Dear diary, Week 9 marks the last week of veg as it ends with us finally transitioning into the flowering phase. As we embark onto flowing, I continue to fine-tune the environmental conditions and adjust nutrient levels to support optimal development. One thing to note is that GC #2 still shows some of those strange leaf mutations on some of the tops but continues to grow well. Mutations doesn’t have to be something bad, but will need to keep a close eye on her to make sure she isn’t a hermie. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 60: I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. Additionally, I increased the light intensity from 20 to 25 dli (daily light integral). To maintain the desired humidity levels, I turned on the air conditioner to dehumidify the space, successfully bringing it back down to 58% as it started slipping up to the 70s again. However, this adjustment caused a slight drop in temperatures to 24.5 degrees Celsius. ⏰ Day 61: During the evening feeding session at 18:00, the plants received a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and a pH level of 5.8. Furthermore, I elevated the light intensity from 25 to 28 dli, positioning the lights 50cm above the canopy. The night temperatures have also stabilized at 22.5 degrees Celsius after the AC change. ⏰ Day 62: I provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.6. I also conducted some light low-stress training and removed any growth on the horizontal stems, as each stem already possesses its intended 16 tops. These adjustments will help maintain an even canopy and ensure optimal light penetration. ⏰ Day 63: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.7. To enhance light exposure, I increased the light intensity to 32 dli/500ppfd and positioning the lights 48cm above the canopy. ⏰ Day 64: At 11:55, just before lights off, I applied pesticides to address any potential pest issues. During the evening feeding session, I provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.7. Additionally, I removed some excess growth and increased the light intensity to 37 dli/580ppfd, getting to the optimal levels before flowering starts. ⏰ Day 65 (Day 1 Flower): I initiated the flowering phase by switching the lights to a 12/12 cycle and provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.85ms and a pH level of 6.1. As the plants enter the flowering stage, I have adjusted the nutrient composition. The calmag has been reduced to 1.5ml/l, Bud Candy has been added at 1ml/l, and the A+B mix has been increased to 3ml/l. The plants water consumption has also increased, now reaching approximately 2 liters per day, which aligns well with the timing of the light cycle change. The temperatures have stabilized around 25 degrees Celsius during the day, and the relative humidity ranges between 55-60%. I have also set up the scrog net in preparation for the upcoming stretch phase. ⏰ Day 66: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.85ms and adjusted the pH to 6.0.

Plants are growing healthy, actually did some low stress training on the two plans in potting soil and they are taking a liking to the conditions.

Week 8: Having some issues with my lower leaves at the moment , but the rest of the plant is really good. We are also being hit by a big heat wave in here , temps outside reaching 40C, but I’m managing it well for now. I will probably have big issues when the drying comes - open to ideas 💡

The girls are starting to wrap up their cycle. I have been watching the trichomes closely, and we are getting very close

Hello my fellow Growers👊 It was another Great week for the Kush Fromage 🙌 All the pictures were taken on Sunday, which was Day 42 of Flower. She is really starting to reek the whole area up. It is a very earthy kush like smell with fresh grapes on a grapevine mixed in, it's a very unique smell😊 She is supposed to be a very heavy resin producer and have a high THC and CBD content. Anywhere from 18-26% THC and ~3% CBD according to the breeder. I can tell you this it is one very very resinous plant😵 even the fan leaves and smaller leaves that have no trichomes on them have developed an oily resin on them. It's awesome so I can definitely say it is a heavy resin producer. If a sugar leaf touches another leaf you can see an oily resin where it touched it, my fingers get sticky just from the fan leaves👍The breeders estimated time of Flower is around 63 Days. So we got a few more weeks to go!! I hope the buds will fill in a good bit more but I am not counting on them getting huge due to this strain being more on the quality over quantity side of things. It's not a bad producer and I'm sure they can get some pretty huge flowers on em, but I have seen plants that can produce way more, but this strain makes up for it in its potency and resin production. Plus I personally like the Quality over quantity strains. Day 36, 25th of October 2021: Week 6 ;) First day of the 6th week.... This week is not about LST anymore it is FIMing week that means all of them have FIMmed on all of their "heads" so like each plant approx 6-8 times.... Together, they have strong smell even without flowering lol 😆 So yeah, Mastdoson Kush is still the same very strong and resistant I beleive they won't strech that much so no need any Topping for them. They should stay short and bushy hopefully with nice buds :) RQS girls: Gelato Cookies 🍪 is amazing nothing really changed she will be I think a larger lady when starts flowering. I am not sure about streching but I reckon a double size maximum. I am very satisifed with this genetics lovely and first class. Northern Light for me looks a bit tiny but little bushy so we will see it is obvious that she does not need Topping at all for her midget style... There are nice branches but she has got some deficiency. Hopefully it won't effect on her performance in the future I am so curious about her. It is okay if she won't get large -large but I expect a chunky lady at least :) Spliffs Seeds ladies: Well, CBD Medi Kush is my favourite lady from here she will be another strong and big plant I think. Very cool I like this one even the smell already amazing! Smooth chill.... all good 👍. I think she will be a problem free strain in the future but let's see ;) Afghani Gold typical bushy midget Indica with fan big leafs 🍃 nice creation she will be nice as well, I don't reckon with big strech :) We will see what comes and obviously I am excited here as well. I wanna see a chunky lady. Hopefully she will fulfill my dreams lol 😆 Spliffs Strawberry 🍓 the typical Sativa with that "saw blade" style leaves... Well, here I am afraid a bit of streching as she just FIMmed and Sativa however, I beleive she will be cool with that :) She looks pretty a bit lighter in colour. Honestly I don't really have big experience with Sativas mostly Indicas and hybrids but I am pretty sure that I can handle the situation. I know it will take a bit longer for her to flower and also she won't be the chunky numero uno but I still expect great things haha :) Blue Berry she is the hybrid lady and still looks a bit pale for me obviously she has got some deficiency but she will make it let's see what comes when she turns to flower.... I am excited 😁 I wanna give them several days before the darkness period which is 3 days and the from next week switching to 12/12. They are FIMmed only so it doesn't really stress them to give them much extra time to recover before flowering. I think it will be the right time to switch on the next week because I can see they really want to flower 🌼 ☺️ 😅 But for now lamp is still 18 hours on, set to be on 150W (approx 60% of the max) ventilation is on for 10 minutes in every 2 hours but the extraction fan is 18 hours on with the lamp... Humidity approximately is the same 50% and the temperature as well +/- 1-2 Celsius. Water intake increased approx 0.12-0.15L per day per plant. Fertilization is the same Epsom salt once a week, and then 2x a week Biobizz Family included BioGrow, BioBloom, TopMax and of course - Vitalink bat gunao also. Ratio is above. So that's all let's see 👀

Buds start to form so its time to try raise ec for a bit. Still stretching a lot in day. Cant wait to trim it almost naked. Roots look great. Video from yesterday when bubbler was empty. 13.6 Stretching and forming. 1.2ec is max it wants. 6.2ph. Defoliation starts tomorrow. Way too much stuff there. 15.6 defol. Finishing it at monday. 16.6 continued defol. Still let couple leaf for tomorrow to take out. DLI ~38 With high hopes 🍀

Week 5

Well I’ve flipped the light schedule. We’re on 12/12. It’s only been 4 days and they’re definitely getting their stretch on! Let’s see what happens over the next week or so…

Had a tough time mitigating heat in the summer when this grow took place. Was also not able to care for the two plants I had as best i could due to a lack of time. Harvest really suffered because of it but still got some great results. Didn't weigh it but i filled 12 32 oz mason jars. 6 Of which were from my cloned plant. 4 were God's Vagina and 2 were a mix of both buds.
