Alright, now all the girls are in flowering stage and they are doing quite well. Would like to mention again very strong genetics of gorilla,cookies and zkittlez. Wow, they are really showing incredible growth and all the plants are healthy and even has any yellow leaves. They are very resistant to warm temperature ( 28-29 ). I started using the connoiseur bloom AB and bud candy, and planning to add some of Tarantula/Piranha/Voodo Juice on the 5-6 week and also the Bud Ignitor ( all - Advanced Nutrients). Will see how it works, maybe i will use different combo's for different flowers to analyze which nutrient is better to combine. Two of 6 Dark Devil's branches and leaves started to get covered by purple color,looking quite unusual. The Northern Lights are still a mystery for me. Different height, different growth pace, different amount of branches with buds. I don't have that kind of issues with other 4 strains, all of them ( gorilla,cookies,dark devil,zkittlez) are exactly THE SAME height, showing the same growth pace and all of them are strong and healthy. Also among 15 seeds of NL i got only 11 germinated properly :( bad statistics. Hope Gorilla and Cookies will work for.

Week 10 started, I'm a little bit worried about the leaves which are turning yellow, is this normally because the plants are approaching their final weeks or could be something else? I'm also wondering when to start to flush, any idea? 😁 🌱🍁🍂

the cold has arrived and it shows!! what a nice progression towards purple/orange colors!! I absolutely love those nuances. had a little check on the trichomes, we are almost there, the brownish/milky ones are still few against the transparent ones, but in a matter of a few days I hope they are gonna balance. i wanna exploit those last sunny days, then the average temperature is gonna be too much cold, making impossible all the biology process, or at least too slow to be appreciated. So next update is gonna be the cut, early in the morning.

This week went fast, she is flowering at a nice rate, leaves not too damaged, just the tip drying of under hot super hps and fans, so just removed all the old damaged fan leaves, cut in half those shading under growth and tucked those healthy one when possible. She looks greyish in strong light compare to the other strains, a true grey back gorilla lol, trichomes all over buds, smell is so interesting, pine, lavenders and citrus with some other terpines blend I cannot identify yet. Fed her some Epsom salt only this week.

the bud formation is ridiculous. they are getting so damn frosty and smell amazing. the buds are already bigger than last year when i was still experimenting a lot. i'm really checking the plants daily for budrot and other pests or problems but still not a thing. let's keep it like this. some branches are beginning to hang a little bit so i'm going to support them a bit more. i have the feeling that the plants really enjoy the molasses additive to the soil since i have not been seeing that much yellow leaves turn up lately.

I’ve been LST into a spiral so I defoliated pretty heavily to get more light to the lower buds. CBD Star is well on its way with many buds developing. I’ve been keeping it outside during the day and bringing it in to my new space bucket at night. I outfitted the bucket with an 8 inch fan, DIY carbon filter and a 250W Amazon Commercial PAR38 LED bulb. The filter is doing a great job removing the smell. Link for the bulb at the bottom. Buds are getting more noticeable now with a lemony smell when rubbed. Couple of the plants got stunted when they were left in the green house for a week are now recovering nicely all be it a bit on the small side. One auto started flowering and then reverted back into vegertive state, has been sent to live down the end of the garden as I have know idea what she's up too.
