Day 22 8/1/21 welcome to week 4 and most likely the last week of veg as you can see I am now SoGing and she is looking happy and healthy. I kind of wish I had a 4 in trellis and not a 6 in to start lol but it is what it is as always happy growing and keep your stick on the ice.

The drip system is running smoothly and keeps moisture levels consistent. 🌱 Plant Status Recovery phase is clearly over: 👉 Rooted, settled, and pushing growth again. The 19L pots are fully utilized now. Chicken & Waffles: stretch leader 👑 – wide internodes, very vigorous Strawberry AK: compact and bushy – perfect for later cleanup Fruit Bomb Punch: much more stable, catching up nicely 💧 Irrigation / Dripper Test 👉 Working perfectly – plants love it. Consistent watering = smoother, more even growth. Timing already feels well dialed in. 🌸 Flower / Stretch (Day 5) A few days into 12/12 → stretch has started but still controlled. First flower signs are showing, everything on track. 🔜 Outlook Stretch will increase Light defoliation / lollipop prep coming up Minor irrigation tweaks if needed Conclusion: The “diva phase” is over – now it’s running smooth. 7/29/24 week 8. Flipping is around the corner. I have to defoliate before the flip. I added recharge nutrient this week to help the ladies have a quick recovery. I'm only feeding recharge with a 3 gallon res fill. I usually fill up by at least 6 gallons. What are yalls experiences using recharge?

This week, I decided to take her structure to the next level by topping a few branches, and let me tell you—she’s loving it. 🌿 The growth is vigorous, and she’s shaping up beautifully to maximize her potential for flowering. Let’s dive into what went down this week and why it’s all so important for her journey. Branch Topping: Building a Strong Framework After recovering beautifully from her initial topping at node 7, it was time to refine her structure further by topping a few branches. For each branch, I left two nodes to ensure strong, healthy growth while encouraging a bushier canopy. Why Top Branches? Topping isn’t just for the main stem—it’s an essential technique for creating an even canopy and increasing yield potential: 1. Encourages Lateral Growth: By removing the top of a branch, the plant redirects its energy into the remaining nodes, encouraging side shoots to grow and fill out. 2. Maximizes Light Penetration: A bushier plant with more branches ensures that all parts of the plant get access to light, reducing shading and improving photosynthesis. 3. Improves Structure: A strong, evenly distributed framework sets the stage for a healthier plant that can support larger buds during flowering. The decision to leave two nodes per topped branch ensures a balance between promoting growth and avoiding unnecessary stress. Tent Conditions: Consistency is Key The room conditions this week have remained steady and perfect for her vegetative stage: • Temperature: Around 18°C—cool but manageable, keeping her growth steady. • Humidity: At 60%, maintaining just the right level to support her root zone and foliage. • Lighting: The Future of Grow (FOG) LED at 200 PPFD continues to provide optimal light for compact, strong growth. i will dim it up soon! These consistent conditions give her the environment she needs to recover quickly from topping and focus on building her structure. Last few days now, i gave them one feed with canna flush. I’ll just give them ph balanced water for now. Then put them in 48hr darkness with no water. I moved them to my other tent in preparation for harvest.
