First time trying a main-line. I left four growth points so I wouldn't have to top again. Makes sense to me, but I'm not sure if that's proper or not. Looks great today, though.

Week 8 : This week have about 70%milky trichomes 10% clear and 20%amber I think they may be nearly ready :) not sure if to give one more week or start flush this week

***I’m not sure why but it’s only letting me put 100 growing plants, but I actually harvested 180 plants in three separate rooms of about 300 sqfeet almost each, running in at 350 g per plant *** Given her being my first grow, I don’t really have anything to compare to but me and my plants have gone through a lot this year. Definitely going to need filters with this one, for the strong scent. 10 out of 10 would recommend this strain. I tried some fish fertilizer through some of the early growth and everytime I did, I would notice the plants beginning to burn so I completely stopped it, I learned organic is the best way to go if I’ll ever be using fertilizer again. This is the only way I would’ve learned it through experience! I didn’t think I can make it all the way through with my harvest, but ever since I got on Growdiaries everybody has helped me tremendously with every question I had, without the site my whole to harvest would’ve went to shit along time ago. Haha I really can’t thank my Growmies here enough for all their support. Every time I thought about giving up I would have uplifting comments assuring me my plants we’re doing fine. A message to all nee growers. Don’t be afraid of failure. Ask questions. I don’t know when my next grow will be but when, or if I decide to grow again, I’ll definitely document it on the best possible weed growing platform. Cheers friends!

The Gorilla Cookies is becoming a real monsterplant. Even though I only have a 11L pot, she is really big. The buds started forming a bit later compared to some other strains in the greenhouse but boy was it worth the wait 😊 More pics and updates will be posted as the week progresses!

So my 5 plants have been split up. My first two chopped are now curing up. Preparing to chop the rest. Smells like nothing or gassy. Don’t overshock your plants people! 7 days of drying and stems were snapping. 3 in the pink isn’t quite ready yet.

Here we are at the harvest of one of the masterpieces of the season, Ghost Train Haze Automatic by Zamnesia. ** We remind everyone that we have grown two plants per strain, one without the aid of any technique and the other instead worked with the techniques described below. Technique used // The plant was worked with the MAINLINING technique, particularly successful in this case because the plant with a wide internodal distance put a lot of body until it swelled like a pig. Better with the techniques or normal? It is a plant with a high distance between internodes, the Mainling was truly perfect. This time I am strong for the main lined plant. You can watch plant and I believe it will think the same This is another confirmation that MAINLINING on AUTOFLOWERING in my opinion is only indicated in plants with medium-high internodal distance. This is a real monster not usual for soil in 11 lt pot. Flower quality // The flowers are impressive, the classic haze shape is very long, some are really hard and heavy, I'm not crazy about the taste but by definition the pure haze taste is not among my super favorites but I love it anyway. It became clear to me when I opened the tent two days ago. There they were, sticking out one of the main cola’s, it was almost impossible to miss them: 2 bright lime green banana’s. It was like the little dicks were smiling to me. I immediately removed them and search all the plants thoroughly multiple times for more, but didn’t found one. So, I guess I’m now a member of the ‘hermies club’. As for the cause: I suspect light stress. The light was close on the canopy, a little closer than (for example) dr. Cocoforcannabis recommends for this light. I found the two banana’s on Jannine and the bud that had them, is the one that’s almost in the middle of the tent, where the light is the brightest. The plant on the left, Kim, was also showing some foxtailing on her highest buds. Hence, I raised the lights 6-7 centimeters. Hopefully, I took away the cause of the hermies; off course, I’m keeping a sharp eye on the buds, but I haven’t found any more than those two. Also, EC of the drain tends to go up, hence every few days, I now just give them plain pH’ed water, to prevent high EC spikes. The trichomes are developing nicely. I bought a jeweler's loupe to study them, because with my USB microscope it’s almost impossible to get a clear picture (I don’t have a steady hand). The girls are 7 weeks into flower: there are no amber trichomes, but most trichomes are partly cloudy (30~50%) and a minority is still fully clear. I guess two more weeks before harvest, maybe 1,5 week. I switch to GHE Ripen later this week. I didn’t use such a product during my first grow, so I’m curious to see if it does something good. Harvested. This is the way I'm doing most harvests now.. As you can't rate a pheno on just its apparence I feel. So from now on, smoke review will be all done and rated on the same to make it fair. As after an hour of harvest you can't change the ratings, and how can you tell how strong a strain is until you try it. 112days total under the light. I Added up the cost of this light running. Worked out at 177euro, now the 1st 50days was only ran under a 100w. I've already gotten 150g from 2 plants, and expecting another 250ish so 177euro +/- 5euro for 400ish grams of some of the best bud I've got so far, is more than a deal for me. As in my country it's 150euro for 14grams of good weed, so 400g, well, not so hard to do the math. Even if I got just 150 I'd just be as happy with that. I'm 4 days in. Keeping RH between 58-61%, have the dehumidifier set in the dry room. Temperature ranges from 20-22c. Mostly stays at 21c. Was able to take a HST'ed cola, removing it was no stress as the stress was already done when it HST'ed itself. It's 18g after 4 days of drying. The bud is so so dense, definitely hitting A grade appreance, let's see if we get A grade taste/stone results. This was 1 of the mid range colas, there is much bigger but I won't be removing them, but if this is anything to go by, I should get 100ish grams when its dry of some of the biggest buds I've seen in a while. The smell has got more pungent, but it 100% needs a cure. No hay/grassey smell as of yet, (this comes from been dried wrong, either 2 fast with 2 humid conditions, too hot, or your environment is jumping all over the place. I've been able to get rid of most of it as it goes after a week or 2 from the cure but there's 2 plants that still have a some what hay smell. But it's going. Was given her last heavy watering last week and then was given 1L of Terra Powers finisher and I let the soil get dry under the light, and when I felt it was dry but not hitting the stress factor in the substrate I put into dark rest, (soil will stop drying out, as photosynthesis has stopped), dark rested 48hrs, uprooted, and hung whole. Everything is pretty much the same, we have switched to fully bloom an these ladies are just Looking super healthy , we are getting a nice smell of grapes on these Ogreberrys ! Bruce Banner is packing crystals like a Mofo too an super stanky , all very happy about this run ! Still got a nice few more weeks of bloom to go let’s watch em stack ! Only given RO water for the past week for WC2 although, WC1 has been flushing for two weeks so I think today will be their last day of watering and then chop them down due to a little unwanted foxtailing in WC2 and the light pulled back. Before chop theyll have a short period in the dark. Probably not going to have another update for a couple of weeks until the drying process is complete though. Both plants are purpling with WC1's being more intense, and the sparkling trichomes is beautiful stuff excited to try them.
