Another great week for the Apple Betty girls. I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed or withered leaf under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

She just has massive leaves shading stuff out so had to massive prune I didn't want to train her cuz I'm training every other auto out I wana see what does better trained or non trained I've been using bud clips from bud trainer to do training it's been awesome I haven't used them on this cultivar jus some garden wire tune in to the podcast on youtube @sundaesesh

So This week was the same as the last really, It seems all I have to do is sit back and watch these ladies do their thing! Ive not gone full on with the bloom supplements or PK yet as only 2/5 of the GG are seriously flowering. The other 3/5 GG are now Finally showing some signs of flower and some tops are starting to build and lowers producing more pistils each day! The Stardawgs continue to explode, even some friends who were sceptical about the performance of the Quantum board LED's have been flow away by the results. All of the buds seem to be building dramatically top to bottom which no shortage of frost! Macro shots on the way!!

I went in a little hard with the nutes this week as I accidentally measured wrong, flushed to 400 ppm and 6.1ph and now using 0.5mL per litre of micro and grow along with 1ml per litre of calmag

So close to harvest. This week and last I reduced the amount of TPS1 in the feed from 15ml /gal to 10ml/g. Early in the week, Apollo's lower leaves started showing the fade using up the nutrients. Thursday, I did a preliminary trim to remove any fan leaves and feeder leaves with longer stems. just handling the stems and buds my hands, nails and arms were sticky. After the trim, I put Apollo's Friends back in the tent with her. When the plants were in different veg/flower cycles, I separated them into tents. GDP and zkittles grew with in 2-3 inches on the light. I could not raise the lights anymore. Today, 11/19 is day Apollo's 69 day and 41 in flower. The harvest window per RQS is 70-75 days from seed. Tuesday will be the harvest day. After watering only 2 liters with Vit B, Recharge and Signal yesterday, I put her in the 3#x3tent in the dark. Apollo's buds are thick, dense, stinky citrus floral and sticky. The sugar leaves are showing color change as she knows her life is ending in glory. I am so proud of this grow. I didn't overfeed so I have experienced the color fade to yellow as foods are used up and the delicate colors emerge in the sugar leaves. I am very impressed with Royal Queen Seeds F1 genetics. So much so I bought Milky Way F1 and Medusa F1. I will definitely have another Apollo grow in January. Thank you @James at RQS. Apollo F1 had a huge base stem and was multi branching-even the side stems had side stems. The stems were sturdy. No support is needed for her branches She stayed short at 26 inches tall. I definitely pushed her on the watering. When I saw no runoff after 2.5 liters of water, I upped to 3 ltr. Then 3.5, then 1 gallon. I watered 2 liters, let the water absorb, then slowly add another 2 liters. There was a small amount of run off at the time of watering but was all gone by the next day. It could have been evaporation, but I really think it was consumption. Consumption is an indicator of yield. As densely bushy as she is, I'm estimating at least 90 grams. So for future grows, especially for very bushy plants, I will defoliate at least 2x during early and midflower to open up the canopy and let the plants bulk up more. She did show some nutrient (cal-mag) deficiency and for the next Apollo grow, I will push the feed a bit. I'm excited and a bit sad to see this grow come to an end at the same time. Not a heavy yielding lady. Which is not a surprise due to the cookie genetics. She is super frosty and stick. Her colors are constantly changing for the better. I pollinated her with “Purple Punch x Cuvee “ And will soon have my own Cookies strain........ Purple GasFace Cookies......

Working on day 47, 17 days into flower and one of these GSC what really taken off she's stacking up well. Dealing with some cal mag problem in these as well, did a flush with 4 gals per pot and will amend the soil on the on the next watering after we get a nice dry. Will be using bloom and oystershell flour. One of these ladies had some lst done to her as she was just way to close to the light. Did some defoliation with all the girls in the tent to try and open things up a bit, I know autos but things were pretty crazy and a lot of bud hidden. The intake filter for the hood works very well the glass inside is very clean after 28 days, just gave the outside a quick wipe and good as new. Ive got the temps back down a bit and holding strong at 25, when I checked the tent it was running around 28, highest being 30 at one point not sure how long that went on for but it's all fixed up now. Its a working progress learning indoor growing 2 weeks at a time but hey it is what it is and were having fun. hope you enjoyed.

So this is definitely the last update before the chop... My landlord is complaining of the smell, so here we go again lol .. but i'm looking forward to freeing up the space for my king's kush breath =) .. probably later today I'll be trapping her. So in the next day or two I will be doing another update... Again?Have no idea what this strain is, but she's got some frost onthe buds anyway so i'm hoping she's a decent smoke.. Week 10 into this grow and just finished week 4 of flower. The girls are looking great and starting to smell just as great. Definitely some hungry hippos. Buds are filling in nicely. Already medium sized and still going frosty colas. Beautiful widow white with that pungent gorilla smell. Like I said before such a wonderful mix. Added a video this week of the girls and my canopy.

Hey now I hope everyone is having a great weekend, this will be the final week for all 5 of the ladies. I am still feedinig them all silica, cal mag, maxibloom, and some PK booster for an EC of 1.4 and PH of around 6.1. I am still feeding them 4 times per day and will transition to H20 only on Monday, so they will get about a 5 day flush and I will harvest them on Saturday. I have a bunch of help lined up for the trim so I'm thinking we can get all 5 plants cleaned up in a few hours. The Sundae Driver looks amazing, alot of purples and nice tight colas. The Red Hot Cookies looks like it will have excellent bag appeal and colors and smells nice. The Bubble Runtz has the most Indica looking structure with shorter fatter colas, and the Durban Nights has huge chunky colas but not as long, and the Green Crack smells amazing and is sticky AF but has the smalles colas of the five. Everything looking good this week happy with the vegetative stage with the th Seeds original Bubblegum. Says they are an ibl strain so the genetics should be stable, which is less chance of 10 different phenos ( update me If I’m wrong here, still learning ) Day 54 - today I did the last defoliation and lst 2 days before swith to 12/12. Middle growth was insane so spread them out abit by screwing small screws in to the pot and using the as a tie down Day 55 - all plants seemed to have bounced back the day after and look exactly how I planned so far so good Day 56 - final day of vegetative growth all seems good, all females showing white hairs , have raised the lights and turned Intake to full to maintain humidity levels and switched lights to 12 / 12.
