frost. Pretty purple hue to buds. I will be back for the smoke report in a few months once it has dried, and cured some. The Mars Hydro light worked great for the grow. Alright! So she's officially been back on track for quite a while now. She seems to have actually started bud development! So we can officially consider this week 1 of flower. Haven't defoliated her quite yet, but I will later today. So far I've just been training her by bending and supercropping here and there. I've been feeding her nutes twice a week by this point, with a water in between. Not quite at the 1/4gal. per day point. I sense that'll be somewhere between weeks 2, and 3 of flower. She's up to 9-fingered leaves which means, everything's going smooooth as can be. Cheers, and bless you and your garden! 🙌

Temp is low cuz near this tent there is a dry tent. Will flip them soon no matter the size diff. Will train them before as well.

This is the 5th week of flower and theses plants have larger buds now then many plants I have grown at 8 weeks. I am astounded by how well they are doing. The temps have gotten a bit colder at night then I would like but they have not seemed to be bothered by it other than maybe getting a bit stickier. I am beginning to wonder if I can make it 9 weeks with these buds as they seem to be fattening up as fast as they do in the last 2 weeks. Good thing I have a scrog net or the branches would be sagging. The stems are thick and the roots are sucking up 1.5 gallons every 2 and a half days now. I am thinking about eliminating the one runt plant as the buds on it are tiny and it is just taking up scrog space that could be used to get more light to the plants that are developing the huge buds.

November 16th, 47 days post flip. Plants continue to fatten and have put on some really noticeable weight in the last week. By the looks of things I’m expecting around 10 more days of fattening and than a week or two of ripening before harvest. I will do my final defoliation around mid week this week. Shooting for day 49 or 50. At this point will not be providing anything but water. I still am not seeing any fade so I think she has plenty of what she needs. I did get a chance to add those two smaller fans I wanted to add. This has dropped my temperatures from 82 to 77. This drop should hopefully help preserve terpenes and help prevent mold. The airflow will also help prevent mold. Plant 1(Cherry Chunks): The frost on this one is insane. I also get why they call it cherry chunks, it’s terpenes profile is starting to come through and it is tart in nature; its structure is also very chunk like. Much lighter green compared to the two purple marmalades Plant 2(Purple Marmalade): The resin on this thing has been insane since the very start of flowering. Smells of tropical fruits and guava really looking forward to this one Plant 3(Purple Marmalade): Smells on this one are finally starting to take off, it slept for awhile as far as the smell department went. It is starting to take on a sweet gassy funk kind of smell. Possibly lavender and gas? I’ll have a better idea come next week. The density on these nugs are also insane, look like they are going to explode any second. Purple Marmalade Clones: Growing very well, needs a good defoliation here soon and maybe some craft blend.
