WEEK 6 – MARCH 7 - 13 week 6 for all but the younger 24 (which is the only one that is not flowering). I'm getting frost on the DG. I sacrificed the weaker DG- it got light burn and never recovered. it was growing but sickly. . I now have a light meter and they are all getting the proper PPFD. I am increasing the nutes faster in the young 24 and it seems to be taking it. I am trying to keep an eye on my ppm. So far no signs of lock out or nute burn - I will increase the levels quicker next grow.

Changed watering to every 5 days water until runoff they seem to enjoy it. Signs of Thrips I believe so sprayed them with neem type spray hoping that does the job. Continued with LST and ponytailing. Defoliated a very small amount. Hoping that both Banana’s go into flower next week.

Got a new light now under mars hydro getting transplanted tonight to bigger pots and 10 are going to 4x8 tent 6 staying in 5x5 going into flower in about 2 weeks

D29 : Watered with 2L of the mixed nutrients (1ml of Fish-Mix and 2ml of Bio-Heaven), ph´d at 5.8 in order to try to fix some cal-mag possible nutrient deficiency. Lights will be staying at 80% until she is totally into flowering. Did some bottom defoliation as well in order to prevent further thrip problems. D30 : Well, today was a big experiment day. I was watching some people doing some different types of training and decided to go a little further with my experiences and do some new training. I defoliated her A LOT (hopefully I don´t stunt her), took out the nodes that were on the bottom and had no chance to become at least medium-sized buds. Rearrenged all her LST and now she´s looking naked and beautiful lol. Let´s see how she responds, as I said before, this is and experiment for me to learn more about techniques. D34 : I did some defoliation today, took out some leaves and some tiny shooters that had no chance to become anything at least medium-sized. Watered with regular 6.2pH water. She´s looking very very beautiful, I have high hopes for this girl :) ! Also rearranged all the LST.

Wowww , i cannot believe that i have come this far , it is finally week 3 of flowering and 12 week of growing !!! I have been feeding her by following the feeding schedule . She is doing very good but i had to change my grow light to increase light exposure area since the old one cannot cover the whole plant . My new magnifying glass is superb it is very handy and cheap (I got it for 4$) . I prepared this for trichomes inspection . I encounter a bug problem in this week , i spotted a few red spider mites(not sure what they’re called XD) on the leaves but luckily i spot it fast and used an organic product to prevent it before the spread is uncontrollable . This kind of insect is very common in my area , the place i live is very dry and hot which they love . So i dropped my temperature down and mist the plants with local organic pesticide . I really do not wish to mist or increase the humidity during flowering because it can cause buds rot but i have to because I know that this kind of insect is super scary and hard to prevent . :(((( Anybody with better alternatives please give me some suggestions . Day 76: There is a lot of flowering going on but i can’t see any trichomes production yet . I think the mites are all gone but to prevent it i will continue spraying the organic pesticide every 3 days or once a week.

Day 1 - 03/31/2022 Hello, World! 34th Street AK-47 Autoflower from OCS.ca germinated in 1 day after placing seeds in the freezer over night before planting. This was my 3rd attempt and the freezing method seemed to have done the trick! Sprouted on day 4. I placed the seed in the Aerogarden sponge pod and didn’t press it down too much. When the tap root started, it had nothing to grip onto, so I solved this by cutting a small portion of another sponge and placed it above the seed securing it in place with a loose “lid” on top so the sprout could easily push through. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 3 - 04/02/2022 Hygrometer is in. Was drier than a popcorns fart in the closet so I got the humidifier going and it’s looking good. Went from 22% to 38% humidity in ~1 hour. pH, water temp and EC/PPM all seemed high so I added ~0.5 mL of pH Down that brought the levels to 5.4 (too low). I added ~2 cups of Brita filtered water (water was getting low anyway) before I went to bed from the fridge that helped raise the pH, lower the EC/PPM, and the temp by a few degrees as well. In an attempt to cool the water down a bit over night, I took the “cap” off of the Aerogarden reservoir to let the water ‘breath’ while the light was off between 2 am and 6 am – that did not work... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 4 - 04/03/2022 Water temp remains high at around 28 c. I replaced about 1/3 of the tank with new water and added ~1ml of Miracle Grow. Didn't effect the water temp at all. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 6 - 04/05/2022 Levels appear the same. Tomorrow I’ll change the water out and start adding FloraMicro, FloraGrow and FloraBloom with some CaliMagic. Might pick up some Root inoculate of sorts or at least some preventative root rot formula – better safe than sorry. I’ll have to start seriously taking care of the water temp as well. Having it always around the 30 degree mark is not good. On a side note, I inadvertently found a great way to bump up humidity and air temp quickly: add boiling/hot water to the humidifier. My humidifier ran out of water over night while I was asleep. At 6:30 am I was lucky enough to notice since the humidifier rattles when empty. Humidity was down to 38% at that point. I went back to bed, woke up at 8:30 and it was down to 28%. As luck would have it, there was some left over boiling water on the stove in a kettle and I needed something easy to pour with. I checked back 30 minutes later and the air humidity/temp was up to 60% / 30 C respectively. Perfect conditions for our little lady to get big and strong. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day 7 - 04/06/2022 First water exchange went smoothly. This was also the first time I added nutrients other than the NutriGrow formula. I mixed everything together in 16 cups of water. NOTE TO SELF: 16 cups is not enough for 1.1 gallons! I had to add another 5 cups of water/nutrients to get the water volume right. I added a bit of NutriGrow only in the last 5 cups with ~1mL of pH down (didn’t measure; kept applying in small doses until pH was around 6). Week 3

Okay soo the BCN xxls are so far my favourite in the tent. They are just growing soo quick and lovely. Number #3 and #1 has doubled its size within the week. And #2 has just stayed the sAme height but it was the first to pre flower. They have a nice skunky greeny smell to it. These plants have not been low stress strained or topped, and it does a great job growing naturally. Bloom fertilers are now applied until 1-2 weeks before harvest! One love!

Hello Diary, White Widow has reached the end of the 5th week of flowering, a total of 8 weeks since the start of the vegetation. As you can see from the photos, harvest is coming soon. I would say one more week and she will be ready. What's interesting is that this White Widow phenotype is a bit of a purple one. The flowers are starting to take on purple tones. The flowers are not as big compared to her roommates but they are rock hard and sticky under your fingers. This week I started checking the appearance of the trichomes and most of them are still transparent. All in all White Widow has pleasantly surprised me and brought a smile to my face when I look at her. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here's what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants. That's all from me for this week, see you soon.
