Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! Sorry for being so hectic the past week or so if anyone has been keeping up with this 😂 For the time being, I'm currently running all three sets of my plants in my 4x4 tent. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. [April 24th @ 3pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9in.) 3- (14.75in.) 4- (13in.) 5- (10.75in.) [April 26th @ 1:30pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9.5in.) 3- (18in.) 4- (14in.) 5- (11.5in.) [April 27th @ 12pm] Plant 1- (11.5in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (20.5in) 4- (15.25in.) 5- (11.5in) [April 29th @ 4am] Plant 1- (12in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (23in.) 4- (16in.) 5- (11.75in.) [April 30th @ 3:30pm] Plant 1- (12.25in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (25.75in.) 4- (16.75in.) 5- (12in.) ______________________________________ The most current batch of nutrient mixes for was made this morning about (2am 4/29/20) for the 1st and second set of plants. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! Defoliated this week honestly don’t know if I went to heavy but they are healthy so I hope they bounce back quick but they really needed it.

Starts 5th week of bloom my friends! ———— During last week: 1 cut all lower branches for finish cleaning under net 2 Flushed at day and start a PK Booster to cure an early K deficiency. 3 cleaned reservoir of solution and added ext.filter for water treatment 4 cut some clones ———————— For this week: 1 removed Big Bud 2 added over drive 3 added a PK booster 200ppm 4 cut some fan leaves to have a better light penetration 5 decreased Hr%: during day max 50%, during night max 65% Environment: -Air flow - extractor during day and 1 fan for in air flow (linked to a 20 mm mist maker) -Nr 2 oscillating fan (secret jardin 20w - extractor (blauBerg site on bottom of tent for under net airflow) -Temp : 5 thermoigrometrs - constant in function of distance to canopy (24-27’C during day) -HR% : in-air fan is linked to a mist maker (20mm) and an HR% probe then 1 other mist maker (timered with the light ballast) - Smell : Carbon filter in tent and carbon filter and ozone generator (Cornwell electronics 500 mg/h) out in room

Did some defoliation to get ready to flower. Took off a ton of huge fan leaves. Don’t really think I removed enough, honestly. Removed a couple lower, small branches and chopped the top 4 nodes of my tallest plant. It was getting too tall for the tent, and is now the same height as the others. Put the cuttings in some rapid rooters with rooting hormone. Will hopefully have 6 clones total!

Zkitzz Auto has impressed me. Massive chucks of solid dense bud rich in trichomes. Coke can size main colas and all side branches not far behind in size.. brilliant grow of top quality looking herb.. Can wait for the smoke test.. Happy growing friends 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Mimosa is putting on some serious weight, extremely vigorous. so far i’m feeding it twice a week with a teaspoon of Biocity bloom and nova bloom and a half teaspoon of biocity silica

I switched lights and lighting schedule last week, the stretch is in full swing and I’m starting to see some baby buds.

I started to defoliate her a bit. So she now looks a little lolly popped :) I think I'll do some more later but for now it looks good to me. I guess it was a good idea to seperate her, since she got more space to evolve that way...

What a fun experience! This was my first time trying a mixed grow style of synthetics and organic. I think I may have found my new go-to strategy. This definitely wasn't a perfect run by any means - as a matter of fact, I botched the feedings earlier in her life. However this grow definitely taught me a lot more about how to treat this strain properly. Now I'm running her clones in the 3x3x6. So the legacy will continue! Let's see how this strain does during the summer months! Cheers everyone! This has been an awesome grow. What I'm lacking in yield, I yet again make up for in quality. And I don't think yield will be an issue with the clones, they're week 6 veg - and quite massive! - RWI out!! 😁 😶‍🌫️🤑

Starting to get the tent more dialed in, got a Govee heater off Amazon and I got it connected to my WiFi and set parameters on it and it works great! Considering getting the humidifier to link up to the same app to fine tune the tent even further! Some small gnats from the fox farm ocean soil but nothing bad whatsoever, put some sticky traps out (and there’s some dirt stuck on the trap that’s not all bugs) And spayed some crop control on the soil around the seedlings to help prevent bugs

Growth seems to be steady, one of the GSC girls is a day behind all the rest but only as I planted it a day later than the rest. Not sure what I think of fem autos yet as I normally only grow feminised seeds. Keeping a close eye on temps, humidity. Foliar spraying them twice a day or so. Can't wait to see them over the next few weeks. The Stardawg seems to be slightly ahead GSC with growth rate.

New week, new set of pictures. The grow is starting to get lame, because I don't have anything to do besides watering. This week I added some microorganisms and molasses to the feeding solution. The plant in general seems relatively happy, although there are some burnt tips and calmag spots here and there. I'll probably add some magnesium to my water to achieve a good cal/mg balance. This week there was also some heavy ass trichome production. The smell is very fruity and citrusy, sadly there is almost none of the unique botanical garden smell left, the plant had before the flowering, but I hope that it will come back in some form later on.

Hello everyone, This week I added some calmag because i spotted deficiency on my indicas( Critical kush), Not a big deal but since i only make one bucket for all the plants instead of 2 seperate ones, my indica's had a little bit to less. Indicas like to have more nutrients then sativa's. Did some LST again, removed some leafs that shadow my new branches(nodes) and yes the plant that i don't want to keep is still here lol. Trying to ask people if they want a plant for free because its just sad to throw it away. If it doesn't get a new home in the comming weeks, i have to throw it away. The way i did LST is slightly different most of the times growers like to get rid of alot of leafs, only to have the node leafs intact, i have done this a lot of times as well but this time since it is just a fun outside grow, i kept most of the leafs, just to see which LTS way is better. Yes keeping the leafs cost some energry, these leafs will grow unnecessary but in the other hand they will catch up alot of sunlight which is also needed. I also kept 4 main branches. Most people grow 2 branches and create side branches on them which is more common to do or just let the plant grow normaly, LST her and when she gets like 6-9 main branches, to top her. I already have the feeling that the two other options are better to do but hey we are not done yet. Sometimes i really wanted to cut off all the lower main branches and had to say to myself that if i would do that, it would be just another normal grow. or just get rid off al the nodes and just only grow those 4 main branches, but 4 branches would had been a little to less yield later on. But in return all thoose side branches will take alot of energy/nutrients too which can result into smaller and less compacter buds. In the other hand 4 main branches would not be a bad idea for outside grow in my country, we have bad weather here and not that much of sunlight the plant will have less energy needed to fully complete the colas and will get bigger instead of having many branches hmmmm.... I Anyway, I would never do these experiments with inside grows with alot of plants, it would be painfull and cost alot if it doesn't get good results. So i would advice to anyone only experiment if you don't care about the results. We will see :) I hope you enjoyed watching this week.
