I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.

The Hobbit Hole Outdoor Grow 2026 Woche 3 – Die Sonne kehrt zurück Nach zwei Wochen voller Regen, Wind und kleiner Rückschläge hat sich das Wetter endlich auf die Seite des Hobbit Hole geschlagen. Die vergangenen Tage brachten genau das, worauf die vier kleinen Damen gewartet hatten: Sonne, Wärme und deutlich bessere Bedingungen für Wachstum. Und auch wenn die Pflanzen noch weit von ihrer späteren Größe entfernt sind, war der Unterschied innerhalb weniger Tage deutlich sichtbar. Zum ersten Mal seit dem Einsetzen ins Freiland konnte man morgens tatsächlich erkennen, dass sie über Nacht gewachsen waren. Die schwierige Anfangsphase scheint damit überstanden zu sein. Die Wurzeln haben inzwischen genug Zeit gehabt, sich im Boden des ehemaligen Fichtenhangs auszubreiten, und nun beginnt das Wachstum oberhalb der Erde spürbar anzuziehen. Besonders die Cinderella hat in dieser Woche einen kleinen Zwischensprint eingelegt. Das erste dreifingrige Blattpaar ist inzwischen deutlich stärker ausgeprägt als bei den anderen Pflanzen und sie übernimmt aktuell die Führung im Hobbit Hole. Direkt dahinter folgt die Guava Runtz, die weiterhin sehr vital wirkt und sich zu einer ernsthaften Konkurrentin entwickelt. Gelato zeigt sich wie gewohnt ausgeglichen und gesund. Kein hektisches Wachstum, aber eine sehr saubere und stabile Entwicklung. Die Purple Punch bildet momentan zwar noch das Schlusslicht, macht aber ebenfalls sichtbare Fortschritte. Nach ihrem ungewollten Bodenkontakt in der vergangenen Woche wirkt sie inzwischen deutlich erholt und schiebt neues Wachstum nach. Auch die Schutzmaßnahmen scheinen ihren Zweck zu erfüllen. Die Kupferringe halten weiterhin stand und bisher konnten weder Schnecken noch andere Gartenbewohner ernsthaften Schaden anrichten. Was mich in dieser Woche besonders gefreut hat, war die Entwicklung des gesamten Platzes. Vor wenigen Tagen standen hier noch vier kleine Sämlinge, die gegen Regen und Wind kämpfen mussten. Inzwischen beginnt das Hobbit Hole langsam genau das zu werden, was ich mir vorgestellt habe: ein kleiner versteckter Outdoor-Grow mitten zwischen Brombeeren, Holunder und jeder Menge Natur. Noch ist es nur der Anfang. Aber zum ersten Mal habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Pflanzen nicht mehr einfach nur überleben, sondern anfangen zu wachsen. Und genau darauf habe ich gewartet. Another fast update! 😃 Hey guys! I hope everything is going well for everyone. This is the 2nd week of flower and I'm here again to share what happened last week! My babies now get thirsty really easy, nothing like how it used to be (and you can actually see them stressing over it in my photos) but gladly nothing that some water can't fix. The main colas are also starting to grow more and they are full of small developing flowers (they look super pretty! 😍) Some side stems are also outgrowing the main branches... and I'm kinda unsure what I want to do (or if I should do anything). Maybe LST or supercrop them? (I might screw things up by doing it in flower and I have never done it before 😭) I don't know. I also want to trim some leaves away since the foliage is very dense but I fear I might end stressing them! I will probably make a grow question to know what others think. I'm back on a normal nutrient schedule. I'm no longer "overfeeding" them and I water them 4 times a week (but with little water). Next week I'll try doing 3 but with more water and see if they like it more that way. So far I love how the plants are developing! This week some of the plants are starting to show a few brown pistils on the calyxes as an indicator that peak bloom period is occurring. I don’t expect them to do much other than fill out a bit at this point with exception of some of the more Sativa phenotypes like the Tangerine Dream. One of the these seedplants failed to bloom properly it may lack the autoflowering genes. I don't want to risk damaging the roots in the system by culling it. I might leave it in to see what happens and transplant it before I clean out the system for the fall grow. I’m pretty satisfied with the autoflower grow so far but I do have some room for improvement: 1) Next grow I will use CNS17 Ripe possibly from start to finish to see if that improves the flowering of the plants. I feel that my feed is high in nitrates so I am starting to flush this week. 2) You can see by the plants all showed variation in physical appearance and Trichrome production. The only plant that has gone purple out of the batch and is a high yielding Gorilla Zittles from Barneys. If I grow autoflowers again in this system I want to choose plants that are a little more uniform. I think the Botanicare Turbo Garden and similar systems are best suited for clones as they grow a little more uniform. Autoflowers even from the same strain have a wide variation which is cool because every seed is a surprise. 3) I need an overhead plant support. I am not sure how the plants survived some pretty high winds. One stem broke and I repaired it enough so that the plant actually survived. 4) I'm working on a microcontroller sensor node to allow some automation to the system. My favorite plants in this batch are the Dinafem Amnesia Auto CBD based only on aesthetics at this point. The Blue Dream Auto from Humbolt is one of the smaller plants but it has quite a bit of resin on it. The smaller plants may have been stunted as my nute level from the beginning was approaching upper limits for leaf burn (1.7-1.8 EC). I had since backed down but over-fertilization in early stages is not reversible and comes at a cost of plant health and vigor. I took a video to try and show the overall garden progress. I did not defoliate this grow which makes it hard to see the individual flower structure but I will have defoliated harvest photos coming up soon!

- Ich hab die erste Woche des Biobizz Allmix Düngeschemas gestartet und gebe wie immer erstmal vorsichtige 100%, da meine Erde an sich durch den Kompost recht potent sein sollte. - Außerdem hab ich mit meinem Calmag-Rechner mein Leitungswasser angepasst. Die Werte könnt ihr auf den Bildern sehen. - Den PH-Wert passe ich ebenfalls auf 6,5 an.# - Die Lampe bringt zur Zeit etwa einen PPFD-Wert von 350 - 360 µmol/s/m² bei 18 Stunden Beleuchtungszeit (DLI von 22 - 23 mol/d/m²). Sie wird aber nur eingesetzt bis es warm genug draußen bleibt. Tagsüber stehen sie jetzt schon draußen, sofern es nicht regnet oder stürmt. Die Purple Haze macht sich hervorragend und sie ist ganz vorne mit dabei. Das freut mich wirklich, da ich die immer mal sehen wollte. Ist vermutlich nachvollziehbar. 💪😁👍

Hey Friends, end of week 8 from seed :) Many new things have occurred this week Plant 1 is beginning to mature, its not growing in height as much as before but now its getting thicker and looking stronger. I am slowing increasing the amount of nutrition, I don't want to burn them at this stage. I noticed some of the leaf stems were turning red, so I decreased the light and its turning back to green. Did some defoliation this week to give more room to the smaller leaves. Plant was getting taller and was too close to the grow Light so I installed some netting inside the tent and it helped control the height for now, if it gets taller ill purchase a bigger grow tent 😩 Looking forward in seeing some bud formation in week 9, will keep you guys posted. Wednesday 1/10 start of week 4 haven't watered/fed since 1/6, and plants show no sign of needing water or food, I will be watering them with just pH-balanced water the moment the leaves show signs of thirst(leaves/stems drooping)and hopefully get rid of the yellowing and browning. the yellowing/browning seems to have stopped spreading since last week too, I thought it was nute deficiency but a couple of people on here told me it was nute burn/toxicity, and seems like they were right since it hasn't spread since. the 40 ppm measurement is my water before adding anything to it, some people were confused and thought it was way too low. I'll be measuring the ppm of the water after everything is mixed in the next time I feed them, I'll also be measuring the ppm and pH of the run-off water when the time comes all the plants are growing slow and steady

And then there was one! Here we are on day 84 and there is only this beast left standing. She's only got a few days to go with most of her trichomes a nice cloudy with just a few clear here and there, and a handful of amber throughout the pics I took. Buds are nice and swollen and very dense, with some beauty colours throughout. This plant got to quite the respectable size for an auto, once the front plant was removed she spread out to cover 80% of a 4x4 area. Harvested the front plant on day 82 as she was showing amber/cloudy without a sign of clears. Buds were nice and dark coloured, dense, and smelled so lemon. Really enjoyed harvesting it even with the mask on could get a good sniff and smelled delicious. I can't wait to dry, cure, and try her out!
