The apparent potassium deficiency has got me worried about how to get some into the plants ASAP. Therefore, I have purchased some Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster, courtesy of Amazon Prime! Sadly, this seems to be of inorganic nature. However, I need to rectify the issue quickly, so this seemed the best option. Another possibility is light burn, as the plants have grown as tall as my tent! 6ft! So I have turned down the lighting to 60%. This seems quite likely as my FBP2 is considerably shorter than FBP1 and FBP3, and this plant does not have the same issues. The new dehumidifier has managed to get the RH down to around 49%. Considering it was up to 99% this week. I definitely am trying my best to avoid the dreaded bud rot! I added a large amount of Silica as the stems are decreasing in strength under the weight, so hopefully that will help. Additionally a Potassium deficiency itself can cause weaker stems, so I'm trying everything, (possibly overkill) to correct my oversights on this. All in all I've learnt many things from this 1st grow. Most importantly the necessity of LST, to prevent the plants from getting so tall, and that will avoid the light stress. The trichomes are still mostly clear through the jewellers loupe. From what I can tell as my eyesight isn't too good. It's difficult to tell milky from clear to me. 21.8.24; I just did a defoliation, I removed many more leaves today 🍃 things are getting super crowded in the 4x4, even with both tent doors open. I adjusted the plants, alternating so that each side of each plant gets correct lighting (as best I can manage)! I gave the plants each; *1ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Ecothrive Flourish. **2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. ****2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Cal-Mag. My fan also broke, so I moved my lounge fan into the grow room. It's a lot more powerful, even on the lowest setting, so I tried to disperse it trying as best as possible. 03.03.23: Started in glass of water in a dark warm area for 17 hours when the seeds sank. 03.04.23: Then put them in a damp paper towel for 24/48 hrs in a dark warm area. Checking on them to keep them from drying up. 03.05.23: Seed taproots were 3/4 inches and were ready to go into the pots. I then poked a small hole into the soil with my finger and carefully put the seeds in and gently covered them with dirt. Then sprayed a little water onto them and then covered them with a dome to keep them humid. Now we wait until they pop out of the ground.

In the first week after transitioning to a 12/12 light cycle, I removed all restraints and supports to observe its growth, comparing it with the Permanent Marker strain. The plant looks vibrant green and has already displayed female signs 🌿. Exciting progress ahead! 😊

This is the second week of flowering of this follow-up, the formation of its flowers seems quite fast to me and a resin formation is already being seen in the flowers. 👉The plant was 11" tall. it probably would have been 12 or more if not FIM'd. It almost doubled in its overall size and total vegetation. The FIM has all the secondary branches poking out from under the large fan leaves. I do a little tucking to help them soak up the rays. I may not have FIM'd low enough or something because the leaves that were the outside of the growth node I snipped have gotten big. They just look like they have no tips. I think I ended up with the desired FIM goal of 4 new growth tips that will be cola's. 👉I will assist the branches get maximum access to light by rotating the pot frequently, I will also either support or direct them with bamboo steaks that I will attach to the metal spikes that are attached to the hoop ground the base of the pot. Its just the top of a tomato cage turned upside down with the top hoop around the base of the pot. It fits it snugly and doesn't slip. This allows me to attach the support steaks to the outside of the pot instead of inside in the media. I didn't like having the plant inside a cage or with sticks in the way when its small. It allows me easy access to the plant, and an easy way to add the support when the plant needs it as it get bigger. 👉I switched to week 4 nutrients this week and will probably be a week behind the timeline of the nutrient chart from GH because the plant had a slow start. The pH is always targeted to 5.9, the EC for a batch is 1.54. I have learned enough in the short time Im growing to understand what each nutrient week batch can do for the plant and am fairly confident I can judge the plants growing stage to match it. The 4th week is called transition and I believe thats accurate for my plant. it hasn't declared as of today, but I am anticipating that this coming week some time. 👉The runoff has been very consistent and I only added the low EC rinse of 1.5 liter one time. I always immediately follow a low ec feeding with a regular batch of nutrient. The last two days the run-off volume has started to lessen and the EC staying only 20EC above the inflow. Ive been averaging .75l for total run-off volume following a 1.5l fertigation. Tonight's run-off was .5l and 1.74EC. The lower run-off is due to the plant having more roots and being able to drink more of the moisture. when the run-off drops below 20% of the inflow volume I will increase the total volume in 1/4l increments.

This are slowly but the color and the leaves seen to be sativa and nice size of the leave. This time i put some top crop veg to estimulate the growing, i hope you enjoy the little videos.
