These Autos have grown like crazy but i've made a rookie mistake!!! I've been using Plant Magic Soil Supreme along with their Old Timers Organic Nutes and the recommened feeding chart. Week 1 i just gave the plants water, on week 2 i gave them 2ml per liter of nutes and as recommended this week i have given them 3ml per liter. The next day after watering with 3ml per liter i noticed slight nute burn marks on the FastBuds BlackBerry so i've flushed the pot with PH nuteral water and it has seemed to stopped the burning. I've dropped the nutes back down to 2ml per liter and they seem much happier! I've been planning on LSTing the plants next week but when i watered the plants today on day 19 i have noticed little pistills as shown in the photos above so i may LST sooner. As ive said this is my first grow so does anyone have any advice when it comes to LSTing my plants? Happy Growing!

When it should start flowering?

I think this is day 14 now. Its hard to keep track as my PC has broken and it had all my data/feedings etc so im guessing some things 😂 Day 18 they have grown quite abit. 1 is still slower than the rest but nothing alarming considering they are in a unstable enviroment. Once the clones are transplanted 2-3days ill be able to control the seedling/clone tent easier 🙏

Well, this strain is surely flowering for a long time, it's still stretching. I wonder if it will stop stretching and start fattening the buds this week... Anyhow, one of the reasons why I don't defoliate much is because the plant does that by itself. When the lower leaves receive almost no light (because all the light is blocked by the thick growing canopy) they start to send their nutrients to the top. When they are donez they just fall off on their own. You see, leaves are like solar panels AND nutrient reserves! Just make sure this process is slow and the leaves that receive light are still very healthy and green. If many leaves are falling or if they fall really fast you gotta make sure is not a deficiency or nutrient lockout! ... Again just water your plant with bloom formula (and a bit of calmag) to an EC that allows you to maintain the plant heathly and the runoff not to high (in my case 1mS/cm). Remember to alternate nutrients and pHd tap water. That's pretty much all left to do from here to harvest. Obviously if you see something wrong try to correct it. Day 66 update. I dropped something on my plant. It bended one branch very badly and severed some leaves and a bud :( Well, accidents happen. Luckily cannabis is a very very resilient plant, one might be surprised at how much this plants can take. Anyhow, taped everything together loosely, pulled the most bent branches upwards with a thread and I will wait for it to heal... If everything goes well, this branches should be even stronger than the others. Let's hope that's my fate! Update day 69. Although I have been feeding with 1.0 mS/cm once, then pHd water then feed again, the run off from today measured 3.0 mS/cm ! It's climbing still. I flushed again, until the runoff was at 1.5 mS/cm. I think I understand what happened, my theory is that the plant needs a lot more water now, but not as many more nutrients. So it takes the 2.5 daily liters of water, but it might only eat the nutrients in 1lt of water, so the rest stays on the roots and accumulates, raising the EC of the soil. So far, by checking EC on the soil once every week or two I have avoided nutrient toxicity and lockout. I think there are two options, either lowering the concentration of nutrients I feed it (so 2.5 lts a day will contain less dissolved nutrients), or spacing out the feedings with more intermediate waterings of plain water. I think I am going to go with the former, next week I will try feeding an EC of 0.8 mS/cm on 3L then tap water and so on from next week on. I prefer to underfeed than to overfeed, which is what I recommend for other boobs, it's better to have some yield than to risk killing the plant. We will get better with time...

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. 8/25: On cruise-control. We'll see what happens this week, but all is going fuckin' swell, with ZERO complaints. My only change was adding an exhale bag to the tent, in front o fthe fan. I am not trying to reach 1200ppm of C02, but any C02 raining on my ladies is a benefit. Ak-47 #1 is in the tent and reaching for light. Another week and I should be ready to transplant her, a week after that should be harvest time for 1 of the other plants. I'll trade them in an out of the tent with eachother. The grow is going great. Tricombs are blowing up and I even have a hint of purple at the top starting to fade in. I figure 2 more weeks of nutes, 1 week of flush and we're in harvest mode by September 13th. And again, on September 20th. 2 plants are a week behind my main girl. Let me know what you think!

Day 80, 22nd of October 2020: 3rd week of flowering! Happiness she needs a lot of boost hard to keep up. She loves fertilization too much..... I mean before always craving for nitrogen now qould need more potassium and phosphorus hard to keep up. I also detect deficiency based on the leaves getting lighter and brown spots but I do feed her as much as I can really. This week i have relised the first nice trichomes started "sitting" on the leaves as well and the pistils coming out nicely pre flowers forming. Let's go.

Beautifully colored 😍 It still has signs of nutrient deficiency, but it's nothing serious anymore 😉 And she had brown spots on her leaves, for all I know, it's too much calcium and magnesium, so I'm not going to add him next week.

Day 37 - Into the beginnings of week 6 and nothing much to speak of right now. I did tie down most of her branches again because they were starting to get pretty lengthy and want to try and keep everything as even as possible. Day 38 - All in all looking good and did a little more LST with her but some of the upper leaves are hanging low and think it’s due to the heat. I’m doing what I can to get it as cool as I can but can’t seem to get it below about 82 when lights are on. Temps are supposed to be cooling down around here in a couple days and hopefully she’ll be better but if not, I might change everything to lights off during the day and on at night. If by the end of this week it’s not cooler, I’ll change the schedule up. Day 39 - All seems to be ok, just trying to beat the heat for hopefully, a few more days. She’s still good on water and won’t probably need any for a few more days. Day 40 - Getting a little worried about this girl, she’s definitely not liking the heat and I’m hoping it’s not screwing her but it is finally cooling down and bit so hopefully she’ll perk back up. She’s finally ready for some water tomorrow but I’ll have to look back at my notes and see if she’s ready for nutes or another plain water. Day 41 - Still not looking all that great but gave her 2 gallons of plain pH’d water today so hoping that maybe that’s all she needs to perk her up. Hoping it’s not too late for her.

What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. You will feel really sleepy and when you wake up you will feel really hungry. Anyways, thank you guys who have been following my journey. Next grow will be seeds from Sunkentreasure seeds
