Day 23 of flower, 50ish remaining. Alright, another smooth week 😁 Got some sugar forming on the leaves that looks pretty and is getting me excited 😁 I started using the Co2 this week as well as the terpinator. Might invest in an oscillating fan to help distribute the co2 better. Got some colas forming (I counted very roughly 75ish main colas). The leaves also really have that distinctive sativa appearance. The trash basket to hang the co2 is a great idea if your thinking of one in the future. Not much of a smell really yet. I DO have one question this week tho. Should I do a little defoliation on some of the lower fan leaves as its getting quite bushy in there again but I dunno if I should mess around with the buds forming now. Another week, another bang. This cycle is honestly stupid easy. Living soil doing all the work while I just watch. I Moved the lamp, did the defoliation, that’s it. No feeding, no chasing problems, no stress. I even left for a business trip and the grow didn’t give a single f**k. Fully automated, zero drama. What really stands out: the bud development at this early stage is insane compared to my previous grows. The way the buds are stacking and filling out this early is on a completely different level. Lowkey annoyed I didn’t find this living soil earlier. The other ones I ran were okay at best. This one actually delivers. Only thing I’m keeping an eye on now is humidity. Not trying to gamble with mold, so a dehumidifier is coming in the next days. Feels almost illegal how smooth this run is

Die Woche war okay die Pflanze scheint sich langsam wieder zu fangen und an die neue Lampe gewöhnt zu haben sie ist nun in der ersten Blüte Woche d.h. nur noch 12 Stunden Licht am Tag leider ist mir und einem Freund die Tage aufgefallen dass irgendwelche Viecher im Boden rumkriechen von Trauermücken die Larven vermuten wir jedenfalls habe ich heute Nematoden hinzugefügt das sind kleine Tiere die ins Gies Wasser gemischt werden und die die Mücken und schlafen töten. Ich hoffe dadurch wird sie wieder ein wenig stabiler wobei ich sagen muss sie sieht jetzt nicht schlimm aus wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann aber sicher ist sicher.

09/20 - The ladies are coming out of pre-flower accordingly - Increased thier dosage by about 20% and will continue to increase gradually as the weeks past - still running high humidity but for only about 8-10hrs during lights on.

Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. And lastly, I have to address the 'elephant in the room'. Yes, it looks like she's got some seeds in her flowers. She's in my 4x8 with seven other ladies and, unbeknownst to me, my Do Si Dos #33 developed some male flowers that were EXTREMELY small and well hidden. As a result, she got fertilized. This happened so late into flower that I decided to go ahead and finish her out. My hopes are that I get some viable seeds which should be an interesting F1 cross between these two. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's just starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which, according to the breeder, will be here in around three weeks +/- but nothing is cut in stone so I'll let the trichomes determine when she's ready...ya never know, could be a lot sooner! 🤪 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this 11-12 Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 77-84 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder for best taste/yield and will probably go closer to the 9 weeks +/- which is the minimum recommended flowering period for this strain, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Ztrawberriez auto in perlite is doing good. I been keeping her well flushed and wet the best I can. It us essentially a Hydro grow in a ice cream bucket. 😏 she us flowering nicely, and I am curious to how she turns out. Everything is looking great at the moment. day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D

Things are finally moving along. The greenhouse is getting pushed to next year due to rain every weekend. Still growing the plants next to the location just gonna have to scale back and put two plants in each 65 gallon. They will be trained with a trellis net heavily to compensate. These girls are up to 16 tops each. Hoping the heavy training will pay off for this pivot

05/31/2024 : flowering week 8, almost done but BB isn't full yellow yet and there are still too much clear TC on flowers. I may harvest main colas at the end of this week and let the rest for another week... or cut everything and make some bubble hash with lower parts. Anyway, it smells very good now! 😁 06/03/2024 : as top buds were foxtailing, I cut everything that turned purple and got almost 240g wet material (now in dryer for about a week). I reset LED to 30cm from new flat canopy, with DLI 36~45. There are still a lot of buds to come!😍
