This flowering week gave me some experience about watering because i used only hand watering method so i made a mistake when i watered in this week . some nutrient dropped upon some leaves of my banana daddy one (the second biggest of my babies). But i also experienced this on vegetative state so i can take care very well of my plants and they made a great start . Can't wait to see the flowers of my babies but i'm still trying to do another steps and to grow organic.

Had too much nitrogen last week, so I lowered the amount of FloraMicro. What's your thought on my first grow? Trying to learn as much as possible!

Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 13 Jan 8- Jan 14 This was another amazing week. Girls are behaved very well. Drinking their juice like crazy. 2 waterings of 9ltrs on Jan 10th and Jan 13th. Runoffs at ph 6.2. Buds are gaining some serious weight and the trichomes development is of the charts. Girls are covered with frost. Trichomes are mainly milky now with individual ambers here and there. On Jan 10 noticed on one Athena top colas a white topped bud! It's something that has never happened to me. It may be only led bleach or it's something abnormal and phenomenal. It's white and has red and amber pistil hairs in between and all covered with trichomes. Few days after. White coulour is not spreading and not seeing any damages. The smell in my cabinet its insane. Very sweet scents. I wouldn't say bananas but definitely sweet berries and gummies 🤤 new dehumidifier doing an amazing job. Humidity when light is on is between 49-54% and 52-58% when lights are out. It's all looking that my 🍌💜👊 girls will be ladies very soon. Harvest is coming big time. Next week planning to gradually cut nutrients down and prepare for flush. Beginning of week 8. Cutting down the feed strength by half before going full flush mode week 9+. Starting to look at tricnome color to determine final day to cut. How long do you flush with rockwool?

She is such a pleasure to grow, easy and not fussy. Added a handful of bat guano and worm casts for the last time. She is releasing a strong odora especially before lights off, she has a narcotic smell, skunky and afghani no vanilla so far.

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. It is this dedication to their customer base that made this company have a fanbase... Yes, a fanbase with a website and a wiki. Lineage: Chem Sis x Chocolate Diesel x Sour Dubb Popularity: Extremely Popular Flavor/Aroma Profile: Chocolate, Earthy, Fuel Yield: 400 g/m2 Stress Tolerance: High resistance to disease Potency: 24% THC Flowering time: 58 - 63 days The Soil: Those who saw my Monstercropped Gelato #33 grow (you should see it if you didn't, I'm so proud of that grow), know about my super soil and organic nutrients/ permaculture tea combo that starred in my previous diary. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! **** Week 3 Veg - December 26/20 to Jan 1/21 ***** That is two weeks in solo cups and this will be transplant to 1 gal pots week. The girls are doing fine and not always perked up but I think a new home will help change that. They have been happy and noticed that when they were given a stronger feed at the end of last week they responded very well the next day and looked very healthy. Add that I am starting to see some purpling on the stem and I think they are ready for full on veg cycle to kick in. Not a lot of excitement her either Growmies😀 just to early with nothing go on other than making sure they are alive each day 😂😂 So for this week we will give the roots a new home, step up the ppm on veg feeding. Add in microbes to help the root development and keep the environment in the same 82 degrees and humidity in the mid 60's.......I am not supplementing with CO2 so keeping everything a little lower with feed, light, and humidity. They are growing veg well with the blue light and are very happy with the current 28" distance. Will maintain and let them grow into the light more until I see negative signs and then start raising the light with them as they grow. That's what I have to add at the start of the week.......see how the days unfold😀 Little more detail........ Dec 26/20, Day 15 Veg - Dry out day - Let the microbes in the media do their thing and start pushing root growth harder than what has been happening. Dec 27/20, Day 16 Veg - Gave the girls a little splash of the left over nutes from 1 gal girls two days ago to add a little oxygen and they can take the extra microbes and bacteria right now😀 - 100ml with Microbial Mass and Piranha @ 2ml/L = 650ppm and 5.7pH Dec 28/20, Day 17 Veg - 100ml each girl with the full line for this week. No other additives, just the IPP line = 700ppm and 5.7pH - This was also from the big girls.....I am thinking that they are ready for transplant so will give them a little high feed today. Dec 29/20, Day 18 Veg - It is transplant day.......we need to keep this party moving along. She may not have the root mass I am after but I am moving forward. - Prepared 1 gal pots with Mycorrhiza added to the holes. - Gave each girl 500ml watering with full strength IPP line for week 1 veg = 700ppm and 5.8pH - Root mass on these girls was very poor......there were roots.......keep stepping up the microbes with all of the girls!!!!!! Dec 30/20, Day 19 Veg - they were just watered heavier yesterday........dry out day today - think it is a CalMag only feeding tomorrow for all the ETS girls. Dec 31/20, Day 20 Veg - feed day today since it has been a couple of days. - 500ml with CalMag @ 2ml, Gold Storm @ 7ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, Blackstorm @ 2ml, Vitamin B @ 0.5ml = 525ppm and 5.7pH - keeping the humic and fluvic acids going in, plus Kelp and CalMag👍 - the girls are happy and seeing forward movement everyday, looking for more aggressive though from the girls. Jan 1/21, Day 21 Veg - doing very well......like really well💪 - didn’t push them today and left them alone for watering, pots of course still had some weight and I didn’t expect them to need today. - Optic Folier Overgrow given today. Folier spray to give them just an extra boost since everything is otherwise dialed in👍 Finishing off the week very strong!!!!!! They have been looking very healthy and perky everyday. The roots are a concern and will be taking it easy on the nutrients for another week yet and keep up the microbes and beneficials. Will get them in line......my hope is too keep their time in the 1 gals down to two weeks max......maybe 10 days?? Looking very nice ETS.......you find yourself just staring at them and realize you just waisted 5 minutes😂😂😂

Starting week 2 of flower. Slowly trimming branches that reach far from the main cola stem.

Well look at this little girl growing up in a hurry! Doubled in size this week and starting to branch out nicely. Just ending the veg phase, as I'm seeing pistils starting to pop out all over the place. She's a nice healthy colour, albeit a bit smaller than the other strains but she is just starting flower so should see stretch next few weeks. Very hands off otherwise, just watching her do her thing. Lights hitting 520 umol/s

The plant is literraly touching the ground now and the buds are not only big now they are getting a lot of density to them and the smell is getting very strong a lot like widow but with almost a sour twist. Mouth watering for sure.

Not the best of yielding strains but the smoke definitely makes up for it, Happy Growing 😁

These 2 have slightly different structures. One more purple and heavy jelly smell! The other a lot more pale green purple and a creamy jelly smell. Similar to one of my Miami Miami with the cream

Flower Week 3 / Day 2: The plants each received 2 liters of water and nutrients. I only gave them half the dose of fertilizer. They are doing wonderful. The leaves have a rich green color and are praying. Flower Week 3 / Day 5: Today I defoliated them again a little, as some parts were getting a bit too bushy. They are now quite sticky and the trichomes glisten in the light. Unfortunately, it doesn't look quite the same on the video. All of Taylor's buds develop evenly. In Beyoncé's case, one half is already well developed and the other half behaves completely differently. In any case, both are healthy. Perhaps it is also due to the genetics of the plant.
