~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 9/4- The 4th week of flower is here and the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is looking fantastic! She's loaded with flowers that are all beginning to get frosty! 9/6- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet approximately 5 gallons of well water from the garden hose. The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are stacking away and the frost continues to accumulate! 9/8- Today, before watering the Papaya Sherbet, I did some needed plant maintenance, removing a bunch of old dead leaves, along with a handful of shade leaves that were yellow. 9/10- Well with four weeks of flower behind her now, the Papaya Sherbet photo is almost halfway through with another 5-6 weeks to go. Overall a very nice growing strain. I really like the open structure. I would give her 70 days of flowering. This pheno is mid on the taste and she needs more time to unfold flavors, but i would grow her again, just to have a different exhale experience. The effect is nice for focusing on whatever is in front of you. 8.5/10. A lot of sugar leaves btw, but i didnt weight it yet. I expect 40% trim of whole dried plant. Its a lot imo. The yield is on the upper XL range (100-150g range). XXL begins at 150g for me. My next grow is already running on DWC(hype). Its Lemon Cherry Gelato and Jealousy. I will mainline it too and try to sharpen my skills. Cya 😀 soon

This was my first grow and I did a bunch of research but I mostly figured it out as I went and I really enjoyed this strain. It was very resistant and took about 90-92 days from germination to harvest. The strain seemed to bounce back extremely well even after a heavy trimming. Did not really run into any health issues with the strain other than what I diagnosed as Leaf Septoria which is caused from to much humidity and not enough circulation. But overall will grow again and was very accurately advertised by Canuk Seeds. Ended up with 256grams from this grow which I was pleasantly surprised with. Saved all the shake and made Cannabutter and Bubble Hash. Both turned out okay but with room for improvement in the future.

Week 7 flower : I defoliated a little just to give bud sights more light . Started flush on 6 1/2 weeks I’m just giving plain water and ph to about 6.0 . Watering everyday to about 20-30% run off and the ec of the run off is 1.0ec gonna be flushing everyday for next 1-2 weeks .

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. This was the runt of the bunch from the beginning and started flowering a week before the others. Seemed like in veg it didn't have enough nitrogen (yellow/green leaves) and in flower it had too much causing the bottom new leaves to grow kinda mutated and dark green. Even with those issues she still packed on solid dense buds covered in trichomes. pulled off 253 grams wet after trimming and 57 grams of trim will update with dry weight when ready

Hallo und herzlich Willkommen, Wir befinden uns am Anfang der attraktiven Blütewoche 3 Eine sehr schöne Woche denn es geht auch schon in die Harzproduktion über. Alle samt machen ihren Job gut und sehen dahingehend auch Vital, Kräftig aus. Nebst der Stärke für geäst und Zweige steht natürlich die Blüteproduktion im Vordergrund. Der Stretch wie erhofft dämmt sich ein. Auch die Pistols mehren sich und wachsen tendenziell enorm. Zum Gießwasser Den PH- Wert halten wir im Moment zwischen 6,7- 6,8// mS/ cm 1,9 Das neue Nährsortiment wurde sehr gut angenommen und insgesamt gab es auch keinerlei Probleme bei Umstellung auf das JU JU Royal Programm. Gießverhalten momentan; 2 x innerhalb von 24 Stunden ca 1,25 l/ je Pflanze. Einmal Gießen wir nachdem einschalten des Lichts und kurz vorm ausgehen des Lichts VPD: Liegt im durchschnitt bei 1,1 dahingehend zu Nacht u. Tageszeiten leider noch zu hohe Schwankungen da Befeucht- und Entfeuchtungsgerät n. nicht installiert sind Wird aber ganz sicher noch geschehen demnächst irgendwann n. diesem Lauf. Rom wurde auch nicht an einem Tag erbaut^^ Es ist aber ein wirkliches tolles, die ganze Zusammenarbeit seines Sets (Das Zusammenspiel zwischen Ab/ Zu- Luft- VPD- Luftfeuchte so noch näher zu verstehen zu können und daraus zu Lernen. Ansonsten sehen sie ganz glücklich aus und somit geht es uns auch identisch. Tolle Farbe und vor allem auch eine knappe aber sehr gute Höhe und somit Planmäßig. Wir haben jetzt auch noch mal den Lüfter samt Filter komplett bis unter die Decke mit Zurrgurten fixiert. Die alte blieb dran, weniger Aufwand und zusätzliche Sicherheit. Somit konnten wir aber insgesamt noch ca. 7 cm gewinnen :-) Die höchste Green Gelato misst in der Höhe 122 cm (Eine Dame musste ja herausstechen^^) Der durschnitt der anderen beiden liegt ca. bei 110 cm Die Secret Source liegt bei 72 cm Alle die hier genannten Maße sind ab Substratoberkannte gemessen. So langsam kommt auch Gewicht in die Blüten denn die Äste fangen schon das seichte Tanzen an. Wirklich schön und wir sind gespannt was noch passiert. Vielleicht ein wenig Farbe am Ende der kommenden Woche, dass wäre mega toll! Wir wünschen allen Growmies einen tollen Sonntag und eine erfolgreiche neue tolle Woche! Smells like Rubber bands coated in a berry sugar or berry sryup very interesting on the nose! Harvested day 67 ish maybe a couple more hard ot tell outdoor Split the harvest into drying buds and some to made into fresh frozen hash. i can dry weigh the fresh frozen buds and put that weight in the wet section and i will put the to smoke buds in the dry weight section so total between the two will be the whole plant Drying was a big mishap got condensation around day 10 of drying and it caused some mold 🤦‍♂️ right around the time i was going to cure! Found a peroxide soak that ill post butt it seemed to take off all the mold without affecting tricomb heads! Had to re dry for another week afterward i feel like the re dry maybe messed with the terps because it definitely never got the smell back like i thought but who knows slmost 3 weeks into cure coukd get better but doubt it

Dear diary, Week 9 marks the last week of veg as it ends with us finally transitioning into the flowering phase. As we embark onto flowing, I continue to fine-tune the environmental conditions and adjust nutrient levels to support optimal development. One thing to note is that GC #2 still shows some of those strange leaf mutations on some of the tops but continues to grow well. Mutations doesn’t have to be something bad, but will need to keep a close eye on her to make sure she isn’t a hermie. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 60: I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. Additionally, I increased the light intensity from 20 to 25 dli (daily light integral). To maintain the desired humidity levels, I turned on the air conditioner to dehumidify the space, successfully bringing it back down to 58% as it started slipping up to the 70s again. However, this adjustment caused a slight drop in temperatures to 24.5 degrees Celsius. ⏰ Day 61: During the evening feeding session at 18:00, the plants received a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and a pH level of 5.8. Furthermore, I elevated the light intensity from 25 to 28 dli, positioning the lights 50cm above the canopy. The night temperatures have also stabilized at 22.5 degrees Celsius after the AC change. ⏰ Day 62: I provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.6. I also conducted some light low-stress training and removed any growth on the horizontal stems, as each stem already possesses its intended 16 tops. These adjustments will help maintain an even canopy and ensure optimal light penetration. ⏰ Day 63: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.7. To enhance light exposure, I increased the light intensity to 32 dli/500ppfd and positioning the lights 48cm above the canopy. ⏰ Day 64: At 11:55, just before lights off, I applied pesticides to address any potential pest issues. During the evening feeding session, I provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.7. Additionally, I removed some excess growth and increased the light intensity to 37 dli/580ppfd, getting to the optimal levels before flowering starts. ⏰ Day 65 (Day 1 Flower): I initiated the flowering phase by switching the lights to a 12/12 cycle and provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.85ms and a pH level of 6.1. As the plants enter the flowering stage, I have adjusted the nutrient composition. The calmag has been reduced to 1.5ml/l, Bud Candy has been added at 1ml/l, and the A+B mix has been increased to 3ml/l. The plants water consumption has also increased, now reaching approximately 2 liters per day, which aligns well with the timing of the light cycle change. The temperatures have stabilized around 25 degrees Celsius during the day, and the relative humidity ranges between 55-60%. I have also set up the scrog net in preparation for the upcoming stretch phase. ⏰ Day 66: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.85ms and adjusted the pH to 6.0.

Due to issues with my ISP, I can't upload photos or videos right now. Like, I could upload slowly but then I always get errors from th website. Grow is continueing to thrive. Both Ryu and Ken now have proper Buds growing at their tops and internodes are closing up as well. Kens biggest top bud is 3x4 centimeters. So I'm really looking forward to harvest within the next two weeks. I might be forced to harvest but more on that, when time arrives. Update: I managed to upload my photos by some public WiFi. So we're at flower stage. This girl is growing really well. She's almost as big as the white widow. Her stem system looks really good. I have no complains. I'm adding @advancednutrients to my grow. I gave her a feeding today (36) of just voodoo juice and Nirvana and pH to 5.9. I'll keep you guys posted during the week. Thanks to all the people that answer my questions especially @spinnergrow. He's an educated guy. Day 37..... Gave her a feeding today of 2l with nutrients. I also gave her a haircut. I've been getting different answers about defoliating autos. So there you go I tried it. We'll see what happens. Day 38....not much to say about today but it doesn't seem like the defoliation harmed her. Last day of first week in flower day 42......thus plant is going to be a monster. I love it😁. I got some explosive growth with the last few days. She's growing really fast and nice.

Top! Questa settimana è stata fantastica tutte le piante hanno strecciato in maniera uniforme! Fantastico con delle auto Le mie piccoline hanno patito 4 giorni di caldo con temperature sopra i 30°! Ora ho sistemato l'areazione e la temperatura va al massimo sui 28°! Ho incrementato la Co2 leggermente, in modo che le piante superino bene quelle ore di caldo! E sembra che stiano bene tutte! A voi il giudizio

Good bud and visible trichome development.😍 Stretch seems to be slowing down by the end of this week. Another round of MegaWorm and Guano powder spread on the soil this week. Temperatures and and watering needs are increasing as the light is set to 100% this week. 160W of LED on about a third of a square meter should push these plants to some nice yields.🙌
